    This place is super tidy and clean. It's a transformative atmosphere when you walk in. The country decor and music take over and you're instantly in the good ol' country. They have very high end products and all very organized. There were lots of workers roaming around the store tidying everything, talking on their walking talkies and CONSTANTLY checking in with customers. We got checked on every 2 minutes it felt like by a different person every time.

    Rewards rejected at Oxnard store , what is purpose of sending ? I am regular customer and always get the worst customer service.

    Called customer care regarding a rejection when placing order online and .2 reps made no effort to help , what is wrong with this stores , staff in stores is the worst and first time calling for help , none received and pushed back to check info on order wtf like I am no customer for years who can place order online , btw app is also horrible to use

    Pretty Simple. Customer Service is key in Retail. When you decided to dismiss loyal customers for whatever reason. This is unacceptable and I will take my business else where even if it means driving to another location. This was the case when I placed an order for a boot that wasn't in stock at my local Boot Barn. The staff ordered the shoes. Manually as the electronic system was inoperable. When the boots came in the evening manager was completely disengaged with the sale. Like she couldn't be bothered. First stating that there were no orders that had arrived. Then when I told her the staff had texted and called me. She got frustrated and called to the back room. The shoes were brought up and then she was to see my ID. She then placed the package on the counter and walked away. Didn't check to see if it was the right shoe, size or color or even to open the package up. I did and verified and then had to ask for a receipt as it was a gift for the Holidays. The cashier that was at checkout noticed the attitude and apologized. Typically I wouldn't trip. Everyone has a bad day. But if you're the manager or lead associate. Act like it. What kind of example are you showing your Jr staff? Especially during the Holidays Your busiest time. I do love the store and products carried. But I will take my business to another location or shop on-line from the point.

    I'm have to drive far outside of LA to shop at a boot store. I last visited this store + - 1 year prior. This is one of those stores where the helicopter customer service style is on the borderline of we-KNOW-you're-a-shoplifter-type-oppressive. I LEGIT love and wear boots, so I can deal with the hovering. I haven't found anything I "have to have," but I keep trying. This visit was my last. They wouldn't allow customer use of the restroom. "Customers cannot use the restroom."....,,,So, Absolutely zero wrong with the restroom. Just not allowed to use it. I recognize COVID has impacted businesses across the board. Operational adjustments are necessary and there are less employees in the workforce. Maaaaaaybe the business doesn't have the staff to increase the frequency of restroom cleaning. Maaaaaybe there's another reason management decided to prohibit customer access to the restrooms. Fact is, I'll never know. What I DO know is I saw an employee access and use the restroom while I was in the store. Since it doesn't appear management thought this situation all the way through, allow me to describe the impression that was left on me,.....The Customer. You are willing to tolerate my presence in an area that might be a financial benefit to you, but that's it! IE...Come on in and spend your money, but don't expect anything else! You're free to touch a million pieces of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, but we draw the line on touching those restroom fixtures! I've seen businesses post signs with messages that convey their thanks to returning customers, but X Y or Z ID not available right now, or we had to adjust X Y or Z , and we hope you understand. I imagine businesses post those messages because they want to convey their investment in their customers' experiences, even during difficult times. That WAS NOT the message I received here. I won't be back. C@vanders ships nationwide.

    Fantastic service. Dayana was very helpful to me in finding workbooks and insoles. Very pleasant helpful excellent personality

    Terrible c/s in person and on the phone! Dont get your shoe size wrong, it is a PAIN to do a boot return!

    Can't give Tilly's a one star review to be fair. This is only the second time I've had a bad…read moreexperience with them, the first not being enough to write a review about in my opinion (we'll just chalk that one up to someone having a bad day at work). This experience on the other hand does upset me enough to write one though. As a "regular" at Tilly's (my kids all like their stuff, I have 3 girls) I always spend a lot more than I'd like, even when I feel some of the things I pay for aren't worth it. You'd think after paying such ridiculous prices for some of their merchandise you'd at least have some kind of peace of mind on merchandise having a half decent exchange policy. Mind you I said exchange policy and not refund policy, I'm not one complaining that I want my money back after not liking something I already used. I simply would like what I paid for, simple as that. I tried reaching out to Tilly's and I did speak to someone (I won't say their name because I'm sure they didn't make the policy) But they did tell me I could not exchange it and that they could do nothing to help me. I don't remember them telling me anything to that effect though when they took the money I paid. It is extremely frustrating that customer service is just not a priority anymore. I can understand that has a lot to due with all the people that take advantage and try to work the system, but when someone is just trying to get what they pay for it shouldn't be such a problem. Extremely frustrated to say the least...
