I had trouble with my online order I purchased a new IPhone and I'm sure I got a defective one. When I called T-Mobile over the phone, they suggested I went to this location since it was a corporate one. Upon arrival, there was a few people not too many. After a while of me being there, it got pretty busy but they ended up taking names down so nobody got skipped. Jerrald was the rep that helped me. He was very knowledgeable and very attentive. I was there a while but I got a new phone and got everything fixed so I'm a happy customer. I would definitely recommend this location and ask for Jerrald . read more

The phone was blocked. They keep unsubscribing, transferring from one employee to another. They write endless reports and I have not been able to use my mobile phone for 1 year and 2 months. My daughter and I came into T-Mobile with one thing in mind. New phones! I was still trying to decide which phone I was going to go with. She had her mind set on an Apple 11... what a spoiled brat! Due to covid, T-Mobile has set up some new safety protocols on how you enter their shop. You must 1st wear a mask before entering. I haven't tried walking in with a clown mask yet so not sure if that's against the rules.. jk. You also must walk up to their table they have set up right outside the side door. You check in with a representative that is also masked and let them know why are there. The store is set up to help one person or persons per representative. So there is a chance that you might have a little wait ahead of you. There are tables outside for your convenience very.. They might be long to panera though. Inside, the store is clean and set up with the most current phones to top notch accessories, such as speakers, watches, chords, screen protectors and phone cases. Today I was set up with Eli. I believe Eli was short for Elias... After looking at all the phones that they had, the newest one still yet to come out on the day that I was there, was the Samsung Galaxy note 20G and the Samsung note 20 ultra 5G. Both beautiful. They had areally nice promotion they had going on with if you pre ordered the Galaxy Note20 5G. You would get $100-$150 for anything at the Samsung store. Easily access from your app. I walked out to my car and sat with my daughter and talk with her little bit about what we should get. After little bit of thinking, I couldn't go without the Galaxy Note20 5G. It came with that nice little bonus so I can put it toward some headphones... and I need new headphones. My Bose ones are crap. Unfortunately for me, Eli had to take his lunch break. So his coworker, Eddie helped with the payment system for me. I feel like they both did just as much work helping me in my daughter get our phones. Eli gave me so much information sold me on the phones. After a little thinking, Eddie took care of my payment and answered even more of my questions. I like this location because they aren't pushy about trying to get me to buy a phone. Ugh the employee's here are so unprofessional. I got my time wasted by a man who gaslighted me the entire time by saying I couldn't get a new phone because of my storage amount. The next day I went to the Douglas location & I bought the iPhone 15 there instead. The man here (which I unfortunately did not catch his name) also was not giving my sister and I his attention, and was just completely insulting how much photos & apps I had. We left feeling like our time was wasted & it was extremely unproffesional because he said my phone had water damage when it did not when I went to the other T.Mobile store. I did not trust what he said. He just wanted to give me a hard time. Another employee was dealing with a customer who was unhappy & he turned to his co-worker and told him how annoyed he was. How un-professional. Do yourself a favor and go to the Douglas location. Service is absolutely terrible. I insulted the entire time. read more

I've been frequenting this store for well over a decade now. Overall, some of the consistently best customer service I've received from any company. My recent helper was Josh. Had yet another issue with the TLife app that wouldn't acknowledge my extra lines on my plan to purchase a phone. While hesitant due to the false information the app was displaying, once he viewed my account through another option, he was able to get the line added and I purchased the phone. All store Tmobile ambassadors have have given FANTASTIC customer service, but on hard issues I have been willing to wait to wait for Shannon, Vanessa, or Jerrold as they have been at the store for about as long as it's been open. If you don't mind going and doing a face to face to purchase or deal with issues, SOLID, store, great people, and a memorable experience. Tmobile has kept my business because of THEM.... I am so so so sorry I convinced my family to switch from Verizon to T-mobile. Not only has the coverage quality reduced but they give false promises of (a) promotion rebates which we only got 50% of what had been promised upon switching, (b) sneaky marketing tactics that get you in the door with promises for lower monthly payments that don't actually pan out, and (c) their exchange a phone program is nothing like we had been told. That last is what had put me over the edge. Just brought my 100% paid off phone in that had a crack in the back (but still fully operational) and although we had been explicitly explained by the original sales person we signed up with, it would still get a high monetary return value for something very similar to the damage I had -- I was immediately shutdown by sales staff saying I would get zero compensation to get a new phone and I'd have to pay FULL value for a replacement. Plus we'd be locked in for another 2 years with T-Mobile. Nope, nope! Going to go buy a refurbished phone online right now and then be free to get my family out of this company asap. read more

The wait wasn't too long, once it was my turn, I was assisted by Justin L., he was great! The communication and quoting services are awful. You think you're getting one price and then once you sign the contract the prices drastically jump. And then if you have buyers remorse due to the mistake on quoting you still have to pay more out of pocket to restock the devices that were given to you "on them". It's frustrating because I never would have signed the contract for a $200 phone/wifi bill in the first place when my current bill is way cheaper than that. So now I'm out $100 because they gave me false information and won't refund me. It's unfortunate that I'm penalized for a lie from their customer service representative. Highly do not recommend. They didn't even try to make it right with me. Basically Chris insinuated that because I signed the contract it's my fault when in reality I signed a contract of a $147 bill and after going into the store and speaking with a representative I find out all the left out information. (Shane's work ethic does not reflect this complaint) After speaking with Emily and Chris over the phone, I will not be joining the T-Mobile family. I just wanted my money back for a service I didn't even have or use for more than 5 days. I just wanted them to make this right and now I'm out money with nothing to show for it other than disappointed because they played me for a fool. Very upsetting. Cody at the Pleasant Grove location was amazing. When you see someone try as hard as Cody did, to help me, it is just something you just have to comment about. I have a child in the military who will be deployed, the only communication, when available, email. For some reason, my internet access through my phone stopped, part was an issue not related to my phone, part was. In any case, Cody was over the top persistent, asked for my phone and would contact me, as soon as the situation was resolved. They were able to resolve my issue and we were back up the same day. I had Sprint for several years before (8 years?), never had an unresolved problem. Switched to T Mobile when they started their $30/month for Senior's program, (includes unlimited phone and data). Now of course, Sprint became T Mobile! We've now had T Mobile, these last 5 years. For the first year, we had reception problems inside the home (same issues with all the other carriers). Had a call from T Mobile that first year, asked about our experience with their service. Mentioned their reception service was NOT good. They offered us a device that boosted the reception when using WiFi calling. ALL is good now, we couldn't be happier! read more

When I disputed it, they tacked on a $15 late charge and said I need to go in-person to a store to discuss the charge. This is like the mafia of telecom companies. Axis Appliance Repair came to my home a few days earlier than the original date given by my Home Warranty. The technician was great. My Kenmore Dishwasher stopped running & had no power mid cycle which is never a good thing. He correctly diagnosed the problem and had the part in his vehicle so the dishwasher was fixed on the spot. It's frustrating living in a well populated area, less then 30 min from Sacramento and not getting adequate service away from the home WiFi. LTE is promoted on the phone but it seems to be 2G. Audio, video and navigation is severely degraded. 2 out of 5 bars. read more

The rep (Jay) straight up lied to me about the plan. 4/5/19 went in to get my discount for switching over from Verizon and also confirm what the Costco rep told me that I can take advantage of the buy 2 lines get 1 free later that weekend. However the rep lied about the deal and said if I didn't take advantage right at that moment, I wouldn't get the offer. Either goto Costco or sign up online with their customer service. Worst thing, I called customer service to ask if the discount got processed and they said the rep didn't even start it. He ended up just pushing me to sign up for a line for no reason. I can only hope someone from Corporate gets a view of this Yelp! First, my in-laws in their 80's tried to have T-Mobile set up to acquire lower cost Internet. They live in Loomis and faced ENDLESS problems with reception and connections. After going to the store they advised they have nothing but problems in the Loomis area?? They decide to go back to their previous provider and I try and return the T-Mobile modem. No you can't as you aren't on the contract. Now my Father-in-law is handicapped and my Mother-in-law experiences a fall putting her in the trauma center. Weeks of recovery past and they now try and return the modem themselves. Now it's my mother-in-law's turn and while her handicapped husband waits in the car, same last name and address - told NOPE, it must be by your husband. He with two canes manages to get to the counter. He gives them the paperwork and his license and also told - NOPE - Your license says James and the contract says Jim???? REALLY- what level of intelligence does T-Mobile employ? This also with the aid of the Manager who charges them $165 and throws the unused modem in the TRASH! I will make sure Corporate gets this and will not stop alerting any and every possible new T-Mobile customer to such a low class business. Unless you want to be treated as a liar and a thief and have agents be disrespectful to you then don't go here!! I have had issues with Tmobile since July of 2022 when I got my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Well February 6, I woke up and that phone wouldn't turn on. I went into the store. Sat there for almost an hour, and not one agent said a word to me or any other customers. I asked an employee how long it was going to be because I have an appointment to get my lashes done in 40 minutes. She said "isn't a phone more important than your lashes?" That was strike 1 and I should have went somewhere else. I left. Called Tmobile they had me trouble shoot it said I can go back to the store and upgrade my device and wouldn't have a down payment but they were also sending me a warranty phone for replacement on the other device. Went got my lashes done, came back. Someone helped me super quick. Well I checked my account and was charged way more for the phone then what was told. Called Tmobile on phone again, they said to return it and they'll refund me and recharge me the correct amount. Went back in, nothing but issues again on top of attitude from the employees because I kept going in and out . My warranty phone showed delivered to the store, they said it wasn't no where to be found. Tmobile on the phone said the employees name it was delivered too and agents in store just didn't care. Then the manager agent on the phone asked to speak to the manager of the store, the manager of the store had attitude as well. The Tmobile manager on the phone saw all the notes of what I've dealt with the past 2 years; so he was trying to make it right but the store manager was giving attitude . The girl in the store kept rolling her eyes with attitude and had smart remarks to everything I repeated from the manager of Tmobile on the phone . Manager on the phone said my phone showed employees name that got the phone and that it was their and the girl employee kept having attitude saying it wasn't which she should have figured something out then instead of being rude to a customer who is only repeating what the agents on the phone are saying and is trying to get her phone fixed. I left Tmobile that day and went to Verizon which was the best thing ever. Tmobile wanted me to pay $1100 for the new iPhone 15 pro max and Verizon all I had to pay was $108 out the door . I will never go back to Tmobile . Even the Verizon employees are more joyful happy and excited when you go in their but Tmobile the moment you walk in had mad faces and attitude. The process of transferring files, etc., can take hours but Shannon C did it in under an hour & with a good attitude! Customer service at this location is just FANTASTIC!!!What is most important, they know what they are doing, no false informations, everything was done correct right away!
