My experiences with this franchise can be summed up in two words--mixed bag…read more Let's start with their reliance on tech review websites such as C-Net or MobileTechReview.com. There is a LOT OF misinformation out there and I would think that going to the manufacturer's site would be the most direct way to get correct information. The story now unfolds: When we bought the phones, we had a requirements of what the phone should do: 1) Have a QWERTY keyboard 2) Be a music player 3) Bluetooth compatible for talking and playing music (no cables) It took FIVE visits to the store from April to August only to find out that the phone sold to us WAS NOT Bluetooth stereo headphone compatible. We were sold a JABRA Bluetooth BT3030 on our second trip to buy more accessories for our phone. It would not work even though I was guaranteed it was compatible. I went to the Jabra website and found it was not compatible. I returned the Jabra only to be told by Priscilla Holman, "You're now just coming back?" Rudeness aside, it was replaced by a X5I Blue Ant and beaaafore departing the store, I asked the manager, Armando Garcia, to check to make sure it was compatible with my LG Rumor 260. He went to a tech review website (C-Net or MobileTechReview.com) and informed me it was compatible. I go home, charge it and attempted to get it to work. I go to the Blue Ant website and find my phone is not compatible with the Blue Ant. I finally tracked the owner, Russ Enyart, via Facebook. I relayed my grievances and after a phone call, was asked to come in on a day he was working and that he was special ordering us a Bluetooth stereo headphone from LG. We go in and he had the LG BT stereo headphone. I asked him if he checked the manufacturer's website and he said he checked some websites. He then said, "If we can't get it to work, then the problem was us." My spouse was with me and witnessed this. Sensing I was annoyed, he offered to show it to me. After searching the internet, he found conflicting information. So he said he better read the product manual to ensure it was stereo Bluetooth headphone compatible. It was not. Seeing my dismay, he called Sprint and attempted to get them to allow an exchange for a phone model (Centro) that was BT headphone compatible. The solution was for us to send back the TWO phones, receive a $60.00 credit to be used to purchase the two Centro's at 199.99 each. By this point, I just wanted this ordeal over with. I asked him if he had any stereo headset that will work on the LG Rumor. I was given a Jabra C220s with cables--NOT BLUETOOTH. The tally goes: two trips to purchase phones and accessories. Three trips to find out the Bluetooth stereo headphones sold to us was not compatible with LG Rumor 260. This was a waste of time, money, gas and goodwill. The employees' lack of knowledge, one employee's extreme rudeness and even the owner's own smug dismissal of our complaint (which he never retracted even though he wound up eating his words that "it was compatible and if it didn't work, the problem was us.") and their reliance on tech review websites such as C-Net or MobileTechReview.com makes this a very bitter experience.

We used fortis as our IT company for the last few years and hired them to move our server to "there…read moredata center" after 4 months we had our launch date on a Monday. We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.
