I have to say this is the first thing I do to all my iPhone and Apple watches when I get them. Mobile outfitters is the best clear coat wrap that I add to my device, it makes them last with out having any scratches and avoid major damage. I usually drop of my device with them and go grab a bite , come back to a finished product. Just got my iPhone 12 Max fully wrapped and it feels wonderful, it doesn't take away from the great look of the phone and provides a layer of protection that is very well needed to keeping it looking great. I have it on my Apple Watch as well and I have had it replaced 3 times. If it's that good why do I need to replace it? Well I have had my watch rammed against the wall while moving equipment and the clear coat wrap absorbed it and got the wall paint on it and got it replaced without a scratch on my screen or any marks. I have had other issues wear I have had the wrap absorb the impact hit and it left the watch still spotless. I always get complements on the matte finish on my watch and phone because it provides a small piece of privacy to my devices and they look good in matte finish. Thank you mobile outfitters, you will always have my business and I love sending you friends and family. Keep up the great work. read more

I really want to just give 4 stars because the only issue I had is when I called the number on the file it goes straight to voicemail. I had to drive all the way to the location to get an answer. They were able to assist me and it was very quick! read more

Although I've been keep coming back so they replace my cover, it's a good product especially since I do t like using bulky cases. Today however I've been waiting at kiosk for over 40 min for someone to come back since sign said be back in 30 min. Everyone needs a break for sure however, they should put down time they will return rather than just a sign that says be back in 30 min. A little frustrating since I've traveled a ways to get here and no one picks up phone when you call. read more

Looking for something to outfit and with protection for your cell phone, MP3 player, tablet, E-reader, or just about anything that has a screen, and you wanna protect it? Stop by Mobile Outfitters (MO). MO gives lifetime warranty, 360° protection, military grade strength and made in the U.S.A. They have 3 selections for finishes, original gloss, matte finish (blocks the sun glare), and FUSION layered with 3 pieces and now you don't have to fear the drop against screen damage. Once the screen is applied on give it about 30 minutes to 1 hour to cure, and then depending on phone type maybe wait few hours to next day to put case on. They will tell you your care instructions, but easily to remember the longer the better on waiting! Prices start @ $24.95 and up depending on size and selection, they all come with 30 day guarantee free replacement if bubbling or any issues you have. After 30 days any issues $5 for replacement. I have walked by a few times and seen multiple people always at the booth and just kept walking on. But these days phones are not cheap, and the deductible are $200+, soooo $25-$30 for some added protection gives my heart and hopefully my wallet a rest. So i stopped recently and watched and heard a few peoples reactions and i was in. I went with the matte finish. Love the No glare look (especially since it won't reflect and glare peeps around you) and it doesn't compromise looking at pictures or scrolling through the phone. Also like how it doesn't have the finger print schmears all over the phone and the screen protector wipes off easily. Customer service @ MO is awesome and very helpful, they even have a phone set up with the screen protector and hit it with a wrench about 6x with a decent amount of force. Nothing crazy hard but nothing soft either. I wont be trying this out for myself intentionally, i drop my phones enough on accident. After he did it i took the phone and used it after opening a few apps, touched screen to see and worked fine. So if your a sceptic and dont believe it see POOYA, or PUHYA and ask to see it and try for yourself. Sorry for i know i probably botched his name but that's how it sounds. Awesome guy! read more

Had my first experience with Clear Coat after getting my iPhone 6. Service was phenomenal! The Clear Coat mall cart is located right outside of the Apple Store. Super convenient if you want to protect your new phone, iPad, or MacBook protected right away. My friend had actually helped me purchase the front screen protector from Clear Coat. It cost a little over $25 to get just the screen protector installed. Cost breakdown: * Screen protector: $19.99 * Installation: $5.00 + tax My visit to Clear Coat was actually a week after the original installation to get a replacement done. (Within 30 days of purchase, you can get replacements done. No questions asked. Remember to keep and bring your receipt!) Haizam was working and he worked fast at replacing the screen protector. It took maybe 5 minutes. He wrapped the phone up with a paper towel, said not to use it for at least 30 minutes, and to not put a phone case back on until 24 hours later. During the visit, he also warned my sister and I about how the back of the iPhones can get easily scratched up because of the aluminum. He said it has happened to the 5's and 5s' and that it would happen on the 6 too. It seemed like a scare tactic to upsell but after some Google searching, it turned out to be true. So, I unexpectedly went back to Clear Coat also got the back done as well. It took another 15 minutes for the back alone, but now I feel much better about my phone being protected. It's supposed to be another $25 to get the back done by itself. I'm not entirely sure of the cost to get it done together. After 30 days, replacements are $5 a piece. By the way, the screen protectors add a nice grip to the phone because of the material of the screen protectors. And clear is definitely clear looking! Overall, a great experience. Haizam was very informative and I feel like I am a believer of Clear Coat's products now. (Though it may be too early to tell.) It may seem a bit pricey compared to the cheap screen protectors you can get from Amazon, but Clear Coat seems worth it. I would definitely come back in the future. read more

I love the clear coat they put on my phone! Looks great and it really gives me a huge peace of mind... But this review is more about the service than the product. I went there today with an issue I had with my new clear coat. I got it at another location yesterday, but this location was now the most convenient for me. The young gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with the product. He was friendly, fast, and actually cared about the quality of his work! I was so grateful for him, I couldn't leave without leaving him a positive review here today. Go check this place out! The product is amazing and the only thing better is the service! Lifetime gaurantee is definitely upheld at this location. My wife and I love to get this service. We have never gotten damage on any of the items that we got clear coat protection. The best place and price to come get a all around phone protector. It is as it's advertise! No matter how many times I've dropped my phones it did not crack. I've been coming here for almost 10 years now it does not disappoint. Lifetime warranty with only $5 replacement. They do phones, tablets, smart watches any brand! They're right outside Apple store. It's an extra 15 minute to install that can save you $$. read more

This is for the clear coat screen protector. Install was great. Looked like a cool screen protector. The top started to peel within a few weeks of getting it. Went in to get it replaced. Your guy was willing to replace it as long as I gave him $5.00 first. Otherwise he wouldnt do it. It was within the first 30 days. It says lifetime replacement but I didnt see anywhere posted that it would be 5 bucks everytime I need it replaced. Very unprofessional. read more

This kiosk is in the Arden Fair Mall, in front of Sephora (for guys, that's just below the Apple store). Expensive but worth it! The most scratch resistant, strongest clear film for your Android, iPhone or other smartphone. I've had the complete wrap (front/back/sides) on my iPhone for more than a year and it's kept the phone like new. Since the front film was starting to peel around the edges, I stopped in again to take advantage of the $5 front replacement. It was a busy day (Saturday after Christmas) and I was promised that it would be ready in 20 minutes. It was. They'll also cover iPads and other tablets. Beats the heck out of a scratched screen or case - and, in the case of Apple products, keeps that resale value high! You can ask for the $5 discount card (entire wrap is around $35). Why not save a few bucks? read more

I have been a customer of the Arden Fair Mall location for about 10 years and I have brought many customers to there kiosk. During the COVID epidemic I purchased 5 ipads for my grandkids and myself. I took them to the mall and the owner came out to the parking lot and got the ipads and put the clear coat on them as I waited in the parking lot. He emailed me my receipts and all was good. 1 week ago I had to take the ipads in for repair because 2 of them had badly shattered screens. I could not take the Clear Coat off because it was pulling up the screens so I took it in and asked Mobile Kanagroo to save them for me. They said they couldn't take them off because the the same reason I couldn't and sent them to Apple. Apple didn't return them to me and simply replaced the ipads. I took the ipads straight to the mall and spoke with the owner asking him to please replace the Clear Coat for the price of replacement. He remembered putting the Clear Coat on 2 months prior and I also had the receipt however, he would not honor the replacement price because I didn't have the Clear Coat that was on the devices. I explained to him why I didn't have them and that I tried to get them off however, that made no difference to him. I have been a long time customer and he remembered doing my ipads and I had the receipt as well however, he still would not honor it. I sadly will NEVER go there again. I feel if you don't have good customer service then you don't have anything. Your product can be great however, customer service goes a long ways. I think they have a good product and I am not recommending you don't go there. Be aware that they have no loyalty to there customers. read more

I would not give you any stars, but I have to in order to post this review. I thought this was a cool place until my phone shattered when it was knocked out of my hands. I took it to your kiosk at Arden mall and the person their would not fix my phone, or will not cover the cost to have my phone fixed. I was thoroughly disappointed; and what's worse, I am not surprised. I just through you would possible honor your guarantee. You show the phone being hit by a hammer, you show the phone dropping, and yet, you do not cover impact breakage. If that's the case, stop advertising that, stop showing those videos and just say, it will only cover scratches. SAY THAT! Also, when my first install peeled away, you charged me $10. I read where you charged someone else $5; do you just charge whatever you want! read more

They are all great. My family and I have been going to them for years. We usually upgrade every year and have had about 20 phones and a couple tablets done all together. Got a new one on my iPhone the other day and I put it in my pocket with screws and made some small scratches. Went to get a new one and Pouya hooked me up by not charging me the $5 dollars. That won my business over even more. Highly recommend these guys. Definitely worth it. read more

Prompt replies to my questions through Yelp. Quick and easy service at the kiosk. Worked on it while I had lunch. Got the protection for my Apple Watch, which already had a couple of scuff marks on it, and the film does a good job of masking/hiding them while making my watch look like new. Plus, I redeemed a $5 off coupon. Thanks for the great service! I'll certainly be back when I upgrade my phone. read more

My husband and I got iPhone 6 from Apple Store and definitely want to get screen protectors. This kiosk is right in front of Apple Store. I was attracted by its promoting video which is playing repeatedly. I have installed screen protectors by myself on iPhone 5 and it worked okay, satisfying enough. But, hey, when you're with your new phone in hand, you don't wanna wait for Amazon shipping. So I asked about residue and price, the girl is very kind, made me feel comfortable. We got screen protectors for $24.99/phone and wow her service was super fast! Like 1 minute/phone, no kidding! She opened our iPhone boxes carefully, sprayed some solution on the screens and the films, put the films on and pushed the bubbles out. Finally wrapped our phones with paper towels and told me that in the first 24 hrs there may be some small bubbles which will go away by themselves. Yes, our iPhones are perfect after 1 day. I'm also told they provide life time customer service. Within 30 days of purchase you can go with receipt if have any problems. After 30 days, receipt is not necessary but bring your protector and they charge $5 for a redo. read more

I would like to start out by saying that we have this product all five of our phones. Today we went to the kiosk and had the "better" product put on my brand new phone which they charged us 48 dollars for after quoting me $40 earlier in the week. We realized the fusion doesn't cover the entire screen and makes the entire phone bulgy and ugly. We went back before we even left the mall to ask for the original clear coat instead and refund of the difference. The manager called my husband a liar and was very unprofessional. After wasting over an hour arguing with the manager and talking with the owner, we were refunded 15 dollars! They charged us the full retail price for the original clear coat even though we saw them sell if for cheaper to other customers in front of us. I will not be returning to this kiosk in my lifetime!!!! read more

Good place for screen protectors, prices are reasonable. The placement of the screen is very precise and accurate. I took in 4 new phones at once and they did it very fast ! On the advice of a friend I had one of these screen protectors installed on my new iPhone. (He also suggested I go with the matte finish instead of clear--it took a couple of days to get used to, but now I love it.) Unfortunately, somehow it got kind of scratched/dented, maybe from being in the same pocket as my keys. I went back to the kiosk and they replaced it for free (I bought it 3-4 weeks ago). The guys are friendly and professional. Highly recommended! read more
