I see from the comments we are not the only ones who were defrauded with a Bait-and-Switch in this place. They did not provide us with a copy of the contract before we left. We didn't see this until the bill arrived. This was clearly a deliberate attempt to hide the fact that the plan we signed for was NOT what we were promised verbally. Management has been zero help, dismissively telling us it is our problem. It is not a mistake; it is fraud. I am currently filing a complaint with the FCC, CPUC and the Better Business Bureau, as well as a consumer protection claim with the California Attorney General. Stay far away from this location.
