We knew what we wanted which also made it easy. She explained the current promotion clearly and off we went. We were in an out of there in 30 minutes or so. I have used the Verizon Store in Lincoln for several years. They have helped my lady and me purchase multiple iPhones, an iPad, EarPods, Bluetooth Speakers and Power Storage devices. This location has also provided us with technical support on several occasions. We have always received prompt, courteous, professional, and most importantly, effective service (the right / desired outcome). My most recent experience was yesterday. Jake helped me add another cell service line to my Apple Watch. He also applied a liquid protective coating on the face of the watch and to the camera lenses of our iPhone. Came to this location yesterday for a phone upgrade. Really chill location that isn't ridiculously busy. Customer service was excellent. Jordan helped me upgrade my old iPhone and select a better plan for a good deal. Really everyone in the store was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Verizon. Verizon Corporate told us over the phone this store SCAMMED US. The verizon store in lincoln is apparently not an "official store" from Verizon (It's actually called Victra?) and they are being dishonest with the residents of Lincoln. They pitched our family to trade in their working iphones for newer ones. A trade in credit will be applied so we would end up paying around $200 to upgrade. Well, they never applied the trade in credit. My family was stuck with a 3000 bill. Verizon Corporate said we do not have any trade ins and we chose to "financed" the phone. They were able to look up or phones through the serial number but said "oh, i don't think we can apply a credit." Why on earth would a family give away their working phones for free to a company and pay for their phones outright. Absolutely rediculous and a trash company for both this store and corporate. read more

Went to this store to switch service from AT&T and we were lied to about our plans rates, promotional credits and cost of phones/credit for trade ins. When we questioned what was going on during the transfer, Jessica apologized that she "forgot" to tell us about not getting certain things while she was on the phone in the back with Gio who was helping her set up our business account. When we said we wanted to back out of the transaction, she was the only one in the store, so she called her manager Antony who basically said he's at home with his family, it's not his problem. He said he is not on the clock, told her to do what she has to do and he would call us the next day. It's been a few weeks and I have yet to get a call. When I went in the store because my screen protector broke the next day and because I couldn't access my account. He had another person help us while he ignored me. I was told to file a claim on my screen protector but the box was thrown away at the store so I had no way to file a claim. Now 3 of the 4 screen protectors have broken because they are very poor quality. I finally got my bill and it was $150 more than what Jessica said it would be. I tried calling the manager who once again was too busy to talk to me and I'm still waiting for a return call. Worse service ever! I will be filing a complaint with the district manager!! read more

After dealing with Sprint's nonsense for 2 years my fiance and I decided to switch over to Verizon for better coverage and expected to pay more than our current bill. When we entered, Hailey was the one to help us out and she was super friendly and actually got us a plan super close in pricing to what we were paying before with new phones, insurance and some other perks! Not once did I ever feel like I was being pressured into a service I didn't need to pay for and everything was explained very well. She even explained to us how canceling our previous service would be better than Sprint, which saved us more money! Her coworker, West also helped us out towards the end of the visit when we were transferring our data to the new phones and he was also friendly and helpful! I recommend this Verizon, especially if you need a customer service rep that has more patience and can explain things to you. Hailey and West are the bomb! read more

My experiences here were terrible! So if I were you I would go elsewhere! First off this store discriminates against people with disabilities that cannot wear a mask. Per the CDPH guidelines, there are reasons certain people are exempt from wearing masks at all times, and this store refuses service to those. I thought discriminating against the disabled was frowned upon!? Well, not at this store! Secondly they also completely messed up my account when I purchased a phone. I asked them to add a line to my existing account and instead, they added a line with a different plan that caused my bill to go up by $1500 and then said there was nothing they could do to fix it and I would have to go to corporate. I am now having to spend hours upon hours trying to get the issue resolved and they have zero accountability for their actions, it is all on me to handle myself as they say they cannot help get the issue resolved. I have a hard time believing they can add a line with the wrong plan yet they can't fix the plan and contact Verizon for help. read more

I was in the Go Wireless store in Lincoln Ca on Jan 15, 2022. I turned in my phone and was given $700 discount applied to the purchase of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. I wanted to pay the balance off while there and was told by the salesman, Wes, that I had to wait at least a month before I could pay off the new phone. He told me specifically that when I call to get my payoff that I use the verbiage 'payoff after discount applied'. I found it odd that I couldn't pay off the phone at time of purchase, and I guess now I see why. Today I called Verizon to get the amount to pay off my phone and I'm told that if I pay it off within 3 years the $700 is forfeited and the phone is back to full price. I immediately called Wes and he me told Verizon had 'made changes' to the promotion and there was nothing he could do about it. I called Verizon back and was told no changes had been made, that has been the policy for that offer since the beginning. Beware of doing business at this store. Disgusted that I trusted them (Wes) specifically. I didn't even want to give it 1 star. They don't deserve it. read more

Thank the lucky stars for THIS Verizon store with competent associates. I don't even live in Lincoln but I would drive to this location before going to the location within a quarter mile of my home. I can't even stress that enough. I have had the WORST experience with customer service (or lack there of) at their "other" location... Can you see how I'm holding myself back? From going scorched earth and throwing certain people and a certain "other" store under a big yellow SHORT BUS? *Deep yoga breath* ...it is the holidays and all. So on to the point of my review. Trevor. Trevor has been the biggest help for all things cellular (whether new phone, equipment, billing, troubleshooting, hacks, etc). Trevor is not at all "salesy" which is rather refreshing and yet I still end up getting bells and whistles, just on my own terms. Wait a sec... Is Trevor a Jedi? I digress. I sent some friends and all of my local (and semi-local) family members his way and he has taken care of everyone with the same level of efficiency, care and respect as he did me. They ALL had the same experience and ultimately "result" as I did, new equipment, accessories and a *LOWER MONTHLY BILL (results may or may not be typical). If you are on the fence about upgrading, or have questions, or are considering a different phone all together OR have had a crummy experience elsewhere... do yourself a favor, ask if Trevor is available. Very poor experience. I have used this retailer before and had an excellent experience with good customer service. This time...not so much! I spent more than $3k to upgrade my phone and change my plan. However, I left the store with my new phone not even working (I had to transfer my 2 phones myself at home) or a power box to plug in my new phone to charge. I didn't feel like the staff member I was working with had enough knowledge to be able to answer my questions. I wasn't educated on the trade in policy and ended up not trading in my phone (worth $450) because I didn't understand how the trade worked. Overall, I think the staff need to be well trained on the phones, policies, plans and equipment they are working with. In the future I will be hesitant to revisit this store. read more

I went into the Verizon store in Lincoln tonight. I've been a customer for more than 10 years. I've probably bought 10 phones there between myself and my family. I caught the end of a tense discussion between the only employee I could see and a female customer. I didn't hear what she said but he basically threw her out. He turned to me, and asked if I had a quick question. When I told him no, that I was looking for some help (I was looking to upgrade my phone), he said he was busy helping someone else and was going to be a while. I told him I'd wait. He gave me attitude and was unwilling to let me wait. I told him it seemed like he didn't want to do business. He motioned for me to leave, and I did. Just picked our 4th phone from this location over the last 2yrs. We have always had exceptional service from multiple employees. Most recently, we were helped by Wes. I could tell he was surviving a rough day, and had just barely dealt with a belligerent customer. On top of that, he was the only person working the store. However, even after all that, he was still very professional, and was able to take care of our needs on short notice. This location continues to be our vendor of choice. They know how to do one thing: sell you a phone and activate it. If you have your own phone then call Verizon and activate it directly. We made three visits to Go Wireless,spent $30 to unlock my credit (unnecessary for a prepaid account), and they sent us away because they couldn't help us. Actually, they didn't want to. No call! I call again and tell them my frustrations and ask for a manager to call me back. No call! I switched my phone service from Sprint to Verizon due to the horrendous service and Bait and switch methods Sprint uses. I am so happy we came to this location and met Hailey who was patient and dedicated to making it a positive experience. We had one phone that had never been backed up and they kept it overnight, because it was past closing and we had another commitment. They called us the next day to say the phones were ready and finished it up for us. I truly believe that the service Verizon and this sales person provide makes all the difference in the world. He not only got both up and running on new LG phones but also switched us over to Verizon. He told us to come by any time with any questions or problems. I seldom leave bad reviews, but my experience at this store was just awful. I went into the store to get a replacement SIM card. I had been in Roseville near the mall but decided that since it was just a simple transaction, it would be easier to just pop in and get it in Lincoln, since we live in Lincoln. I expected to pay for the SIM card because I realized that they are an authorized dealer, it was worth it to not have to endure the mall traffic. We walked in and there were two people working and they were helping two other couples. We took a seat and waited over 30 minutes, not once getting any recognition that we were even there, not a "hello" or even a glance. After waiting, I gave up and just called the customer care line and they are overnighting it to me. From now on, I will go to the Roseville "corporate" stores. read more

My problem with my mail app and my other problems with a FREE " which it was not I ended up paying $75 for it" pad that did not work at all!!
