I visited this location after calling 2 other stores that didn't have what I wanted. When I arrived here, I was helped by Ana. She was quick but had great customer service. I was looking for an iPhone 8 however she explained they didn't have any but that I should consider the iPhone 11 because with my BoostUp upgrade option, I would essentially be paying the same price for the 8 as the 11. I used to go to another boost mobile way closer to my house but I was in the area and I had to pay my bill. Amazing service. Even though they were busy, they greeted me and told me they'd get to me soon. When it was my turn the girl in the front was super nice and helpful. Then the manager saw that my phone was cracked and asked if I wanted to replace it. Then recommended me to a place called Repair Guyz. I just love how he showed so much interest in me, more than a customer and so helpful and nice. I live 15 miles away but this is now my go to boost from here on out. Love it. read more

Wow! If I could give this place no stars I would! I walk in yesterday afternoon. Booth of the girls their are too busy shoving their faces with food to give me correct information. One tells me a phone is almost 200, then the other says she doesn't think so. When I knew the phone was 129!!!I tell them I called and talked to Saaed? The manager. He walks in 10 minutes later. He then is really of no help to me what so ever!! He tells me the phone I want sucks compared to one he is recommending. I tell him I wanted the other one. He then tells me the one he is recommending will come with service, and a case for 100 bucks and he also tells me the one I want will be 186 when it just was rung up for 129!!!. He then tells me if I turn in the other phone Id have to pay for service I already paid for for a month all over again. I leave. Call them back and ask the girl if I go to Walmart and buy a phone if I can transfer the service already paid for. She talks to Saaed and he says "no, basically she will take a loss on that money" so I am pretty upset, but not so much with them until I call boost mobiles 800 number to find out that I can switch service to a new phone and these idiots are lying to me because they are trying to make commission? F"^* this store and their incompetent employees. Boost mobile is lucky the lady I spoke with over the phone was great or I would have kissed this sorry company goodbye! Great day. If I could I would honestly rate this place with a negative -10. I came in yesterday and purchased a xfinity prepaid starter internet kit. First I was never explained when I bought it that if your address has a previous issue with xfinity there is NO WAY of getting service. I just moved here and am unable to get service at my address due to a left over bill. They took my money then I came back less then a hour and brought it back. The service rep Yaquelin was helpful but made it sound like I would have no problem when I had to bring it back for whatever. So once I returned to the store she played the come back tomorrow game and speak with Tod the store manger for my refund. Ok first red flag how do you run a business and staff it but there is no one in the store that can process returns? They take your money with no problem but treat you like nothing when you come back with a problem. So I returned today and was rudely treated and spoken badly to by Tod. He stated there would be a 30% restocking fee and a check mailed out and I should receive within 21-30 business days. Ok so you have the return policy posted no where in the store. Then when I asked for him to please contact his boss he lied andstated that the owner was going to tell me the same thing and he wasn't going to bother him for something this small and petty. Then I asked him very politely even though he was treating me rudely and treating me as if I was uneducated in front of my 4 year old. When I asked him to please write down what he just stated about refusing to contact management he smiled and handed me my receipt back and moved on to another customer. Then as I was collecting my iteams he tried to word game me again and said "I told you I can send an email and get back with you by 3?" What in the world? The company is rude dishonest advertising to their customers just for business and our hard earned money. Did I forget to mention the return policy is targeted towards the return of a "Phone Product." I do not have a phone product I have a cable modem that I m stuck with. I will never give this place my business again. I will let all my family co-workers and friends know don't do business with BOOST. read more
