I have to say this is the first thing I do to all my iPhone and Apple watches when I get them. Mobile outfitters is the best clear coat wrap that I add to my device, it makes them last with out having any scratches and avoid major damage. I usually drop of my device with them and go grab a bite , come back to a finished product. Just got my iPhone 12 Max fully wrapped and it feels wonderful, it doesn't take away from the great look of the phone and provides a layer of protection that is very well needed to keeping it looking great. I have it on my Apple Watch as well and I have had it replaced 3 times. If it's that good why do I need to replace it? Well I have had my watch rammed against the wall while moving equipment and the clear coat wrap absorbed it and got the wall paint on it and got it replaced without a scratch on my screen or any marks. I have had other issues wear I have had the wrap absorb the impact hit and it left the watch still spotless. Had my first experience with Clear Coat after getting my iPhone 6. Service was phenomenal! The Clear Coat mall cart is located right outside of the Apple Store. Super convenient if you want to protect your new phone, iPad, or MacBook protected right away. My friend had actually helped me purchase the front screen protector from Clear Coat. It cost a little over $25 to get just the screen protector installed. Cost breakdown: * Screen protector: $19.99 * Installation: $5.00 + tax My visit to Clear Coat was actually a week after the original installation to get a replacement done. (Within 30 days of purchase, you can get replacements done. No questions asked. Remember to keep and bring your receipt!) Haizam was working and he worked fast at replacing the screen protector. It took maybe 5 minutes. He wrapped the phone up with a paper towel, said not to use it for at least 30 minutes, and to not put a phone case back on until 24 hours later. During the visit, he also warned my sister and I about how the back of the iPhones can get easily scratched up because of the aluminum. He said it has happened to the 5's and 5s' and that it would happen on the 6 too. It seemed like a scare tactic to upsell but after some Google searching, it turned out to be true. So, I unexpectedly went back to Clear Coat also got the back done as well. It took another 15 minutes for the back alone, but now I feel much better about my phone being protected. It's supposed to be another $25 to get the back done by itself. I'm not entirely sure of the cost to get it done together. After 30 days, replacements are $5 a piece. By the way, the screen protectors add a nice grip to the phone because of the material of the screen protectors. And clear is definitely clear looking! Overall, a great experience. Haizam was very informative and I feel like I am a believer of Clear Coat's products now. (Though it may be too early to tell.) It may seem a bit pricey compared to the cheap screen protectors you can get from Amazon, but Clear Coat seems worth it. I would definitely come back in the future. read more

I have been a customer of the Arden Fair Mall location for about 10 years and I have brought many customers to there kiosk. During the COVID epidemic I purchased 5 ipads for my grandkids and myself. I took them to the mall and the owner came out to the parking lot and got the ipads and put the clear coat on them as I waited in the parking lot. He emailed me my receipts and all was good. 1 week ago I had to take the ipads in for repair because 2 of them had badly shattered screens. I could not take the Clear Coat off because it was pulling up the screens so I took it in and asked Mobile Kanagroo to save them for me. They said they couldn't take them off because the the same reason I couldn't and sent them to Apple. Apple didn't return them to me and simply replaced the ipads. I took the ipads straight to the mall and spoke with the owner asking him to please replace the Clear Coat for the price of replacement. He remembered putting the Clear Coat on 2 months prior and I also had the receipt however, he would not honor the replacement price because I didn't have the Clear Coat that was on the devices. I explained to him why I didn't have them and that I tried to get them off however, that made no difference to him. I have been a long time customer and he remembered doing my ipads and I had the receipt as well however, he still would not honor it. I sadly will NEVER go there again. I feel if you don't have good customer service then you don't have anything. Your product can be great however, customer service goes a long ways. The most scratch resistant, strongest clear film for your Android, iPhone or other smartphone. I've had the complete wrap (front/back/sides) on my iPhone for more than a year and it's kept the phone like new. Since the front film was starting to peel around the edges, I stopped in again to take advantage of the $5 front replacement. It was a busy day (Saturday after Christmas) and I was promised that it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was. They'll also cover iPads and other tablets. I took it to your kiosk at Arden mall and the person their would not fix my phone, or will not cover the cost to have my phone fixed. I was thoroughly disappointed; and what's worse, I am not surprised. I just through you would possible honor your guarantee. You show the phone being hit by a hammer, you show the phone dropping, and yet, you do not cover impact breakage.
