DO NOT COME HERE FOR REPAIRS OR PARTS. Not a trusted company. I was stopped by the guy in a kiosk when he noticed my iPhone had a cracked backing. Said they repair with the same manufacture part and that if I had any problems with returning my phone to my phone company or apple bring it back to them. Let them repair it for $110 and immediately noticed the color was not the correct piece. It was white and plastic and he kept saying no it's the real thing. Also smelled burned on return. Few days later my phone stopped working. It would heat up and turn off every one minute. Brought my phone to Apple and Tmobile and they both said it was destroyed by taking it to a third party. I went back to this place to disclose what happened, they kept my phone for a week and still did not fix it. They took my phone screen and camera protector and I had to get a new phone. read more

To sum up what is written below, it's basically about how a $37 Lifetime screen protector, turned into an all day drama and hassle to get fixed. Winding up with 3 technicians, 3 screen protectors, being charged 7 times the amount initially quoted, having my personal Louis Vuitton property manhandled with no remorse, and eventually leaving the store frustrated with a screen protector that still has air bubbles. Came in to have a $37 lifetime screen protector replaced, a kind lady at the front told me that it could be done for $5 and sent me over to see a older man at the register. He took twenty minutes to install the protector then handed the phone back and charged me $37, I asked why it was not $5 and was told it would be $5 next time. I payed him then left the store but instantly turned around when I noticed it had six big air bubbles at the edge of the screen and in the middle. When I took it back in the older man was helping someone else an a young man offered to help. He took the phone and tried to push out the bubbles with his fingers, then said he would need to replace the screen protector but didn't have anymore of the privacy screen protectors just the clear ones. I told him that be fine and he replaced it for me in fifteen minutes with no air bubbles. As I was leaving I asked the friendly lady at the front why did I have to pay more then she quoted. She told me that was a mistake on their part and she would get it fixed. Then she met me at the register with the initial older man and recent young man. There she told me I was informed by the older man it would $5 to replace but I elected to pay $37 instead, which I responded was clearly not true to which the older man then wanted to start arguing. The lady then asked to see the card the privacy screen protector was initially purchase with so that she could verify I wasn't lying about my original purchase, it was verified. The friendly lady then pulled off the clear screen replacement and said this was the wrong one and not the privacy screen protector, to which I tried to tell her the younger guy said there was no more of. She then proceeded to pull out a new privacy screen protector, started to work on installing the privacy screen replacement, and issuing a refund. While she was working on this fix, another young male worker came up grabbed my real Louis Vuitton case and mistook it for one of the fakes they sell at their establishment. He proceeded to talk disrespectful about a previous customer he Interacted with and then rub his finger nails over my Louis Vuitton case, jam his index finger into the middle of the case and bend the case. I looked on in horror like is she or the older man going to tell him anything! I yelled at the young male worker to take his hands off my personal Louis Vuitton case and told him this was not (some fake knockoff) purchased here! All three workers standing in front of me immediately gave me a dirty look and tried to smooth over the situation saying he didn't know and didn't do anything to rough with it. I honestly at this point became so enraged I just wanted my phone and to get the heck out of there. She hands me my phone now with the third screen replacement after one full hour and no surprise it has air bubbles again. I mention this and she immediately ask what bubbles as she puts her thumb directly over the bubble to try and press it out. I tell her this has been a terrible experience, im leaving a negative review and she gets defensive. Hands me my phone tells me it's on them don't worry about the five dollars, I pulled out five dollars handed it to the old man who's quick to put it into the register and walked out with a privacy screen protector still with air bubbles. You charged me seven times the amount, manhandled my personal property with complete disregard or apology, and failed to deliver a quality service you claim to specialize in like screen protection installation. read more

While leisurely shopping at the Arden Fair Mall, I came upon this cell phone case store. I was intrigued right away because I happen to own a phone that apparently is not that common. I have been to several cell phone accessory places with no luck on finding a case that will fit my phone accurately. There was only one other place, but it was very cheaply made and broke at the corners after a year. This store had a huge number of assorted cases on display for most brands, makes, and models. When a store clerk asked me if I needed help, I expected her tell me that they didn't have my type of phone available. But to my surprise, they had at least 3 different colors for me to choose from! They didn't have my style in bling, but I wasn't going to be too choosy, so I got a nice radiant red that fit my phone perfectly! The cover is sturdy and even the buttons are all accessible. Do not buy from these scam artists! They sold me on a custom printed wooden bamboo case but I got a fake plastic wooden printed case. So not happy with the service. I was willing to take a refund but they said no refunds would be given. They also said it would be ready for pick up in 2 days but It wasn't ready for 6 days. They kept making excuses as to why they didn't have it ready. I think they knew they messed up and still went trough with giving me the wrong item. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!! My dad dropped his phone at work and broke the screen, but otherwise, the phone was working fine. My parents came to visit me during my thanksgiving break and we happened to visit Arden Fair and stumbled across this place. My dad brought his phone in and they promised to fix it in a few minutes. He left it with them and when he came back to pick it up, the manager told him that the new screen was defective and wasn't working, so the phone wasn't turning on. So my dad was like "okay, just put the old one back on and i'll take it back." So they put the old screen back on and surprise, the phone still doesn't turn on. So this guy was like "you need to go to Roseville to our other location, they can fix it there because they have more technology over there" and my dad of course said no, because why should we have to go all the way to another city for a mistake that this guy made? So eventually he agreed to take it there himself and he PROMISED that they would get it working. Hours later when he returned with the phone, guess what? Still not working. Then he changed the whole story and said that there was a part missing or broken or something and that they needed to order it and he wouldn't be able to order it until monday due to the holiday weekend. Keep in mind my parents live 6hrs away so that was not an option. So at this point, the only option this guy had was to pay for a new phone for my dad, so he bought him a $200 phone and STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK MY DAD TO PAY HALF OF IT. Which he of course said hell no to. He eventually got the guy to hand over the new phone AND the money he had paid for the repair in the first place. WARNING! DON'T I MEAN DO NOT take your phone here at all!! I went in the mall on 7/23 with two phones that needed the back glass repaired only. Both phones worked great just needed back glass replaced. iPhone 13 Pro Max and and iPhone 8 Plus. Paid $217 for both phones took about 2hrs for them to fix. Went to pick up guy up upsold us on a screen protector for daughters 8 plus phone that literally cracked the next day. She dropped her phone facedown and the screen protector cracked plus the back glass that was just installed. Waste of MONEY! Very cheap quality! It wasn't even a long drop either. Also when I got home my 13 pros flash was not working. Went back to the mall that next day told them the tech didn't even open the phone back up he said they will have to order a new flash should be delivered in 3 business days for me to call them on Thursday if I don't get a call from them first. I called Thursday a girl answered said part won't be delivered until Saturday. I called Saturday was told part was in so I dropped the phone off at 1:30 guy said to come back at 3. I went to pick up my phone flash was working now. I tried to call my husband but I couldn't hear anything. So we went back in told them now I can't hear when I make a call. Guy said it will take 40 mins for him to fix. Told him I would be back. I get home then get a call saying that he couldn't fix it and that he wasn't sure why that he will take my phone to the other shop in Roseville for me to pick it up Sunday at Arden mall at 12. I called Sunday at 12:15 was told phone wasn't ready to pick up at 3. I told them I need my phone back Sunday that I use it for work. Got a call that was phone ready. Picked it up and now I was able to hear when I made a call. Wednesday I get a notification on my iPhone saying "unable to determine if the camera is a genuine Apple part. This could be because the part is non-genuine, not functioning as expected or the installation is incomplete". Now as of yesterday I'm hearing static when I make a call or listen to music or if I get a notification it's a muffled static noise. All of this for just a back glass that needed to be replaced. I don't even want them messing with my phone again. I will have to now take my phone to a real authorized Apple repair place to see if they can fix. The night I realized my flash wasn't working I googled this place and saw all of the bad reviews. I instantly regretted letting them replace my back glass but gave them the benefit of doubt. Any place is better than this. There are tons of both physical and online stores to get tech accessories. Even Walmart and amazon have better made products, and cheaper as well. They do however have tons of options for phone cases for a lot of different modes, watch bands, phone grips, tablet accessories,ect. But don't let the huge selection out fool you. All the stuff is trash. Even the knock off stuff like otterbox style cases are trash. My husband wanted to get a new case for his phone after we got a new screen replacement on it. We saw the selection from outside so decided to go in. He decided to go with a custom case with a custom picture on it. The case was made and the picture was off center and part of the image was partially cut off at the side of the case. And they put it on his phone like that. Maybe thinking we wouldnt notice? Like why would you think that looks ok? We were not happy with it so we asked for a redo. They did, and while the whole image was on there and not cut off this time, it was however still off center to the side of the case. We were like you have to be kidding me with this? They wouldn't make another and dumb ass me wanted to leave so we just paid and left. It was I believe $40-$50 for this hunk of junk case. I still don't know why we just didn't leave it and not pay. Oh well. My husband was not satisfied with it but was just ok with it and let it be. On top of that he dropped his phone on the carpet from the couch and the effing case cracked. Like seriously? Got my screen fixed 2 weeks ago for $100 and the screen went out on my phone again .I took it back to get it looked at and they said they weren't sure of the problem and wanted me to pay $109 just to see what the problem was. The gentlemen continued to say it was a 50/50 chance that they could actually fix it. So I would pay 109 dollars out the door again even if they couldn't fix the problem. I shouldn't even have to replace the screen after 2 weeks of getting it fixed the first time. The customer service was good. However, I paid $24.99 for a new case and $24.99 for a new screen protector. The screen protector cracked within a few weeks. I called and they said I could go to the Roseville Galleria to get it replaced there as I would pay 5$ for a new one because I bought the warranty. I went to the Roseville Galleria store called Clear Coat. The lady was nice but didn't have any screen protectors for my Note 9. She said to go the Arden Fair store. I had to ask if she would be willing to have one sent to the Galleria as it is a far drive and I already had to drive an hour to get to this store. I had to come back another day to get it. So I made the trek again. She quickly changed out my screen protector. This one is not as good quality as the last one. It is the next day and it is already broken again because the screen protector does not fit correctly due to their phone case causing the screen protector to peel up from the screen. Don't waste your money with this place. I went in to get a UV screen protector for my Samsung S20 and the manager did such a poor job putting it on. Got home only to discover there were air bubbles and the liquid they used to put the screen protector on was still wet. I wasn't able to use my thumb print to unlock my ph either so I had to enter my pin to get in. Went back to the store to ask for a refund, manager told me they dont issue refund so he'll replace it with a new one. He ended up replacing it with a different & cheaper one. He explained to me that the screen for Samsung are too sensitive so they don't hold the screen protector that well & it's one of the reasons why he doesn't like putting screen protector on them. That was a bunch of crap, but anyway after replacing it with a different type of screen protector I was finally able to use my thumb print to unlock my ph. The manager ended up issuing me a refund of the difference. It's been 3 days since I've had my screen protector and the top part is already starting to peel off.
