Apple said it was a hardware issue but their only suggestion was to buy a new iPhone. I could not have been less impressed with Apple. We came to this Apple location to see about upgrading my phone. THANK GOD Zelli was the person who helped us. Seriously the complete opposite of our experience with the Apple Store. Zelli went above and beyond to help us try to troubleshoot the phone. She talked to coworkers to see if they had any ideas of what was causing the issue. She went over our options. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire interaction. Ultimately, I ended up getting an iPhone 17 Pro Max. She helped us get everything sorted out, was very upfront about what to expect as far as future bills, etc. Thank you, AT&T for having her as an employee. You did it right when you hired her. Truly.

    My wife has AT&T and is having issues with her IPhone that she bought from this store. Upon…read morearriving at 11:25 am, we checked in and noticed two associates were working with other customers and we were eleven in line. No greeting, no acknowledgment from these two associates who have been working with the same customers for the last hour. The service here is the worst ever. Just a moment ago, a third associate emerged from the back and called out several names none of which were present. He then called a name of someone who was present and is now working with that person. I along with others have noticed much of what the two associates have been doing with the hour long customers is more social than business related and conversing about everything other than the business of AT&T. Beyond frustrating! There should be more associates working the floor, or quicker problem resolution. Customers should not have to wait hours for service. Zero star for AT&T Roseville Galleria.

    We needed some help with phones that weren't working properly after a cross country flight…read more Somehow after being in airplane mode the phones wanted a SIM pin entered before they would function. The folks on the toll free number couldn't help, so we went to the store to try to get a human to help. Well, the humans here were okay; they tried to help but ended up telling us they couldn't help and maybe we should visit a corporate store, like the one on Galleria. Well, that's not what I was looking for. I'm rating them three stars since they did initially try to help us. But I can't rate them higher in good conscience since they suggested we go elsewhere and could not help us solve our problem.

It was…read moreabout 15 minutes after opening, and the employee was just wrapping up with another customer. Once it was my turn, Rowan helped me out and was great from the start. He began by asking about my budget and didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need, which I appreciated. I decided on the iPhone 16 Pro for its upgraded camera features. Rowan made sure not to mess with my current plan just handled the trade-in and kept everything simple. He let me know I could transfer everything at home, and the process was super easy. I also grabbed a case and a couple of chargers (still annoyed that Apple doesn't include one anymore). Overall, Rowan was friendly, helpful, and made sure the whole experience was smooth. I'm really glad he helped me without complicating anything or changing my plan.
