    This place is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I come here to do anything they can't help me. They always send me to other places. Don't buy any phones from them. Don't do any business. I came in here last week. Their system was down now I'm coming in to return the Wi-Fi box And they can't take it. I have to call 611 and disconnecting myself ask for a shipping label and take it to the UPS. They always have some type of problem at this store. Do not recommend this Place service sucks.

    Horrifying experience. "Josh" was rude and lazy. I came up to the counter and told him that I had an appointment made by Verizon to transfer my service. He didn't even look up my appointment nor greet me. He rudely exclaimed that he couldn't help me with that and he didn't care whether I had an appointment or not. Then he immediately turned to a customer who walked in. When I re asserted that this was my appointment time, he said that I was interrupting his helping someone else. He couldn't be bothered with my appointment and further insisted on calling the police if I didn't leave the store. Very lazy and rude and a horrible person. I took off work to get this done and am new in the area and I will tell everyone I know about this person and this experience at this Verizon store. Wow! I'm planning to cancel my service.

    Worst customer service on planet Earth. Sabrina was really nice, but it took us 3+ hours. Do not go here unless you have all day to waste.

They sell a lot of stuff online and apparently will also (based on signage) perform Shipping Services. Accessory City saved my bacon! I needed a battery for my Nexus phone in a hurry. I tried Batteries Plus - would need to order it, Best Buy and Fry's did not carry it, Amazon would have taken to long. I lucked out and caught Robert in the store outside of normal hours and he had an original LG BL-T9 battery in stock. He said he would be around for 45 minutes, so I rushed over. The battery was a real LG one, rather than a knock-off replacement which I bought previously on Amazon. Also the price was great. I was thrilled with finding exactly what I needed!

    This store saved my wife and I from being without our cell phones for 3-5 business days (5-7 days)…read more My wife and I had been AT&T customers for 22 years when we finally had to switch to a different carrier, because we bought a home in west Roseville that had very poor signal. To be honest, we've been unhappy with how AT&T has been treating us for the last five or so years and this was finally a reason to move on. We went into a rival wireless carrier and they ported our numbers, but since we had purchase our phones under a payment plan, we needed to pay them off before they could be unlocked and used with the new provider. We called AT&T and explained what was going on to customer care Rep that needed retraining in her job. Rather than apply the $606.48 to pay off the phones thus allowing the unlocking... it was applied to our future bills and caused something called escalation of payment. When the Rep couldn't help us anymore, she suggested we go into a store. We came to this one. There were two women working and the store was empty. We spoke to Nyasha C. who was able to see what the rep had done and tried to fix it, but was unable. She then contacted their customer care and against resistance and call disconnects, she fought tirelessly for two hours while also helping the other lady working to handle a rush of customers that came in while we were there. She went above every expectation I could possibly have to help us get our phones unlocked so we wouldn't be without them for a week. She even put the Disney channel on their TV so my kids had something to do. She fought and fought until she was able to get someone to make it right. We were able to unlock our phones and activate them with the new carrier. If she's willing to do this for someone who is leaving AT&T, I can't imagine what she would do to help someone who is a continuing customer. I called and spoke to Gus the manager two days later to let him know she was amazing and he was very receptive to the complements. Thank you Nyasha, you fought tirelessly to help us and we are very grateful. We will be returning to this store for any phone accessories we might need, and if the service ever gets better at our house, we will come to this store to switch back.

    Here we go again with this generation ultimately treating customers like you're bothering them when…read morethey are working. So, my phone refuses to login to the ATT app and I can't do the upgrade unless I go into the store. I get into the Roseville location near the iPhone Clinic, chunky blonde female sitting at a table, doesn't get up to help just greets me and remains seated, I explain why I'm there and she has a stupid look on her face. I ask "I am here for an upgrade but I don't know the difference between the new phones and the upgrade promos going on." She states "The phones are up there, I don't know what the differences are.....you can read the descriptions or do the compare iPhones if you want to know." At this point I'm kinda annoyed at her laziness to do her job. If I were a business owner and my employees had zero knowledge or desire to know the products they are selling I'd fire them. What a joke and I see why they are rated at 2.5 stars. @AT&T you better get a regional manager out here and handle this horrible customer service at this location before everyone goes to Verizon. If my work phone was not Verizon I would no longer do business with AT&T.

    I placed an order online for iPhone pro 17 sliver the day before. I received an email my order was…read moreready for pick up at 11am. I came in 20 mins before my time. The person that helped me name Peter. We sat at the table i proceeded to show him the confirmation number. I already had the email pulled and showing the confirmation number handed him the phone while he looking he has my phone a little longer than needed. He gives me back the phone I seen I couldn't find my confirmation email anymore. I end up checking my trash he deleted my email trying to cover it up. He ends up getting up to look at inventory on the computer because the tablet was messing up shows the sliver was no longer in stock. He walks over to his manager AJ that was helping a customer looking at them talking I seen he shows the customer the iPhone 17 Pro Sliver laughing because he sold it to him. Peter comes over and tells me they don't have it and they have an orange one in stock. I said that's fine. He said the Manager AJ can updated it in the system I said okay and proceed to sit down. The manager then says I can't give you that one that's for a customer that has an order fulfilled for 3 weeks but you sold the phone I ordered that wasn't even 24 hrs to someone. They refer me to Cameron park that's hella far away. Horrible experience for a new customer I wanted to check out the regular service before bring my business account over they don't even deserve 1 star. I just got off the phone with customer service and they confirmed that the order wasn't even cancelled. So even the store manager AJ lied to my face about cancelling my order and I was right about never receiving a cancellation email or anything.
