The person I worked with was very helpful and friendly. He said that if he does not have an accessory in stock he can often find and order it. They sell a lot of stuff online and apparently will also (based on signage) perform Shipping Services. Accessory City saved my bacon! I needed a battery for my Nexus phone in a hurry. I tried Batteries Plus - would need to order it, Best Buy and Fry's did not carry it, Amazon would have taken to long. I lucked out and caught Robert in the store outside of normal hours and he had an original LG BL-T9 battery in stock. He said he would be around for 45 minutes, so I rushed over. The battery was a real LG one, rather than a knock-off replacement which I bought previously on Amazon. Also the price was great. I was thrilled with finding exactly what I needed!

Took my son's iPad in to repair the screen because it was cracked. Everything worked prior to…read morebringing it in (including the home button). Guy said it would be about 20-30mins. Took over an hour. When I came back to pick it up, the home button didn't work. He tried to make it seem like I had brought it in like that but I told him that everything was working fine aside from the screen being cracked. He then took it back to try and "fix" and said it would be another 15-20 mins. Came back and the button still was working right. Then he tried to replace the button with an after market button. Same result. Long story short, the screen isn't working properly now(certain parts of screen not responding to touch) and the button works off and on and you have to press it super hard. Please stay away from this place. Spend your money elsewhere where you won't regret it.

The manager then says I can't give you that one that's for a customer that has an order fulfilled for 3 weeks but you sold the phone I ordered that wasn't even 24 hrs to someone. They refer me to Cameron park that's hella far away. Horrible experience for a new customer I wanted to check out the regular service before bring my business account over they don't even deserve 1 star. I just got off the phone with customer service and they confirmed that the order wasn't even cancelled. So even the store manager AJ lied to my face about cancelling my order and I was right about never receiving a cancellation email or anything.

Apple said it was a hardware issue but their only suggestion was to buy a new iPhone. I could not have been less impressed with Apple. We came to this Apple location to see about upgrading my phone. THANK GOD Zelli was the person who helped us. Seriously the complete opposite of our experience with the Apple Store. Zelli went above and beyond to help us try to troubleshoot the phone. She talked to coworkers to see if they had any ideas of what was causing the issue. She went over our options. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire interaction. Ultimately, I ended up getting an iPhone 17 Pro Max. She helped us get everything sorted out, was very upfront about what to expect as far as future bills, etc. Thank you, AT&T for having her as an employee. You did it right when you hired her. Truly.

No greeting, no acknowledgment from these two associates who have been working with the same customers for the last hour. The service here is the worst ever. Just a moment ago, a third associate emerged from the back and called out several names none of which were present. He then called a name of someone who was present and is now working with that person. I along with others have noticed much of what the two associates have been doing with the hour long customers is more social than business related and conversing about everything other than the business of AT&T. Beyond frustrating! There should be more associates working the floor, or quicker problem resolution. Customers should not have to wait hours for service. Zero star for AT&T Roseville Galleria.
