Awesome service -- I'll never go to another Verizon for any of my cell phone needs. Courtney, the store manager, is seriously impressive. I stopped in on a Friday night and they got absolutely slammed, but she handled it like a pro -- juggling multiple customers, phone calls, and at least five different tasks at once, and somehow everything still ran smoothly. It was seamless from start to finish. She also came through on my trade in deal as promised, even called CORP to make sure my credits were applied correctly once I traded in my phone. This isn't the closest Verizon to me but I drive out of my way because I know I'll get awesome service here. I pretty much always end up seeing Stephon. He is a friendly guy and this last time I went he spent an hour setting up ACP internet for me. It just would not work. We finally got it to register and now it's my job to set it up. He said to come back if it didn't work. I was using xfinity and having nothing but problems with service, connection, just everything. So coming here was super relieving and worth all the time it took. Here's hoping it works. Appointments or walk ins are welcome. It's never too crowded and if it is just come back another time or make an appointment. There's not many people working here because it is a small store, so whoever is writing one star reviews just for "out to lunch" signs is dumb. read more

Phenomenal! I don't upgrade or do anything like this ever, it's always stressed me out but not here, not with this crew. All 3 employees(I don't know their names but they know who they are!) were extremely helpful to me as well as every customer that walked in. They showed me all my options, as well as any promo I may have that applied to give me the best deal for my situation and finances. We had a great experience at this location compared to other verizon stores. There was one sales rep there, his name is Chris, and I got there an hour before closing. He was helping another customer. He was patient and providing great customer service to the person ahead of me. When my time came up, he provided absolutely, the best service i've had for quite some time. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was multi tasking and providing information as he was processing our transaction. I felt bad since it was closing time and he was still going above and beyond his time. He took his time and fully went through my account. I apologized for my transaction taking more time and he wasn't bothered about it. In general, he took care of my initial needs, helped me in my account, setup my phone (installed glass), and provided information that I needed. I didn't feel rushed and was a very happy customer. I got scammed at this location. I went in late October to trade my iPhone 12 Pro and buy the new iPhone 15 pro max. Talked to Stephon and he said that my phone's value was $700-I have a hand written note and his card as evidence. I ordered it and had it shipped to the store. I went to pick it up and he said that I needed to bring my old phone back and that the trade in would be processed then. Early November I went and he was out so Javari (the manager at the time) said he'd process it and said he could give me a $245 credit that day and the rest would be applied once Verizon received the phone. He gave me a receipt that only said $245 and I specifically asked proof of the $700 credit and he said it's fine and would be processed the end of the week. Lo and behold, he moved stores and every time I called, the lady (name is close to Kaley) said she needed to contact him for an update at the new store he's at. I called and asked for an update three times over the next month with her. Stephon said the same thing the other time I called and that he'd call me back two weeks ago. No call so I called customer service and they said this store only input the device value as $245 and there is no note about a $700 total value. They looked up the account access log and it shows the store only said the value was $245, which is suspicious since the phone was in perfect condition. I got the trade in handled but DO NOT GO HERE. They are shady and are definitely scamming. read more

The first games of the season we can't even watch because it not working. We've now spent 5 hours on the phone and can't even watch the games. I was scammed into the "promotional deal" as others have mentioned on August 23, 2023. I went into the store and traded in my old iPhone 11 Pro Max for a new IPhone 14 Pro Max and was told that I would only need to pay $5.55 over 36 months for the new phone. I confirmed over and over with Kayla C that this was correct, even though my receipt listed that I was financing the phone for $1,210 which I did not agree to and would not have agreed to the Pro Max if there was no "deal". She ensured me that the promotional offer and trade in fee would be applied to my account once Verizon received my old phone (which she had me wipe in front of her and hand over). This is fraudulent as my Verizon account is charging me the full $1,210 for the phone which I would have never agreed to if the "promotion" was not being offered, and I would have used another Verizon brick and mortar store to finance a phone at a cheaper model at a cheaper price. I am pursuing small claims court for fraud as I have the receipt where Kayla C hand wrote my payment plan I was told I would be paying. read more

I am not happy with my experience at this Verizon store and I will never be back. This store cost me a lot of my valuable time by messing up my phone trade in, causing me unnecessary stress. My phone was misplaced, the promotion was not properly applied, and my customer loyalty discount was taken away during this transaction. Forgot the name of the man who was helping me, but when I walked in and explained my situation to him that I was post Cancer Surgery and was not able to drive to Arden Way Corporate Store to buy a phone because I wanted to stay on the Pre Paid Plan and buy the phone outright. He was reluctant to call the Corporate Store for me to see if I could do the transaction over the phone at this store. He was also trying to upsell me to a Post Paid Plan and could not show me the I Phone 13 because they are in boxes, and did not have any demos to show. So I had to ask him if there was a model similar I could see, which he. The time I spent in there was excruciating to say the least. If you want them to RUIN your family plan, GO HERE! The store manager even blamed a customer coming in and HUNG UP on me, because he didn't not want to engage in a conversation with me any longer. He literally cut me off mid sentence as I was asking his name to make sure I wrote it here correctly. Sorry that an educated caller is upset that you bamboozled her parents, whom share an unlimited plan her, into changing the family plan to save some extra money -- even though it woudl GREATLY AFFECT additional members of the plan, NOT just save money. I'm not the account owner, but he can see that I am an an account manager as well, but didn't think it important to let the people in the store know that their decision would greatly affect the data plan of two persons on the plan who are grandfathered into a better plan, LOSE their plan! Nope, that's ethical to Morgan (I believe that's the Managers name). That's half the people on the plan. When a customer calls to discuss a questionable sale and decision, you shouldn't try to attempt to belittle them or tell them that Internet research is not valid. We all know that the new unlimited plan is nothing comparable to the standard of the grandfathered 'unlimited' plan. I don't need to be a tech genius to know this. This manager handled himself exactly as you'd expect from a 'wireless premium retailer'. If you don't know to manage or train your staff with ethical business practices, maybe you better get another type of job. I'm pissed. I'm sure you get that. These employees didn't have the decency to note the change that this would cause for ALL FOUR members on the plan. The manager said he didn't get anything from changing out plan, then why did he push them to change it so hard? He did, I'm sure as a 'premium retailer' he gets something monetarily for having them change their plan -- even if it did save them money monthly. After receiving my new S10 Galaxy note, I opt to swing by this store on the way home, to see if the wireless phone guru s could assist me with transferring all data from my old S 7 to new S 10 .. I'm actually a VZ employee, but that didn't seem to help a bit, with any customer assistance in this store . This contractor store was hard fast are charging me a minimum of 20 bucks to connect a couple cables and assist me for 5 minutes. I went home found the cable myself and made it happen ..... SUPER NICE STAFF!!!! Came in wanting to switch over from AT&T and could not have been more thankful for Daniel and Raymond's help! I first met with Daniel who helped coordinate my upgrade and show me which plan best fit my overall needs. Once my contract with AT&T was over, Raymond helped add me onto my family's pre-existing plan and I was in and out in under 25 minutes!!! (A process which normally takes 35-45 minutes as I was also upgrading my family's plan as well!) Throughout the entire process Raymond kept calm as he walked me through all the new contract agreements/charges. I really appreciate how polite and considerate he was, despite me trying to rush him every second I got! A+ for customer service!!! The store is really small but they sell a lot of phone/tablet accessories and there are usually at least three people working at a time so you'll never have to wait long!! This place is a Verizon authorized dealer, which is not the same as a Verizon store. The Verizon store is in Arden. I would just drive there and save yourself some time and hassle. They people here are really lacking in any customer service as the other reviews state. I had a screen over put on and there was a bubble that I immediately pointed out. The guy says all bubbles resolve over the next 24 hrs. I am very skeptical of this. I come back. The same guy is there, they try to fix this bubble I had already pointed out the day before. They can't fix it but they can't exchange it for me because there is no manager on site. So, I've wasted my time coming here because they lied about the bubble which I had already pointed out from the get go. Not only did I have to come back once, but twice because of their company policy. I also had to wait 10-15 mins for a guy to help me because this other guy was busy with another customer. He was typing, but not too busy to discuss his picks for football games over the next week. They also don't let you return accessories which they don't tell you but post on a sign in small writing. Our experience yesterday was the easiest transaction I have EVER had in a cellphone store,going back 25 years. November their sales person pushed and pushed a HUM device on us. We did not want it, they insisted, fine. They said it was all free with our two phone and unlimited plan purchases. Ok fine, we leave with the dang HUM device, which I have absolutely no intention of actually using- who needs another device tracking them anyway? I come to find out there is indeed a service charge every month, and the salesperson absolutely insisted it was a completely free service. They are liars and will do what they can to get you to sign away so they get their incentives. Please don't go here. The Edge service (aka phone monthly financing plan) is heavily pushed - which if you do the math will cost you far more than the cost of the phone if you pay outright. This was considerably more frustrating since I asked to pay for my phone outright three times, but they kept insisting. I did not give in though. They also give you a discount for 5 star reviews so I recommend taking many of the five star reviews with some skepticism. After 20 years of being a Verizon customer, I was disappointed and will take my boyfriend's advice to go to the Apple Store instead next time.
