Thanksgiving weekend I came in, stressed, with my phone to this Verizon store. Josh was patient and kind. My galaxy s10 screen went out 4 days after being dropped. But, it fell just 20" to the ground, flat on its face, from my lap while I sat at a restaurant. No visual damage and the phone behaved normally for 4 days. But while taking photos on a horseback ride, the screen went green/white and it stopped responding. My mother's ring tone rang about 45 minutes later, so I believed the phone still worked to some degree. Josh helped me get access to my blasted account and was happy to help me either buy a new phone, or, help me find a repair shop. One of his coworkers who gave his input to us wasn't the kind of personality I needed, but thankfully it was Josh who helped me. I don't want to replace my phone, I'm not into the completely wireless ear buds, so I opted for repair. Josh helped me find a shop on Douglas near Fleet Feet and $350 later, phone was fixed. I recommend visiting Josh at this Verizon authorized/non-corporate store. He'll help you select the right phone and treat you kindly. read more

Kimberley helped with not just getting a new phone but I encountered problems with my new iPhone and she patiently sorted things out so that my new phone was working and was able to transfer all my data. I'm in my 80s and just purchased my first iPhone to replace my Android phone. Hugo spent a lot of time (and patience!) in setting up the phone to my specifications and walking me through the use of it so I felt confident that I could handle the necessary basic functions on this new phone. The worst horrible experience EVER! Kim and Patrick are extremely rude. They set you up with a plan and don't explain all the fees to you up front. I asked about hidden fees, and Kim lied to me. I wish I could give this store no stars. I went to this store on 11/27 to see what deals they have going on. One of the reps, Joseph Villalpando said I can trade-in my Samsung S10+ for an iPhone 13 Pro and get a $1,000 trade-in. Sounded like a sweet deal so I confirmed with him multiple times, and he said yes. I also asked another sales rep next to him and he confirmed as well. I handed my phone over to make sure my exact phone qualifies for this deal and they looked at it and confirmed again. As such, I decided to proceed. I ordered the iPhone. I told Joseph I wanted the 13 Pro, not the Pro Max. When I looked at the email confirmation the next day, I noticed it was the Max so I contacted the store and someone ordered me the correct phone. I received a phone call once the phone was in. Before I went to the store, I told Jonathan who called me that Joseph said I'd get the $1,000 trade-in and he said they'll take care of it at the store. When I arrive to the store, Jonathan tells me that offer doesn't exist! I am beyond frustrated because Joseph and the other sales rep lied to me and wasted my time. Instead of helping me, Jonathan kept trying to change my phones and update my dad's phone, which I did not care to do as I wasn't there for that. He must have gotten upset that he was not making a sale off of me, so he told me to wait while he tried to figure out the $1,000 trade-in issue. Instead of going to figure that out, he went to help another customer, for at least 45 minutes while I continued to wait and while there was another rep sitting there, not helping anyone else. When my husband and kids come into the store, Jonathan then tells the other sales rep to help me. Why didn't he just do this to begin with instead of wasting my time waiting?! Anyway, the guy that helped me said there was nothing he can do. He called the store manager and he said he couldn't do anything unless I added a new line and basically switched my phone number. My phone number is linked to so many different things this would not be an option for me. I also find out Joseph is from another store in Southern CA so I'm sure he just lied to me to make a sale, knowing I won't see him again. I called Verizon customer service and they said the store should honor the $1,000 trade-in for me if that is what I was told. I called the store manager, Steve Serembe directly and although he was apologetic, he was no help. I'm sure he can make something happened as the store manager to take responsibility of the sales rep working in his store, but he chose to lose a customer of almost 20 years instead. He said he'd call me back the next day. It is now a few days later and I have not heard from him. I'm sure he is just hoping I don't contact them again. Please do NOT go to this store. Their customer service is so shitty and I don't want anyway to have to go through what I did with them. read more

Our experience at this store was beyond disappointing and to sum it up...total amateur hour. Wasted close to two hours of our life and ended up walking out because they did not know how to work with a business account. A word of advice - Go to a "REAL" Verizon store. On 1/9/2023 my wife and I left the Roseville Verizon Store where we got very poor help (they seemed uninterested in our problem). We remembered that a friend had said that he and his wife had a very good experience at the Granite Bay Verizon Store, so we headed there. We arrived and were greeted with a smile by Kim, who was available to help us. We explained our situation to her, while she was listening intently. After much research (phone calls, and discussing our situation with co-workers), Kim explained that she did not have any definitive answers, but that our issue might be related to the stormy weather and that all may return to normal after things cleared up and any necessary repairs were made. In the mean time, Kim provided us with alternative ideas to think about, since our phones were aging, and newer phones may be better able to connect to weak internet signals. There was never any pressure, and she seemed genuinely interested in our needs (we are getting older, and depend on our phones for emergency communication). Kim spent 2 1/2 hours with us, even though she wasn't feeling well. On 1/13/2023 we returned to purchase 2 phones and an Orbic hotspot from her. All is working well, and we are very happy. read more
