    Staff are friendly but man are they slow every time I go in only two people are working and it take a while for them to help you

Pete was so helpful he helped me pick the right one . After failed attempts I found the winner this charger works like a charm !! I should of came here from the beginning lol ! Worth the money I paid for it ! Overall this is a convenient store for me . If I have any phone issues or want to purchase some good phone items this is the store !! I asked how much it was and was told $100 but the representative said he could give me a good price. I had planned to come the next day to add my GF to my account and I said I'd grab it then. I ended up not feeling well so she went solo the next day to add the line and I called to ask how much the headset would be so I could let my GF know to make sure I got that price. I was told I would get $20 off. SWEET. She gets the headset and the quality is not that great. I look it up online and they are selling the exact same headset for $40. Makes sense, the thing felt and sounded like a $40 headset....Not $100. I tried to take it back buy they have a strict no return policy. My GF then mentions that she thought the price was wrong, but he said he gave us the deal. I look at the receipt. I am charged for a phone case for $120.25. Yup, a $120 phone case, that's not a typo. I called the store and I am offered cheap headphones, like old school headphones from the 90s and a charger to make up the difference. I go to the store to get a correct receipt, that shows I purchased a headset, so i can expense it for work, and I am told i can't get one because they don't have that item in their system. REALLY?!?! You have this item on display in your store and don't have it in the computer? They refused to give me my money back because of their strict return policy. This isn't a return, I was grossly overcharged and given a receipt for a different item! This sounds like fraud to me. I spoke with the manager over the phone and he offered to get me receipt in a couple of days and they could put whatever price i wanted...since I pointed out I would be submitting expense request for $120 for an item that they can get for $40 on Amazon. I would look like i was playing my employer. I asked the representative what is the normal price, what they sell it for, what is the retail price and he wouldn't tell me. On my way home, I called 4 other cricket stores in my area, they sell it for $70. All 4 of them. Me thinks that is the retail price is $70 and for some reason, I was sold it at $50 more?!?!?!? And because if it was scanned, in the system which is supposedly isn't in, it would come up at $70, so the employee charged me for something else and "waived" the activation fee, to make it all work, but clearly I'm not as stupid as this employee thought. I don't want cheap free items to make up the $50 overcharge. I want to pay what everyone else is. Also, check this companies consumer affairs. Read the complaints. It seems like once they get your money, they will do anything to keep it. Even if they charge over charge you. They have more complaints then all other carriers expect for the very large companies that service many more customers. Funny thing is, I was super happy when I left the store when I signed up and made a FB post with how happy I was....and now here I am. I'll update my review to see how this is resolved.

Trevor was calm, polite, friendly and caring! I felt better just being there! I would add that Trevor is also knowledgeable, patient, and professional. My issue was completely resolved, thanks to Trevor, (and Kevin in Customer Care), and I felt like a weight had been lifted from me. The person that we worked with took advantage of us rather than trying to help us. We were lied to about the cost of our plan. When we received our first bill recently, we noticed it was double what the victra associate told us. He also said he would upgrade our phones with no cost we just needed to turn in our old phones and pay the taxes on the new ones. Of course, when we got our first bill, both phones we're on our bill, We spent at least six hours at this location annd nobody was able to help us. I finally had to go to a corporate location and they were kind enough to help fix what they could. I wish I had gone to the corporate location in the first place because they were so kind and seemed to be people of integrity. They helped resolve what they could. I am still dealing with issues with this new phone and I'm really sad because I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I've never had this kind of customer service from Verizon so it has been surprising. Not all Verizon stores are created equal. I wish I would've known that before I did business with this one. Hard lesson to learn, but I hope other people don't make the same mistake.

He was confident that his team could take care of our needs easily and get it done quickly. I worked with Michael to get the plan together and estimate. I was expecting the quote to be higher based on previous companies estimates, yet Michael was honest, straight forward and told me exactly what we did, and did not need. Everything was ordered, set up prior to the installation date for a very quick installation with minimal down time to our network. Justin showed up the day of installation and was a super nice guy! Chatted while he got everything prepped and made sure he had all the info he needed to get right to work. He cleaned up all the wiring in our server room and installed the new gear, along with 3 long range extenders. Fired everything up and within minutes, we were all back on line! If you've had horrible experiences with business IT support, I strongly suggest you give Ashby's a call and the opportunity to help you. Justin hasn't even been gone for 30 minutes and I'm writing this review... that's how awesome these guys are!

If you don't have or can't afford an in-house IT guy/team, then contact these guys for help. I've seen what they can do for customers and it's my first call when I need technology consultation and solutions.
