Service was awful. The young man came up and asked me if he could help me. I had to repeatedly tell him what my daughter wanted he still couldn't figure it out. How hard is an ice blended cappuccino? Almost forgot to ask me what I wanted and then never asked me what flavor, then turned around and ignored us for a few minutes and then told us someone else would help us after he had already taken our order. I've now gone to this location twice and both times they have been sold out of most of their donuts and only had plain ones remaining. I've gone in the mornings both times when they should have donuts available. I know it's a new location so i'll cut them some slack but they should be ready to sell. I have been wanting to go here for a while and glad the opened up this location as well. The donuts are very fresh and tasty, The staff is nice and welcoming and the place is neatly clean. They have a good variety of coffees and smoothies to choose from. Bosa Donuts provides a nice throwback to the pre-corporate donut store age we now live in, rather than trying to reinvent the wheel with bizarre donut flavorings and gimmicks, they stick to the tried and true favorites and never disappoint.. Went there late last week with a friend after hitting the gym. Got couple donuts and a breakfast sandwich. We both enjoyed our food and had excellent customer service. First and last time. They are very nice workers and and have a nice a clean shop. But I stopped for the ham and cheese and donuts, there maple bars have a slight hint of maple more like a regular one super tiny, and there ham and cheese was a joke huge some what taste croissant but one super tiny piece of ham was so funny that they have the nerve to take pride in serving it. Talk about a disappointment! Finally had a sampling of three different kinds of their donuts. No flavor at all. Any of the big food stores sell much better tasting donuts than BoSa. Not only was the donut itself tasteless, the chocolate topping that was on two of them was very thin and tasteless in and of itself. "Nothing special" is actually praise too high for these donuts. Came to this location at 8pm on a Friday night and the display was beautiful. The donut case was picture perfect and every donut looked fresh. We've been to other Bosa locations where they were out of most types of donuts and what they had left was not fresh. The staff was super friendly and helpful. read more

I found out about Bosa from Fox 10 News when Cory did a review there a few weeks ago. So I thought we would try it. We arrived around one in the afternoon on a Friday. There were 2 other people there besides the 4 of us. Right away I found the place to look dirty, from the windows to the floors. We were waited on at the counter by a female employee. She gave us our donuts, but when it came to the drinks we had to ask her for them. We also ordered an sandwich and we had to wait for about 10 minutes before we received it. As we were paying, in walked about 10 customers and the employee said what are all these people doing here. I said they came for donuts. Actually them came from Freddie's next door (the cups gave them away). She said she had three more hours and she was out of here. She apparently doesn't like people. Then is the wrong career for her. She asked for help from the back and out came a woman. An elderly customer asked her what kind of donut she was looking at, the employee told her but the lady could not understand and so the lady said I never heard of that (it was buttermilk, and quite honestly I had a hard time understanding her myself). After we finished our donuts, which by the way were very good and they had a very good selection. I headed to the ladies room. Problems from one foot in the door. Dirty, no toilet paper, need I say more. Use the restroom before you arrive and bring wipes. Not sure when I will be back. read more

Awesome food... smoothies are great donut are good! Been here many times! But one BIG flaw they have is there drive thru... its a mess... and slow. An English speaking drive thru worker would be wonderful because sometimes you can hardly understand them.. Other than that fantastic place for breakfast! read more

Stopped there at approx. 6:45PM. Walked in and was the only customer there. The girl behind the counter went to the back as I walked through the door. She did not come back to the counter for four to five minutes. She had an attitude of she could care less if she waited on me. I asked if they had blueberry or cherry fritters, and she said only apple. I said OK I'd take 4. Her answer was we only have three, and that was that. No offer of something else. Felt as if she was doing me a favor just being there. Hopefully they have a better staff for the morning traffic. But for me, I won't return to the store. Took my money and spent it at Fry's. Bosa Doughnut has always been my favorite donut shop. Today I tried the location at Williams Field and the experience was awful. The donut I bought tasted stale and old. This experience did not live up to the high expectation I have for Bosa. read more

My family has been going to this location almost weekly since it opened and will never go back after tonight. They are running a special right now on a dozen for 6.99. My dad had a hard time pulling up the coupon on his phone but the lady charged him full price. He came out to the car to get my phone to show her and she wouldn't refund the difference or offer any future discount. She was extremely rude. read more

My previous review is still true to this day, but are pretty good during the day. They seem to have the better employees working/making donuts during the regular hrs (7am-9pm) because it's only during those times that I hear good things about this location. I still notice the shitty service goes on during late overnight hrs. I still haven't gone back myself, but close family has and says it's good if you go when the Asian person, probably owner/mgr is there. They should close the store down after 10pm because no one goes and employees don't work! read more

5 stars for donuts, 3 for cleanliness. The place isn't as clean as I'd like, but the donuts are my favorite. Plus the donut holes are a great price, only $.99 for a dozen. By far better than krispy kreme, both the glaze and the actual donut. I personally loved dunkin donuts boston creme, but once I tried bosa's I haven't been back to dunkin. read more

Horrible service. Donuts were hard. I used to love Bosa but this store has definitely made me a detractor. The customer service was rude and refused to assist me. Your Satisfaction is NOT guaranteed. I just left this location. I have been a loyal Bosa Donuts Customer for years. I buy from them for breakfast sandwiches, Ice Coffee at 4 different locations. NEVER AGAIN. I just went through the Drive through thinking I would like an Iced Coffee. Since the weather is hot I decided on a Blended Mocha Java for $4.95, I even tipped a $1. I pull out of the drive through take a drive and almost spit it out. It was awful. Not sure if the mix had gone bad or what. I turn around and walk with one drink taken out of it, tell them it tastes bad and ask if I can exchange it for the $2.50 Iced Coffee. I am told no, "you ordered it, it not my problem." I try to explain that the product is bad and I am asking for something cheaper in exchange with no money back. So I ask ; Do you not guarantee your products and she replies " No you bought it you keep it. We are done" Another woman then grabs the drink off the counter and throws it away. Thank God I paid with a card. This will be a charge back. This was the Williams Field and Gilbert Location, but sounds like the customer service policy is if you think our product is bad, don't tell us and screw you. read more
