HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!…read more I went in about two weeks ago to trade in my old iPhone for a brand new one, which I have DONE before at this place. I went in and they didn't necessarily greet me in the moment because they had one other customer, but over a few minutes they greeted me and asked me how I was. Which I replied in a settle tone. I was soon helped by a representative with my questions about trading in my device that wasn't able to work. He confirmed multiple times ensuring me that a cracked and non-workable phone is eligible for trade in. (!!!Mind you I asked multiple times over and over & all his replies were yes I'm able to trade it in for a new device!!!). We sat down and talked about the trade in price and value of my old device, trading in for a new one. Once we have discussed all of that, the representative STATED " so you're trading this non-workable iPhone for a new one correct", and I said "yes" . Once we have finished all of the discussing and agreeing, he told me bring the phone home and transfer all of my information onto my new device and bring back the old phone within TWO weeks. Which I did, when I came back two weeks later the representative said that I was trading in a whole different device for my new one ( which I never stated that, although I had another device, it's non- workable as well, it wasn't able to transfer any of my information so I was trying to trade my other phone which is also non-workable but the data is backed up on the one I wanted to trade!!!). I told the representative, I have clearly stated I wanted to trade in the one I already had backed up and he said yes two weeks prior. I came back to this place to bring my old phone they told me to bring back for them. Once I went in told them, gave them my information, and the representative said "under this new phone in this account, it shows you are trading a different device not this one" . I KNOW for a fact when I left that day receiving the new phone and agreeing, I could trade in the one that was backed up, that manager didn't like it at all!!! Which I think made his employee change it under my plan saying I was supposed to trade in the non- workable one that WASN'T backed up. The managers attitude and his facial expressions were the rudest, discourteous, and impolite!! This place, the workers, and ESPECIALLY the manger wasted my precious time out of my DAY. Telling me one thing and confirming multiple times it's possible, and then telling me it's not possible. I wouldn't ever recommend this place at all!! Florin road, Verizon is WAY better, top service, and friendly!

Dear Verizon Management,…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your store locations. I went in to pay my bill since my account was recently changed to "cash only." However, the employee assisting me informed me that he could not accept cash payments, which was already frustrating considering the inconvenience of having to come into the store to make a payment. To make matters worse, I was charged a service fee -- which doesn't seem fair when I'm the one going out of my way to pay my bill in person. When I asked the representative a few questions regarding my account, his response was simply "I don't know." That level of customer service is disappointing and reflects a lack of proper training. I strongly suggest that management provides additional training to ensure employees are knowledgeable and equipped to handle customer inquiries professionally. Customers should feel supported and confident that their issues will be addressed effectively, not dismissed. Thank you for taking the time to review this matter. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience at your stores.

Check your phone for suspicious apps if you've activated a phone here! Do not let your…read moreelderly/senior loved ones go here alone!!! My mother purchased a phone at this MetroPCS. July 1, 2026 with an employee named Amir . A couple days later my grandma started getting a ton of notifications on her phone, mostly from an app called "All File Viewer". I always help her when she wants to download a new app and we definitely didn't download this one and it sure wasn't on her old phone. There were a couple of other apps that were sketchy that I took screenshots of. These were not apps that usually come on Anroids like YouTube or Google apps. Her phone was already very glitchy and losing battery very fast. These were not apps that usually come with Android phones like YouTube or Google apps. So we made a trip to the store on July 9th hoping for some answers and to possibly return it. It was just Amir there, my grandma said it was the same guy who sold here the phone. When we asked him about the apps, he grabs the phone and goes "Yeah." As we continue to explain and he goes through the phone, he goes "Yeah, yeah, it happens all the time." And insists that she must have downloaded the apps. We also asked him why he put a $50 screen cover on her phone without asking her or telling her the price. He said she wanted it and that he actually gave her a discount, and said it was $430 retail. I asked how when the price for the phone is $229.99 full price in-store and online. Then he said its $430 out the door and said he can charge whatever he wants. So at that point we just wanted to return the phone but couldn't because it had an "updgrade". The upgrade? Putting her phone number on the phone. When I looked it up this is an actual policy of MetroPCS, keeping your same number on the phone is considered an upgrade and makes it final sale. So now she's stuck with a phone that even with a factory reset, may still have malware on it. We asked when the manager was going to be there. He said he was the manager and owner of that location. He said that the store on Franklin was corporate and some guy there was the district manager. I already checked before we went and there are no more corporate locations and he just kept saying that that one was. So the same things are probably going on there. So we were kinda done and just said we'd just report it. That's when he grabbed the phone again and started deleting the apps. My mom took the phone back and we left. Also, when she went on the 1st, she forgot her pin. He was able to circumvent it and gave her new security questions so that she could change it when she got home. When she tried to input the answers, it didn't work. She just ended up calling MetroPCS support. There was another woman customer there when she got her phone and he was going back and forth between their phones setting them up. The whole thing was very shady and left me with an awful feeling.

Today when my husband went in to cut and program an after market key for a vehicle we just bought, that was not the case.
