Yo this place is a joke. The employees can't help with anything. When you come here with a real problem. The only employee working here yesterday argued with me rather than helping me. I told them I need help unlocking my phone. I called the hotline they told me to come in after we couldn't figure it out on the phone. The employee working told me he was an Apple dev and had all this experience but couldn't help me. This place is a joke. That dude was probably the dumbest employee I've encountered so far. Like dude you're working at ATT. Don't give me this lie of a story if you can't help. This place is a literal joke. Also don't believe the deals they've got. Worst customer service. Do not go here.. not even to pick up an item that was purchased online. Roy is a scammer- wanted to cancel the order I made online a 'sell' me a new one. He was so incompetent. We had to change the order to another store to go pick up. When we went to the other store to pick it up, we were told that Roy is actually the "manager". I would give this store ZERO stars if I could. I went in this morning to discuss switching from the plan I currently have because AT&T increased my monthly bill $20+. The associate who "helped" me, was not helpful. He was talking at me the whole time and was not listening to my concerns. He was interrupting me and talking over me most of the conversation. He even told me at one point that "I could switch to Verizon or another company if I could find a new plan cheaper than what he was offering me." He didn't even go over the new plans with me or what they would cost, extra fees, etc. He was also pushing that I join AARP today to save off money off my bill. After telling him I was not interested, he kept mentioning it. Overall, I left mad and disappointed. The customer service was terrible and lack thereof. I am seriously considering leaving AT&T after being a customer for 30+ years due to my experience at this location today. read more

Avoid this store! Drive a few more minutes up the freeway and go to another AT&T store. I don't usually write reviews unless it's really bad. We went into this store to switch from Verizon to AT&T and an employee named Roy helped us. From the get-go it was very apparent he had no idea what he was doing and was rude to my wife and I. He was also extremely belittling to the ladies he helped before us. He offered us a promotion for an iPhone 14 Plus and we accepted. 3 days later when the phone was delivered he called us and said that he accidentally gave us a promotion that ended the day before we went in (he lied, I confirmed with AT&T). He rudely said that we had to pay the full $900 price of the phone or bring it back to the store and pay a $56 restocking fee. He said we could fight AT&T if we wanted to get reimbursed for the restocking fee. A red flag I should have picked up on was that during the transaction he kept saying how past customers keep blaming him for fraudulently selling phones. If Roy was friendly or even had a slight idea what he was doing then I could look past this and get over it, but his attitude was terrible and condescending. read more

Over the past 2 weeks AT&T has interrupted my calls twice to inform me that my phone will not be working after Febr. 1, 2022 and I needed to upgrade to a 4G/5G phone. I have called them 3x to let them know that my unlocked S Galaxy Note 10 dual sim (purchased in Europe) is eligible after 02/01/22 according to the AT&T website. I could not get anyone in the call center to register my eligible phone to my name. Last week AT&T sent me, unrequested, a SG10 and wanted it activated before Jan. 1. So, I went to the AT&T store in Rocklin at 5498 Crossings Drive. Khalid Yassin and Sakerrian Moreland were super. They listened and fixed my issue. Always a long wait, always told they are short staffed, even they ride the phone Merry-Go-Round with their direct lines. The people that work at the Galleria location are great, when general home service still doesn't work after waiting 21 months the for a router, the 'phone go round' massive wait times and people with think accents are hard to understand, and poor billing is the issues, and most of all... the service at home STILL DOESN'T WORK. SO, my Appointment with AT&T was at 4:30, they checked me in and I saw they waited on a walk in before me, It is now 5:24 and I walked in to remind them... you missed me... So frustrating!!! I didn't realize there was an AT&T store in Rocklin until I saw it driving into the complex stopped by here because one of my phone lines was stolen today and needed it replaced actually just needed a SIM card ( was going to order online) to my surprise I was met with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced by a young man named Khalid and was not only able to get a new phone to replace the stolen one, Khalid thought outside the box and had an amazing solution regarding the phone and everything lost! He was kind, patient and beyond professional with a great personality to boot! AT&T you need more team members like him! read more

Really bad service. The guy in the store didn't know about they products, I told him what I was looking for and what the Apple Watch was offering, and he has to make two calls to confirm. After, he get some knowledge about what he is selling, he told me the watch couldn't be activated and he didn't even try to help me. read more

Of course ATT does not provide phone numbers for customers to make complaints in regards to the sales people. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE! I had an incident at this store a month ago where the manager sarcastically called me "buddy ". It was not a friendly "buddy". I told he not to call me that, but he continued to call me "buddy" anyway. I am 60 yrs old and don't need someone calling me that, in that tone. He wasn't wearing a name tag, so I asked for his name. He refused to give me his name and told me he would "kick me out the store" if I continued. I told him I will find out his name. He then told me to "get out of his store"! I told him, "no, I am not leaving because I didn't do anything wrong". I told him he was the one that was disrespectful towards me. He said he will call the police and I said good, call them. While on the phone with dispatch, I was standing away from him against the wall in front of the phones. He told dispatch I was threatening him and being aggressive. I told him that was not true. He then walked up to me and got within inches of my face and acted like he wanted to hit or fight me. When I tried to walk away, he blocked me with his body. Finally, when I was able to walk away, I sat at the table. While seated at the table, he started using profanity. There were two other customers in the store at the time. One of the customer and I began to talk, and she said he was very rude! When the police showed up, they told me the employee was immature, but there was nothing they could do because he didn't touch me. They told me to file a complaint with AT&T, which I did. This manager should be fired for his behavior. I am 60 yrs old and not only did the manager wanted to fight or hit me, but he also used profanity in front of customers! I am too old to fight anyone, and when I tried to walk away, he blocked me with his body. Although this is an authorized retailer, his behavior violated AT&T policy. All employees represent AT&T, and for a manager to behave in this manner is outrages! The employees at this store don't care about you. As long as you come in and spend money, it seems like a good store. However, the moment you have a problem, they will be rude to you and if you continue to ask questions they will kick you out the store. The police have been to this store several times. My husband went in on Sunday to set up internet and direct tv. He spoke with Dimitri about packages. Dimitri kept trying to sell my husband u-verse, which we didn't want and my husband kept telling him we're not interested. Finally Dimitri gave that up and told my husband he would set up the interest/direct tv package and told him someone will be at our home Wednesday to set up between 9-11. Will it's Wednesday and guess what, no one showed up because Dimitri didn't even place the order. My husband had to call customer service to get an ETA on the service rep, that's how we found out no order was placed. So not only did my husband take the day off but the work discount Dimitri supposedly said would work on the home package does not apply. Thanks for nothing and wasting my husbands time. read more

Clearly not enough staff working. Stood there for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The only person I saw was helping someone but the never even looked my direction. I had ordered online and only needed to pick up. A simple " I'll be with you in a moment " would have been fine. I could hear someone in the back but they never came out. Bought an iPhone 12 Pro that came with a case and wireless charger. The charger would not work out of the box. I took it back to the store. The sales person was Rude, not helpful. I tried to exchange the charger and was told to return it to the manufacture, they don't do exchanges At the store. I guess they don't want my business or anyone I can convince not to shop at this store. read more

The "men" that work in this store are incompetent. They show zero desire to help. I have had the worst MONTH trying to activate my phone with these uncapable children. I have been in FIVE times, half the time with my mom (who is the account head). They finally told me the 4th time I was in that its the phones fault and so I exchange it at target and came back the next day. Different guy this time but he remembered me and my mom, yet I was not able to receive my service. They feared for their job sake because she was not with me just now.... YOU WOULD NOT GET FIRED FOR DOING YOUR JOB! YOUR JOB IS TO GET MY PHONE WORKING! MULTIPLE MEN RECIEVED PERMISSION MULTIPLE TIMES!! im so frustrated that a man could be so ARROGANTLY UNHELPFUL.. Usually would have given this business a good review as I have gone there many times before and never had an issue, but when I went this time there was new employees and my experience was not good. I was not welcomed when entering store and sat for a good 10 minutes and when someone from the back came out and we were going to leave they finally helped. The guy we had was very nice apologized for not realizing we had not been helped. Anyways there was a mix up and they messed up our upgrade and advised us we had to pay again and we would be refunded. Now days later no refund and when we went to store were told cant refund because of how the charge was put on account which was their fault that they made an error and said it cant be refunded like it was no big deal that it will be on next bill. I explained it actually is. Was my daughters money and she needed that money to last her. Regardless they just acted like no big deal and the girl and I guess manager guy in charge kept giving each other looks and rolling thier eyes while we were talking and trying to figure out what happened. Very unprofessional the only nice guy was the one helping us he felt bad and said he understood he would be bothered as well. Very bad customer service.
