0 stars!! EVERYONE BEWARE. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Worst experience I ever had, I am business owner and came in to port my company account from T-Mobile (9 year old account) to Verizon. Put the order for the 7 phones. Phones got there 10/29. Get there to pick up the phone and Dylan (Store Manager) says there's problem with the account calls Gio (business Manager) can't figure it out. Comes back the next day, they still can't figure it out. Gio has an "amazing" idea, cancel the account and resubmit it. Does that, we go over verifications because now there is 2 business with same name. Creates fraud alert, I spent an hour at the store verifying myself. Now the phones are attached to the first account that they canceled. Tells me we need 24 hours to submit a ticket to resolve this issue. It's been 5 days...no follow up call, they have ignored my calls. I show up to the store and no one can help because no one is knowledgeable to do so. The woman at the front desk said she "doesn't know what's going on and can't access tickets" This store is a joke, DONT EVER GO TO VICTRA VERIZON NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!! I bought three lines on my business account back in March with the promotion promised by Dillion, a Verizon sales representative. Since I transferred from T-Mobile, my iPhone should have been almost free. I paid the difference, but since then I have been fighting to get the promotion applied. When I called after my first bill, Dillion was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me and the Verizon customer service representative. I have been trying to call Verizon customer service. They advised that I try to contact store. I called a couple of months ago because although I had been told that the promotion would be show up, it has not been applied, and I am still paying a huge bill and for the devices as well. Today, I called back, and he refused to recognize me, claiming things like "I see 1000 people every day." He continued to be very uncooperative, and didn't give me any further information such as the store ID. He even refused to recognize his own signature. Please stay away from any of the Verizon authorized dealers on Sunset in Rocklin. I am sure I am not the only one exploited by this kind of person. read more

Wouldn't go here again. Came to this location to purchase two gizmo watches for my kids. Took a couple of weeks to arrive. When I picked up the watch, I had asked if there was a case or some kind of protectant. I was told there was not and the watch should not be submerged in water. 2 weeks later, my son fell in a PE class and shattered the poorly made watch. I called to explain my situation and was told I should have order a screen protector from Amazon. I had gone in to get a screen protector for my phone and DION was great. He showed me a new product that I didnt know about called Liquid Glass and even put it on my phone for me. Later I had issues at home registering the Liquid Glass Protection warranty on my phone, so I went back and DION once again, took care of it all for me. It was taking a few minutes but he didnt get annoyed or give me attitude because I couldnt do it. He was polite, professional and handed me my phone when he was done. Customer service is a LOST art nowadays...people want to sell you things but not provide the service once you give them your money. This store is terrible. The employees have no idea what they are doing and I am pretty sure the young man helping me was high. They told me my iwatch would be in on the 5th for pick up. I went in today, the 8th, and he told me nothing was in and didn't even ask my name or phone number. After I asked him to look up my information he told me yes it would be in on the 5th of January. I told him it is the 8th and he laughed and said "oops, I guess it's really not in yet. So what do you want me to do?" I wasn't in the mood to argue so I simply asked him to call me when it came in. I wish I could give this place no stars. This will be the last time my family interacts with this Verizon location. I wish I had read the reviews here before continuing to come here because now it all makes sense. The employees here don't know what they're doing, everyone will tell you a different story when you ask the same question. My husband switched to the iPhone using his Edge contract and decided he didn't like it, and wanted to switch to the S6. This store ordered to phone and told him it would be in Monday, well it didn't arrive until Thursday. When he called to see if he could come get it, he was told over the phone it would be no problem to go in and switch it out. When he got there the rudest employee told him he couldn't perform the switch without bringing everything from the iPhone kit (including the screen protector that THEY put on the phone!! You can't resell that!!) and forced him to leave without the phone he already paid for(he was on his way to work). This is completely unacceptable when at a different location he switched to the iPhone and was able to take home his old Droid with him to transfer files at home!! Not to mention I'm familiar with the Edge contract (after reading allllll of the tiny fine print) and you do not need the entire kit to perform a switch- everything has to be cleaned, sterilized and relabeled to resell as refurbished. This store is obviously pulling some shady maneuvers and NO ONE should come here!! He's currently sitting there with ONE person at the front and THREE people in the store. The lack of customer service is atrocious. We will be contacting Verizon corporate directly to see what they say, but everyone else BEWARE. DO NOT COME IN HERE. read more

Went in to purchase a new phone with my upgrade. Chose the Galaxy Note 3 and needed some demonstration and explanations with the phone. The salesperson was knowledgeable, personable and polite. They were not super busy which was nice since the large Roseville main Verizon store is always a madhouse. They took time with me and made me comfortable with the phone. They passed on several discounts and I felt I received a fair deal. Forget the larger Verizon stores and go see these guys, it's worth it. read more

Undermining liars. LONG STORY please read!! I had my Verizon account for a very short time due to the fact that I got engaged and we consolidated our phone accounts. I knew I would have to pay fees, but you cannot even imagine the unscrupulous happenings!!!! I called and Verizon told me it would be $350 to deactivate early but then I was billed $310 PER PHONE!! The company called 4G (at that time I hadn't heard of) started withdrawing out of my bank account 40 dollars one day, the next day 350 and the next 550. My bank at this point shut of my debit card assuming someone in Irvine CA was buying phones with my card. Following this, 4G tried to charge another $310 dollars but my debit card was turned off ( the total so far is...$2180.) I never received one bill from 4G!! NOT ONE BILL!!! THEY JUST WITHDREW MONEY FROM MY DEBIT CARD!!!! I finally received a statement FROM a COLLECTION AGENCY for the $310.... not one normal billing statement was sent to my home!!!!!!! So, the final straw was that when I called the 4G collections representative she said that she was charging me for the phones I purchased. However, I had bought $20 dollar USED phones. Not new ones. I went into the Rocklin store and they said, "that's too bad"! So, if you like to be sent to collections, have no HONEST answers given to you, have your debit card shut off because they take money and send no bills- this might the company for you. I am ashamed that 4G can be that fraudulent. It is customer fraud and just undermining. I am an honest person paying what I owe. But my phones were used, 4G just helped themselves to my account. I have never seen anything so horrible in the consumer world. So, stash away an extra $2200 dollars in case they tell you it is $350. read more

These guys rocked! They were able to fix the phone issue and help with an issue on my other iPhone. They gave me helpful hints and really went above and beyond.
