This will be a tough review to write! I really have enjoyed T- mobile and I still do. I went to the Douglas/sierra college location to buy my phone cuz it had the best reviews for customer service. Customer service is important to me so off to the Douglas store I go. I had decided to buy an iPhone 14 pro because it was the best phone for me. I didn't have a trade in phone because iPhone 6S plus is worthless as a trade in. So straight purchase of iPhone 14 pro. Ok no problem. So I wanted a gold colored phone but they were out so they said purple or black. I chose purple. Employee goes in the back and after ten minutes comes back and says they only have black. Ok I guess it's black because I came to buy a phone, not a color. So it's a straight purchase, no trade in for $41 a month. That's great. So I got an otter box case for $70 and a camera lens protector for $20. Great, things are going great and I'm finally upgrading my phone! The otter box cases are very tough and protect the phone very well. But they are hard to install as evidenced by the fact that they are new cases that the staff aren't necessarily familiar with and all three of the staff attempted to install it as it is difficult to install but one of the most capable of protecting the iPhone!!! Anyway everything is great! I'm getting my iPhone 14 pro so I'm happy. So the otter box case is practically bomb proof. Wait, what I can't say that? Ok I will chill.So now we put a lens protector on the camera too. So I have everything I came for and I'm ready to leave cuz when I buy a phone I buy it and leave. Not trying to be here long. So the iPhone 14 pro comes with a usb- c cable but not a box. So now they want $20 for a box. I don't need it cuz I have a lamp with a usb- c plug. But I asked the employee helping me to discount the box or the case or something!!! Sheeeesh, I was at Xfinity the day before and the $70 otter box case was only $50 and the $20 lens protectors are like a couple bucks at most places. So it's still a good review and the employees are great so it's just prices that are high! Like a device connection charge of $35. T mobile should be paying me for being a valuable, loyal customer, right? Down payment of $77.50. Tax $77.50 Total due today is $209.45. iPhone is $999.99 on a monthly payment. The good thing is the monthly payments are interest free. Anyway I have my phone and I am happy and I'm not gonna let the greedy corporate shareholders ruin my day! I don't think the local employees get to decide policy or pricing. T-mobile maybe should think about a small discount here or there!!! It would go a long way!!!!! read more

This T Mobile store is very convenient for us, BUT rather than ever come here again we will drive we out of our way to the other corporate store. The service here is 'flat'...The employees are not unfriendly but at the same time not welcoming. They act like they are tolerating your presence. We were made uncomfortable asking any questions about T Mobile services because after each question there was an audible sigh. We just left and went to another T mobile store further away BUT had great service! read more

I only required a replacement screen protector I put it on myself. I purchased a lifetime screen protector, and everyone else is there purchasing phones, which takes an extended period. It is unreasonable that they cannot expedite my process and allow me to proceed without a lengthy waitlist. I have already paid for the screen protector. This situation is highly inconvenient. read more

The store itself is nice, but the customers service online and getting refund after being told you can 'try it for free' for 14 days is non existent. It's been over 2 months and still no refund and I've been put out money for having to transfer my phone over to them and back to my original provider. So not only was I charged by T-Mobile but also my original cell phone provider for a 'set up' fee. Don't fall for the your can try their service fore free unless you know their service will work for you. You will have to give them a credit card and they will charge it even if you cancel within the 14 days and you won't get it back. read more

Those call center agents are extremely frustrating and I tried multiple times to cancel my account. The last agent hung up on me which brings me to the store today extremely frustrated. Eric was calm, knew exactly what to do and handled all of my questions and went beyond by showing me the status of my account and what to expect next. Which is what happened exactly. This location of T-Mobile is very good service. The interior decor of the location is much nicer than other ones, and very comfortable, friendly, and helpful atmosphere. They have all the right equipment in stock. That is very convenient. One particular employee named, Eric, was especially helpful. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. If you are looking for a T-Mobile location to visit, this one is highly recommend. Yelp T Mobile I went to the T Mobile Store on Douglas in Roseville today. I was a previous Metro PCS customer. I needed to replace my phone. Gabrielle assisted me. All I can say is a huge thank you. She transferred my previous Metro to now T Mobile. I got so much more than I ever expected. I got a great phone, with much more than I got with Metro. Gabrielle was very professional, explained things well, the whole process was completed in what seemed to be a very short time. So this is an easy one absolutely incredible experience, working with Ovas at the Douglas location I have been dealing with a screen protector issue and getting it replaced per the insurance replacement service that T-Mobile offers. I had been to two previous stores that had both placed orders that never got to me. I was going on over a month waiting, and still had received nothing. I called the Douglas store to ask them if they had a the replacements and they said they did. Unfortunately since I had purchased a different brand when I bought it, they were unable to replace the screen protector with the brand they had in stock. I spent time talking to T-Mobile customer service on the phone with extreme frustration and little to no help. One of the employees at the store, Ovas, heard me talking on the phone to T-Mobile and long story short, He ended up finding a replacement that would work to say that it was exemplary Service is an understatement. I am so pleased with how this turned out, and that is all because of Ovas and how he went above and beyond. Absolutely incredible employees and he deserves much more kudos and he gets. After trying to check on the problem myself I decided to go to this location. A guy in his 20s? came up to assist me right away. I didn't get his name but he had curly hair. "Blake" was the worst! He wasn't friendly and when I told him I was mask except he rolled his eyes and said he did not care. I asked to be provided a mask and he again rolled his eyes and said no. I came in with a friend for her to get a replacement phone and he couldn't be less helpful. He laughed when she said someone stole her phone. He really needs to go back to training and get an attitude adjustment. If I could get her to switch phone companies I would. Nothing was explained. Beyond poor customer service. Go see Josue here! I had an old iPhone 8 with a touchy broken screen and needed to upgrade it after 4 years. I was unsure of what new phone would be best for me but more importantly, I didn't know if my old phone would work for a transfer of all my stuff to the new phone. It was a tricky process but Josue was so kind, patient and helpful the whole time and made me feel reassured that it would all work out. Absolutely horrible customer service. There are 2 employees helping 1 customer decide on a phone while I need to return rented equipment I have in error because of T-Mobile. Apparently this customer is getting preferential treatment as he is a friend of an employee and is giving some sort of free advertising kickback. No actual transaction is occurring. We are now at a point of small talk about the customers private business and laughter. Now they are discussing nick names for one another. Going on 33 minutes wait. Needed to use restroom, Roy D., Retail Associate Manager, said "we didn't have a restroom," I asked what do you use, he said "our restroom," I questioned him about not having a restroom, he said "not for you" and directed me elsewhere to use a restroom. I had recently walked into this conveniently located T-Mobile branch without an appointment to get an iPhone 7 for my dad. I was immediately greeted by Kyle, one of the most welcoming, friendliest and knowledgeable T-Mobile employees I've ever met. His honesty and professionalism definitely made my visit much more pleasant than any other stores I've ever been to. To top things off with a cherry on top, we arrived when no one else was there and had absolutely no wait at all! I felt kind of bad for Kyle when a swarm of people came in having to wait for the Windows 95 Dial-Up computers to finish my transaction. The computers are a bit slow which made the visit very inefficient, but overall, I was very pleased with the service I received and was honestly extremely impressed with this particular T-Mobile branch. read more

Although there is one employee at this location who is helpful, this company continually promises one thing and provides another. I have had a new Iphone 5 for six weeks. The lock button is broken and the phone will not turn off. I have a warranty on the phone, and they told me I could come in and have the phone replaced. I get to the store, and they tell me that no, they can't do that because it's been past thirty days. They will "overnight" me a new phone though and I can come in and get all of my information transferred to the new phone. Problem is: they want to charge me 20 bucks to get the new phone, which isn't a big deal, but I've literally had the phone for 6 weeks. It shouldn't have crapped out by now. But whatever. I get a confirmation email and text letting me know the order for my new phone was placed... and it should arrive July 7th. Is that what "overnight" means, T-Mobile? Just wondering. So now I'm waiting for this phone to arrive, can't turn off my current phone, and every time I use the phone I have to wait until the screen times out. I also recently changed my phone number and have now received countless calls from blocked numbers. The majority of these calls are from different collection agencies, asking for a girl named Jasmine. Even though I've let each caller know that I am not Jasmine and know nobody by that name, the calls continue. I've asked T-Mobile if there is a way to block calls and they said no, but I can change my number again for a ten dollar fee. Why should I be paying for a new number when they gave me a recycled number and I'm receiving phone calls from 6 am to 9 pm? But anyway... if you're Jasmine and you used to have T-Mobile... girl, pay your bills. read more

Have you ever been to a store and if you're not planning to buy a new product you're treated "differently"? Not so with this store. So although I've moved and this location is no longer the nearest one. I purposefully will drive here to browse, ask customer questions, etc. And if I want to jump to latest released phone, I'll do that at this location as well. I have had sprint for nearly 2 decades. When I received the announcement that Sprint is now T-Mobile, I was concerned about going into the store to do a phone update. I figured I would be standing there forever, So I blocked out my afternoon. Visiting the T-Mobile store today, all of my fears were completely alleviated.
