Cool guys who own and run the small shop. Good deals and they don't gouge you on the less expensive items.

When we received a notification that a phone had arrived at the store, we went in together expecting both phones to be ready for pickup. The associate opened the shipping box, and only one phone was inside. That's when I found out my burgundy phone hadn't arrived yet. Had the associate communicated this upfront, I wouldn't have made the trip expecting my phone to be there. About a month later, when I returned to pick up my phone, I noticed the shipping box had already been opened. The associate explained that they were supposed to check the contents and match everything. I couldn't help wondering why that hadn't been done during our first visit, which could have saved me an unnecessary trip. I also never received a call or text letting me know my phone was ready. I had to call the store myself to confirm it had arrived. The customer service could use improvement as well. When you walk in while employees are helping other customers, they greet you but often leave you standing there without letting you know they'll be with you shortly. A simple "Welcome in! I'll be right with you" would make a big difference. I understand that stores get busy, and waiting for my phone wasn't the issue. The lack of communication, unnecessary trip, and lack of follow-up were. This location could benefit from better customer service training and more attention to keeping customers informed.

Get It Fixed saved my beloved iPhone. I'm a die hard otter box phone case user. I drop my iPhone…read moreall of the time and time after time, thanks to my otter box, my phone survives. Well, my luck ran out and I dropped my iPhone in the dreaded face down landing. I picked it up all nonchalant and was shocked to find that my screen had shattered. I tried to live with a shattered screen but I felt so shoddy and unbecoming with a shattered screen. I went to the Apple store in the mall where they determined my Apple care had expired and it would cost $169 to replace my screen. One-sixty-nine. I smiled and politely said bye-bye. I ran to yelp with my arms wide open and found Get It Fixed. If you don't know it's there, you will miss it. It's above Enterprise rent a car on the corner or Folsom & 65th Streets. There's ample parking and the store is extremely clean. Like, meticulously clean. The decor is super cute, very modern and Swedish. I got there at 5:45 PM, showed them my phone and was quoted $69 for a new screen. I asked if the screen was aftermarket or OEM. They expressed that it was aftermarket but could check their inventory for an OEM screen. They had an OEM screen for an additional $20. I went with the OEM screen, I felt I owed it to my poor phone after being so careless. I had no idea they close at 6 PM, but they fixed it right away and I was out the door with my new old phone. It's been a few days and everything is working fine as far as I can tell. They give a 90 day warranty. They also gave me a free screen protector for checking-in on yelp. I totally recommend Get It Fixed for location, parking, customer service, availability & efficiency. I'm not sure how they compare in price to other phone repair shops as I don't time to be shopping around but after paying $700-800 for a phone, you really just want a place that will do it right and take care of you and that's just what they did.

Even lied about the color told me that they were black, but they were actually blue and I didn't even get to see the phone until after I bought it. Then, when I asked him the total (of the phones) he gave me the total of everything he added to my bill not the cell phones cost and confused me making me think that that's the price of two cell phones. Then he decided to hide the receipt in the bag. Then he tried to say that he was giving me charging blocks for buying the cell phones, but he did not give me anything. He charged me for them. Something was off off and by the time that I had realized he had scammed me it was too late. He had processed my loan without even telling me the total or that he had added accessories I did not ask for. I come back to return the overpriced (charging blocks at $60 each He gave me a bogus story that he can't return it because there's no money in the register, and to come back when the manager is working on Tuesday, but when I came back when the manager was working, she told me that there's nothing she could do about because it's too late to return it. This location is a scam. Do not go here for cell phones. Don't apply for the loan cause they will add as many accessories as possible, and lied to you about the total. MF deserves to be in jail for scamming people. This site is in a trash area cause it's a trash store with trashy scammers for employees

When she was on the phone to fix my Dad's phone they said is was a glitch in there system and it was resolved instantly. Mom was in town visiting me and for some reason didn't want to call T-mobile customer service so I suggested we go to the store to fix her phone. I didn't want her traveling without a phone. First we called the store and asked them if they could assist us with a pay by the minute flip phone and they said yes. We then went down to the store only to be met with a long line of customers. We got in line. Eventually someone came to check us in. We gave them my Mom's number, they found her account and checked us in. The nice thing was they had plenty of seating for us. My mom brought her ipad with her so if she needed to she could log onto her email as her phone is a flip phone and won't pull up her email. We used my phone as a hot spot and she got all logged in. When it was our turn they looked up her account and figured it was the SIM card. They took hers out and put a new one in. That didn't work, so he brought his manager over. We discovered her phone is a 2 g and they turned off all 2g phones the first week of August 2026. Thus her phone is now an antique. We asked what flip phones they offer and he pulled one from the back. He looked up the price and it was $100. Mom didn't want to buy a new phone as she figured she may be able to get a discount if she called customer service and reported her phone no longer works. She originally bought her phone from T-mobile. After much discussion and him looking up where we could get a better price, which was Walmart across the street. I didn't want to do that because then we'd have to come back here, get in line again, to get it activated. He offered to give us a free SIM card so we could set it up on our own. That was a great offer. Then my mom pulled out my old iphone that I gave her to use on Wi-Fi as she didn't want a phone plan. The phone they have is a pay by the minute plan. They have so much money saved up on the phone that they now just have the annual plan and as long as they keep money on the phone and add $20 a year they can keep there phone up and running. They only use their phone a few times a year, it's mostly for emergencies. Thus it's doesn't make sense to get a phone plan. She asked if we could hoop up the iphone to her plan. He checked our phone and it's unlocked so he said we can do that. Her plan is only talk and text so she shouldn't waste any minutes if she choose to use the browser. I am concerned that her texting will eat up the minutes. Since this was the best option we had him add a new SIM card to the phone and she's up and running again. In the end we didn't have to pay a dime to transfer over the phone from the 2g flip phone to my old iPhone. Thank you t-mobile for not pressuring my mom to buy a plan or buy a new phone. Customer service was superb. Soon as it became our turn it was as awesome as it could be. We didn't get her phone up and running, but we still walked out with a phone for free.
