    This one is a little overdue, but I finally made the switch a month ago joined Team Verizon!!! Verizon experience: Walked in and Phil and his team took SUCH good care of me! I was there hella early at 9am and didn't leave until close to noon cause I wanted them to help me with transferring all my stuff over to my New Samsung S21 Ultra! Phil was so amazing with showing me how my plan would work and broke my bill down perfectly! Verizon is another level with their service! If you have Verizon then you know! I traded in my old Note 10 plus and now my bill is $97 compared to when I had so called Sprint disguised as shady T-Mobile, my bill just for me was $135! Even with a paid off phone! I was done! Back story: I had been a loyal Sprint customer for so many years and my worst nightmare came true when T-Mobile took over! I had been dreading it and it finally happened last year! I was stuck cause I had to pay my then current Note 10 Plus off before I could do anything. T-Mobile claimed that NOTHING would change for US LOYAL SPRINTERS but that was nothing but a damn lie! When everything was nice and normal and Sprint had their OWN store, every year I was able to trade in my current phone and lease a new one! All I had to do was return my old phone which was ALWAYS in fantastic PRIMO condition! Like brand new, and all I had to do was pay for activation and pay for the phone monthly like most people do! Last year I went in to get the new Note 20 and they "T-MOBILE" told me that I had to front for HALF of the phone in order to get it. So basically fork over $500 and you can have it. Nothing is Sprint, it's ALL T-MOBILE now. So therefore gooooood bye! Final Thoughts: Highly recommend Verizon if you're looking for a new carrier! And this location is soooo beautiful and clean! And the team that works here are phenomenal, their customer service goes above and beyond! Thank you to the Delta Shores Verizon team of taking care of me!

    I was at Verizon store upon opening April 24 walk up to a service agent woman sorry didn't get her name After 45 min of waiting for a simple Transaction of purchasing a Dims card for a jet pac which is their product she couldn't or didn't know how to proceed to activate such card There were 4 other employees present who didn't seem ALL interested in helping either!!! No customer service no LOYALTY TO LONG TIME CLIENTS... Avoid Drlta shores

Turns out they pretty much have the best deal there is anymore as prices of the most basic Internet plans have gone up so that there's not really such thing as "deals" anymore. But there are still some discounts if you get paperless billing statements, pay by bank account instead of credit card, and have autopay set up. All in all, we learned some things and although they didn't have a free modem promo unless you changed up to a better Internet plan, at least I found out that what my folks are paying isn't too bad and they weren't being had. Looking out for our elders who are quite intimidated by tech. We asked about mobile plans too, but for now it seems my folks didn't need to upgrade so their basic plan is good. The store is big, clean, bright, calming, I think all of that is to create an atmosphere where they can talk you into a better, higher plan, but there really wasn't any pressure sales, and the staff who helped us was friendly and honest, telling us that what my folks got is the best value there is unless a seasonal promo comes up. Thanks Xfinity. For the most part, it's not too bad minus 1 Star for occasional outages.

We went in to try to resolve something that couldn't be taken care of online and for which we were told we had to go into the store so we did. We were still unable to get good help to resolve the problem and although service was friendly, they kept changing the goalpost so we told them we'll just cancel our service and before we got to the car we got an email that says they upgraded our plan! What?! So now we get to spend more time trying to get this fixed. It's been quite a hassle all around and we will not do mobile with Xfinity anymore. No choice on Internet so we're stuck, as with most of our region. The store is nice and clean and cooled down to be quite cold too keep you from heating up with frustrations perhaps? lol. Overall, bad value for mobile service, definitely use a MVNO provider.

I rescheduled our install at least 2 times and she was more than happy to work with me each time. Speed? Well above advertised. Dual band (5/2.4) router they supply works great for my dinosaur laptop (2.4) and our phones (5). They have an interface for each network that allows you to monitor your usage and see what is connected to your network. Zoom acting up? You have immediate diagnostic capability with every network they set up. It told me my laptop had awful signal on WiFi. $16 for a 50' Ethernet at best buy fixed the issue. Call them. Google advertising won't tell you about them but your neighbors will.

Then they earned that last star. They asked if I wanted to try the upgraded service for 24 hours to see if that was part of the problem. No hard sell, no extra charges, just like you would to a friend, here, try it out and let me know. Great service, great people, overall a great experience.
