Wonderful, been coming for about 2 or 3 years. They gave my friend and I an extra doughnut today that was very kind because my friend was too coy to order a doughnut. Come here they will treat you so nicely and the doughnuts are ahhmazing! read more

Bosa has become my go to doughnut spot. I can always find just what I'm looking for, be it a glazed doughnut, or a maple long John, and get a few I know my friend will like, and the prices are pretty good. read more

My friends in Arizona introduced me to this donut chain! Known for light and fluffy donuts. I think each donut was only 1.88. A very simple, good donut place! Staff were super nice. I got a chocolate old fashioned which was very crispy and then mapley and fluffy on the inside with chocolate icing. The chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing I expected to be more moist. All their donuts look like the perfect donuts to dip into morning coffee! read more

What a great donut shop! The staff greets you right away and delivers excellent customer service. Everything tasted fresh--we ordered the croissant breakfast sandwich and a bagel breakfast sandwich, both made to order and delicious. They also offer a wide variety of donuts, sandwiches, coffees, smoothies and boba drinks. This is easily one of the cleanest and most efficient donut shops I've visited. read more

The staff at this Bosa Donuts custom makes extra large donuts. The size of this box is for a dozen donuts. I ordered this donut for an executive birthday at work. I went in the day before and told them what I wanted. They had it ready and on time for pickup plus made an extra one of the same size for me to choose in case I preferred one over the other. Talk about going the extra mile. A great experience and a quality yummy birthday donut. Everyone at our work loves this Bosa Donuts and is always so excited when I bring in a dozen or more at least once a month. Lucky for me this lovely Bosa Donut location is near work. They also offer breakfast sandwich combos and lunch sandwich combos. I've ordered the lunch combo a few times. It is fresh, delicious and very filling. Oh, and they have a variety of boba teas, smoothies and a large section of sodas, juices, milks, and so much more. read more

Always clean and staff is friendly. All food is amazing and fresh. Service is fast, even when it's really busy.

Best donut I've had. Big, fluffy and soft. My favorite is the sugar and chocolate glaze.

Horrible service. Rude counter service people that move at a snails pace and have no idea or will to provide even the simplest customer service. I will never walk into that place again. read more

always love visiting bosa when I am in Arizona. The donuts are fresh and the flavors are great! Friendly service and typical donut shop vibe. They also make smoothies and iced coffees read more

The service was terrible, she did not listen to what we wanted. She did not season my croissant. And the teas were flavorless. Never going back there!! Over priced to be unsatisfied!!!!!! read more

This was my first time here. I've always driven by but never knew what I was missing out on. The donuts are fantastic and the woman helping me out was an angel! Great customer service, donuts & tea. I will be back for sure. read more

You should always know what you are going to get with Bosa, which is a fresh and "light" donut. My experience was spot on to this. Staff super friendly and while this was my first visit to the location, there were a couple other regulars in there that the staff was able to recite their order before the customer even said anything. read more

Always fresh and clean Atmosphere. Coffee made and served first. Which is Awesome for a early morning go juice. Breakfast sandwich is always fulfilling. Great beginning to a new day. read more

Bosa was around from the beginning of the explosion of donut shops that sprung up over the last few years. These donuts seemed to revolutionize the donut scene in AZ. The stage was set for a new donut shop in town because consumers were tired of the national brand of donuts. Bosa brought back that old time taste. I tend to prefer the likes of these donuts over the commercial chain donuts which are stuck in an EZ bake oven then served to the masses. Or even the grocery store donuts which are pre-made frozen heaps of reheated sugar. You can grab breakfast or lunch here. Bosa has a variety of pastries and baked goods for sale. They also offer a selection of sandwiches and beverages for your morning or afternoon fix. It still has that family owned business feel. You can be the judge if that's a good thing or bad thing. Even though they have expanded to quite a few locations, the interior is underwhelming and can be drab. As I have visited other stores, they all have a simple ambiance. This is not a place that I would come to hang out at. It's just a place to grab a quick bite. I would say consistency can be an issue. My chocolate chip muffin was lacking in the chips. The top was sprinkled with a few chocolate chips but as I got to the center, they were like Elvis and left the building. The overall quality is above average and is great for a snack or the office work party or sports team if you want to large orders. read more

Came here and got a dozen donuts and 4 dozen donut holes for breakfast 3 weeks ago for the family. It was very early I would say around 5am I stopped in and my whole family and me got wiped out with food poisoning. I'm assuming the donuts were undercooked? Won't be back to this location. read more

Came in for what we thought was going to be a A great breakfast ordered two smoothies and was told they ran out of whole milk and we could choose between almond and soy (we picked almond). While we were waiting whole milk arrived and they refused to remake the drinks. We bought other food so it's not like we didn't spend good money here. Will not be returning. read more

I was introduced to Bosa Donuts by my colleague at work. He was a big fan and used to buy the team boxes of donuts every once in a while and would only pick Bosa. He always got only the glaze. Even though I try to avoid eating dairy and was egg free for a long time, I was always so tempted to try them and I did, and wow! They were so good. I'm not a huge fan of donuts because they are fried and greasy. Those donuts taste like a cloud! They are so fluffy and airy, you don't feel guilty eating more than one at a time! About a week ago, I tried to buy a half a dozen donuts for the first time. They had a big selection but I chose the glazed only because I know how good it tastes. As usual, I couldn't resist having 2 with my morning coffee and they were just as good and fluffy as I know! Prices are pretty average and guess what, they are open 24 hours at this branch! Satisfies your craving at any time of day or night! I will be returning for sure! read more

Best donuts I've ever had!!!! Huge selection of cake and raised donuts. I ordered a blueberry cake and it was packed with flavor and blueberries. Not greasy at all but had a slight crunch on the outer edge, soft, fluffy and moist on the inside....So many flavors. They also have coffee drinks, sandwiches and smoothies. I will definitely be back later for dessert because that are open 24/7 read more

BoSa donuts across the board have delicious donuts and great variety. What separates this shop for me are the friendly employees whose smile you can hear and see behind that mask. Been there twice now since we've moved to this area and they are so welcoming. I told one staff we just moved here and will be their new regulars from now on and she just smiled and seemed so grateful to hear that. The next day I went again and bought a half dozen from another staff. (Sorry I didn't get their names but I will on my next visit) However the staff from before came up front and saw me and she was again so happy to see me. She went and put an extra donut in my box for me and I was seriously moved by her kind gesture. Not that I need another donut but hell I'll take it! Food is good , service was friendly and attentive and fast ,that being said I was a little upset that I couldn't leave a tip on my debit card because that would go to the business and not the server .that is the crappiest thing I've heard of . I came here on a weekend afternoon around 2PM and I had to wait around ten minutes because the people in front of me ordered seven boba drinks. I got a cinnamon crumb, apple fritter, and red velvet cake, and the person working there threw in an extra for me since I waited so long which I appreciated; she initially gave me a donut with sprinkles but I asked if I could have another one because I don't like sprinkles, so I ended up with a plain old fashioned. That turned out to be a great choice because it wasn't sweet at all and was crunchy all around. The cinnamon crumb is amazing, as it's super fresh and chewy, not too sweet either. The apple fritter was crunchy on the outside and had plenty of apples but is a tad flat and sweet. The red velvet cake was really flavorful and not too sweet, very fresh as well. Bosa Donuts in general is a great chain, would recommend! It's also cheaper than the other donut places; three donuts came out to be $3.53 post-tax. read more

Worst donut shop ever. they are so rude , they tried charging me for a Apple juice that I didn't even take I told them I looked at it but didn't want it so I put it back and she accused me and said she saw with her two eyes that I took it lmao I told her if I took it then why don't I have it on me ? And I didn't have no purse either finally the other girl told her she saw me put it back in the refrigerator. Never again will I come here they steal your money read more

We ordered via DoorDash and OMG, I'm hooked! These are some of the best donuts I've ever had. On top of that they threw in a few donut holes and it made our toddler happy! I usually stop in on a late weekend night when I have a donut craving and the guy working is always so friendly! I live that they are open 24/7 and have a location super close to my house! Bought a half dozen here the other day. For whatever reason, the half dozen box they put them in holds four comfortably and two more if you stand them on end. You may want to reconsider a new more practical box when you deplete your current inventory. The donuts themselves are pretty good except for that raspberry one which contained some kind of mysterious pink cream that lacked any discernible real flavor. What I found appalling about my whole experience was when it was time to pay for them. First of all, on the counter is a giant glass container filled with money labeled "tip jar". The amount inside was so absurd; it may well have exceeded the amount of donut sales for the day. Then when I paid with my debit card the first thing the giant screen demands is "ENTER TIP AMOUNT HERE". If we as consumers are going to be pressured into tipping someone for the "service" of putting donuts in a box, I think this sets a bad precedent. If it actually succeeds, we may next find ourselves tipping grocery store baggers, Walmart greeters, school crossing guards and ultimately police and firemen (you wouldn't want your house to burn down would you?). No to Bosa and no to the donut handlers I say. read more

I love Bosa donuts because it is cheap and serves breakfast. I usually order the ham, cheese croissant- my favorite. Despite the donuts are not as fancy as other places and there is NOT maple bacon donuts there - sad sad. Hence why the price is so cheap but the donuts are so large.
