Did some checking around and Edison Collision came recommend by friends who've used them in the past. It's been a pleasure working with Tammy and Patricia. They are knowledgeable on the process dealing with Silver stock and the specific requirements for my vehicle needs. That kind of knowledge can only come from experience. Tammy worked with me to make sure I get a quality repair at a good price - not letting the insurance company half ass the work because their goal is to pay as little as possible.

The car had to stay for diagnostic and repair. Joe arranged a ride home for me. Joe contacted me in the afternoon and told me the vehicle would not be ready till the next day. On the following day Lori called and said the vehicle was ready. She said that she could have the car dropped off at my home About an hour later the car was dropped off. Because I had the extended warranty there was no charge. Over the twenty years I have lived in this area I probably purchased a dozen or so vehicles from Tom's Ford and would go anywhere else for my automotive need. Thank you to everyone at Tom's Ford. I was given a fair price to replace the trim that I already purchased. I came back a couple days later and had an amazing overall experience. I dropped the car off. I returned to my car that was fully repaired. It is an amazing job. Even got it cleaned inside and out before returning it to me. I don't wish to have damage to my car but if I ever do I will certainly comeback. I hands down recommend Frankie's to anybody that can use their services.

I would definitely get my car repaired here. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable, they don't give you the runaround like many I've visited in the past. I've seen so many high end vehicles at this facility and then have their own suspension system repair shop as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them going forward if you want your car back in OEM condition.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business…read more As a new customer, my experience has been exceptionally poor, both financially and, more importantly, in terms of how I was treated. I was charged approximately $700 in "administrative fees," in addition to what I consider an untenable daily storage charge. Prospective customers would be well advised to understand these fees in detail before allowing their vehicle to be brought here. Far more troubling, however, was my experience dealing with Tyler McNee. In my interactions with him, I found him extraordinarily unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. Basic courtesy and professional customer service seemed entirely absent. What should have been a straightforward business interaction instead became unnecessarily unpleasant and adversarial. I rarely write reviews this negative, but the combination of the fees and the remarkably poor treatment warrants one. There are plenty of stressful circumstances surrounding an accident or vehicle repair already. A customer should not also have to contend with disrespectful and hostile communication from the people being paid to handle the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would avoid this business at all costs. Whatever convenience it may offer is simply not worth the fees, aggravation or level of communication I encountered.

I live all the way in Brooklyn NY and asked a local business owner if they could refer me somewhere I could trust to get me back on the road. They referred me to Direct Drive Diagnostics and when I got there, Thomas literally stopped what he was working on to assist me. This is arguably one of the best mechanic experiences I've ever had. Lisa the office Manager was a sweetheart and Thomas and his partner were able to assess what was wrong, and get my car up in running in roughly under 40 minutes. They were honest, hospitable, all had a great sense of humor and I felt welcomed and comforted that everything was going to be resolved.
