I wouldn't have gone with the tablet on the side if they broke that part down. Failure to do this is a gotcha technique and I don't appreciate it one bit. This caused complications on multiple fronts for me. Ultimately they stiffed us with the bill. Made sure that they charged us for the service on the tablet first depleting my balance I had on there as a cushion. This left me with most of my phone bill paid but since it all didn't get paid they turned my phone off. I missed a very important phone call because of it. If I could give them zero stars I would. This is despite the fact that my initial report with their how are we doing after we spent $$780 on phones. I left them a five-star review because I felt that they were extremely helpful. But that got blown out the window when our bill came up and they refused to fix it. In fact instead of fixing it right off the rip they tried to convince me to keep the tablet plan. And then I spoke to someone else and that person tried to convince us to keep the tablet plan. Like bro if you going to be sheisty you're going to get called out on your shit. So when he did get called out on his shit he went ahead and tried to talk down condescendingly to us. Yep they'll be lucky if we don't be changing phone service carriers after this.

Well, this location closed in less than 4 months after their purchase and Angel is gone and can't find what store she is at now. Is she slick? Maybe. Can't be sure. But my mom and dad are PISSED and have to now do a 12 month plan at $40 a line in order to keep their Iphone 8s. 8 more months to go. Lame. They sell a lot of stuff online and apparently will also (based on signage) perform Shipping Services. Accessory City saved my bacon! I needed a battery for my Nexus phone in a hurry. I tried Batteries Plus - would need to order it, Best Buy and Fry's did not carry it, Amazon would have taken to long. I lucked out and caught Robert in the store outside of normal hours and he had an original LG BL-T9 battery in stock. He said he would be around for 45 minutes, so I rushed over. The battery was a real LG one, rather than a knock-off replacement which I bought previously on Amazon. Also the price was great. I was thrilled with finding exactly what I needed!
