This one is a little overdue, but I finally made the switch a month ago joined Team Verizon!!! Verizon experience: Walked in and Phil and his team took SUCH good care of me! I was there hella early at 9am and didn't leave until close to noon cause I wanted them to help me with transferring all my stuff over to my New Samsung S21 Ultra! Phil was so amazing with showing me how my plan would work and broke my bill down perfectly! Verizon is another level with their service! If you have Verizon then you know! I traded in my old Note 10 plus and now my bill is $97 compared to when I had so called Sprint disguised as shady T-Mobile, my bill just for me was $135! Even with a paid off phone! I was done! Back story: I had been a loyal Sprint customer for so many years and my worst nightmare came true when T-Mobile took over! I had been dreading it and it finally happened last year! I was stuck cause I had to pay my then current Note 10 Plus off before I could do anything. T-Mobile claimed that NOTHING would change for US LOYAL SPRINTERS but that was nothing but a damn lie! When everything was nice and normal and Sprint had their OWN store, every year I was able to trade in my current phone and lease a new one! All I had to do was return my old phone which was ALWAYS in fantastic PRIMO condition! Like brand new, and all I had to do was pay for activation and pay for the phone monthly like most people do! Last year I went in to get the new Note 20 and they "T-MOBILE" told me that I had to front for HALF of the phone in order to get it. So basically fork over $500 and you can have it. Nothing is Sprint, it's ALL T-MOBILE now. So therefore gooooood bye! Final Thoughts: Highly recommend Verizon if you're looking for a new carrier! And this location is soooo beautiful and clean! Warning for all business customers. I am reporting a concern and discriminating acts and awareness against Business Rep Alacia Franks at Delta Shore, Sacramento-CA. My wife and I are being discriminated by Alacia. She signed us up for something we didn't need, and when it came to get assistance and do refunds, Alacia ignored us. She fails to give her managers contact, avoiding me from filing a grievance against her. She was NOT honest when signing me up for devices and now my bill is all screwed up and she ignores from helping despite my texts and phone calls. She is not transparent with her communications. I am and will escalate this to highest cooperate executive level due to fact how she is discriminating. I took time off from and she knew I was coming, but she decides to help someone else. She jumped onboard to sign me up for some devices, but then when i had issues, she leaves me hanging. She has a job cause of us customers, but she is exercising bad business. Similar situation happened in 2019, when another Business Rep from Elkgrove-CA Verizon, Danny Reyes signed us for our 5 lines business plan and left our account in a huge mess. She never followed up. It took me 6 months to clean up my account with other store managers. Terrible customer service. Not surprising given all the negative reviews in the past. We were told to bring in our old phone to this store since we had already had received and activated a new phone on-line. We were told at the door that there was one customer in front of us and the wait should only be a few minutes. However, after a half hour, still no help. Other customers who arrived later, were given priority and were helped before us. Two of the agents who we were sitting across from us were chitchatting about another customer. Finally, I asked to speak to the manager who apparently was on the phone. The agent across from us said that she could help. We gave her the old phone and she entered the information into the computer taking less than a couple of minutes. I have to say that customer service at this location is 5 stars all day! We chose Black Friday to take advantage of the great deal on the pixel 3 XL! The wait time was 45 minutes to see someone. Luckily there is a Starbucks right next door! We went ahead and ordered our products online and chose the pickup at store option. This way we were ready to rock and roll when our 45 minutes was up! Once the wait was over, we were taken care of by the rep! They had all of our phones and bundles ready within ten minutes. However, unlike previous experiences they sent us home to do the setup ourselves. Which I understand as it's a lengthy time consuming process and they're on their busiest day of the year. We went home and had nothing but issues, even tried to call customer service. In the end they said we needed new SIM cards and would have to go back to the store. We went back and we went straight to the front of the line. Our problems were fixed pretty efficiently with a few minor hiccups. We asked them to put on the screen protectors for us, as they're are the pros! We were told 2 minutes to be assisted, which turned into 15 minutes. Once assisted (picture attached) I believe her name was Danielle, went above and beyond! She tried so hard to get out otterbox defenders on without bubbles in the protector. In the end, I wasn't satisfied and elected to downgrade my otterbox to the symmetry line, which worked out perfectly and saved my wife and I $100. We were happy and on our way out! The staff was phenomenal at pointing out ways to save money and promotions! Their processes costed us an extra hour and a half or so, but in the end we walked away as very excited and loyal customers! We will be back! read more

This location looks like it's really busy but expect a 10 minute wait or more, depending on the day. Really glad we switched back to Verizon. Around 10:30am my mother and I went to the Verizon store to get assistance setting up her Verizon account to work on her brand new iPhone 12 Pro since we both signed up recently and got new Iphones and this bold man who worked with us had hazel eyes and he was very belligerent and he raised his voice with us and he even got into my personal space , I asked for the manager multiple times from both him and his coworker and apparently he wasn't available, even though he was in the building , and he was being very aggressive and confrontational in his demeanor , in the end both he and his coworker both finally helped my mother out later on after the second or third time we re entered the building because my mom wanted her paperless statement setup and needed assistance with her iPhone , my My mom has mental disabilities and she is elderly and she wasn't able to get a word in with this bold man until I walked with her back a second time into the building . If you see a middle eastern looking bold man with gold eyes, avoid him , he is a hot head and will be very aggressive with you and will get in your personal space and will interrupt you and not care if you have a mental disability or not . I will be calling the store back again about this specific employee and definitely speaking to corporate about this store. If any people here experience violent workers , don't expect to get immediate help from this specific store since you can't even get the manager on the floor to potentially de escalate a violent confrontation. . He was annoyed I did not understand what I signed on to...with this said. This morning, around 7am, I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max online with express locker pickup. I thought this would be convenient. It was NOT. I got to the store promptly at opening, 10am. I was rudely greeted by an employee, Oddie, who told me I had to wait until I got an email from Verizon and it should take a couple hours because they just opened. When I ordered online it said it should be ready in 2 hours or less. 6 HOURS later I receive an email saying my order is ready however my order cannot be picked up via express locker and needs to be picked up in the store. After arriving at the store I spoke to Oddie again his certainty that my order was only for express locker pick up came crashing down when I showed him the email I received earlier. Luckily another employee came out the back with my order. The confused look on Oddies face was priceless. I would advise against using express locker pickup or going to this Verizon store... read more
