    I have to say based on reviews for all the Verizon store in Sacramento area they were all questionable, we took a chance and visited this store bc they were open till 8pm, We were greeted by Jewels(Juliana) she was available To help us and listened to our needs and concerns, she helped us upgrade our phones within a good time she wasn't rushed and took her time to explain the process. We also had an encounter with Kevin , he was also great and helpful! The supervisor (bearded guy) he did not greet us at all when we entered the store, even walked by us at the counters while we were getting help no smile no nothing, considering we were PAYING Customers! Besides that Juliana(Jewels and Kevin ) were amazing and the reason we would def visit this store again if needed.

    Don't sign anything without reading and assuming you are getting tricked on a deal that seems good. Be prepared to wait for hours

    They will try their offer you a free phone. Especially elderly, be careful. Bait and switch policy. They will offer you a free phone that looks and is more expensive. Don't take the deal without reading small print. If anything happens to it they will charge you hundreds of dollars if anything happens to it. There's a lot of old folks in the area. Don't get preyed on like my dad.

    Wow, has this company gone DOWN HILL…read more With no notice they raised my bill. I tried calling them to downgrade (I don't stream movies much at all) and sat on hold forever. Then I took advantage of their recorded voice offer to call me back. They never did. That means that I was sitting on hold that entire time FOR NOTHING. Same thing happened this morning when I tried to call them, still trying to reach them about the same thing, and no response, an no call back (again). Then I look at their web site and they've got notices on there that they have office space and servers available to rent. I guess times are tough now. I can't imagine why with a service decline like this compared to the past. This company used to be responsive and human and real and timely. Now you're on hold for no reason at all (they're never going to pick up) and forever, with raspy, terrible music that's like torture to have to listen to. I'm going to have to find an alternative. This company has LOST ITS WAY. There is NO EXCUSE for leaving customers on hold forever knowing full well you are NEVER going to put a human on to take the call, and you are NEVER going to return the call after offering to. No one needs yet another business run like this, and I'm not rewarding it with my money after putting me through this and wasting my time like this over multiple days.

I went into the store hoping it would be easier to resolve in person, only to find an 8-person wait and appointments booked out for days. What made the experience even worse was the assistant manager's attitude. Instead of showing any understanding or taking even a moment to look into my concern, he was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. As a frustrated customer who has been dealing with this issue for weeks, I expected at least a little empathy or effort to help resolve the problem. Instead, I was basically told to either wait or book an appointment. The only positive part of my experience was Anatoliy at the front desk, who was kind, professional, and actually tried to help when I came in the day before, even though he ultimately couldn't resolve the issue himself. Overall, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.

    ~Throwback Thursday Review back to the 2012 - 2013 era ~…read more When I lived in the Citrus Heights area, they rolled out IPTV along the Auburn Blvd Corridor around 2012 - 2013 , it was one of the best experiences ever. I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

Fidium bought CCI and any CCI customer should leave now. I had a rep come out with a three day wait. He informed me they can't send over ten mbps here. I'm in a main suburb. Not in the sticks. Last year some idiot CCI rep came to my house and sold me 15 Mbps on an "upgrade" and as this rep told me, there is no such thing! Woke up today and CCI had turned off my internet when I start work at home at 7am. Called and got two AI reps. About 2/3 of their reps are not real ppl. Supposedly I had $55 overdue. I've been on the phone w three of their AI reps on Monday. Their AI reps are not programmed to think, clearly. I've already bought Xfinity service yesterday for less at 90-300 Mbps like it's really 2025 and need CCI to provide me service so I can pick up my xfinity equipment and fire CCI today. CCI makes it so so easy for me to fire them. Can't wait to go. Suggest you do the same.

We were shut down for 2 days with computer problems and for the next 2 weeks had nothing but problems and downtime. We told them to move our stuff back to our inhouse server only to find out they actually tried to put us in AZURE Microsoft cloud base . That was never discussed and they decided to to that on their own without any change order and lied and said that's what the plan was when literally we had them in our office and thru emails stating that we are moving to there data center were they have space. Our software at that time was not going to work in that platform due to the amount of data. We decided after all the problems to cancel our service to only have fortis strong arm us and held us hostage. We disputed a $1900.00 charge for services they were charging us but not providing and finally after a back and forth with them we agreed to pay as long as we can get our credentials and then they said they were going to audit our account. The next week they sent us a bill for 8,000 dollars for magical tickets from 2 years ago ,gave us 24 hours to pay or they would disrupted out ability to work and that is exactly what they did .block our staff and took over our computers. We ended up paying them 10,000 as basically ransom. They are dishonest and they claim to be there to protect you from viruses and people taking over your computer but they are the ones you need to worry about. It has been 2 months cents our cancellation and guess what ,not one computer problem except from the computers we bought from them . So weird that having the "big IT company with multiple calls to fix computers to not having any problems at all says a lot. The light at the end of the tunnel we also cancelled our VoIP and found a new vender that was less price and more features and we are not paying 2400.00 a month to them for there contract. It was a blessing that they performed so poorly as we found better solutions. If i can save one person from this nightmare and them using a company that will charge you for services they are not providing then this review is worth it. If your looking for a honest IT Company they are not it. you can look online and see this is common practice for them.

    These guys seem great to me…read more I switched from ATT, and when I did not use the service right away, they called me!!!!! Just to make sure I had no problem I am getting a faster connection at a lower price than ATT or comcast. The only down side was that I had to buy an updated modem because my existing ATT modem was very old I plugged the new modem in, and was up and running in no time If you look at the reviews for ATT and COMCAST, I think mostly people dislike them. They are always giving out a teaser rate, then raising the price on you every few years. I just for tired of it I chose the mid tier package from launchnet,,,, 1.5 to 3 mbps I checked the connection speed and they deliver what they claim speed wise I am getting 300 kbps wireless "n" speeds to my devices.... Which is about the best you can do without getting exotic. So I am a happy camper'' And, there is some real pleasure for me to give less money to ATT Although I still have to keep the land line service

Instead of responding in a professional manner or offering some resolve to our situation, especially after numerous phone calls, texts, and emails, Pamela decides to take no responsibility or accountability. Simply, she could have responded and refunded us many months ago as promised eliminating the need for this negative review. She chose to ignore, lie and then blame us for her business decisions. She even goes so far as to make comments about distance to our property when we were in her service area at the time and that was never brought up as an issue prior to her taking our money for her services. If her company does not want to travel to certain areas then they should not be offering the service in those locations. For Pamela to say she's lost money on this experience, we can safely say that we've lost much, much more. Here's our abbreviated story. After canceling our prior internet service to All Starz on the "promise" of faster service and unlimited data we were stuck with 4G service that slowed to a crawl after two weeks. When I contacted Pamela, she said we used up our data on that card and needed to install a new card which she activated. Another week in and the service went down again. They swapped cards, readjusted the antenna and barely got a signal at all. We were told that a lot of customers' cards failed because the 3rd party they bought the cards from weren't supporting them anymore. That in itself seemed questionable but then they assured us they signed a new contract with another card supplier and all would be well. Weeks went by and all the while we had no internet and kept hearing promises of a "new service coming" which never did materialize. Eventually we discovered the problem was the data SIM cards they were passing off. My wife lost her online job as a result and I had spent hours and hours of my own time assisting with the service and researching the technology to try and update the antenna firmware. Yet, Pamela complains of losing money on us? My wife lost her entire income because she had no internet access not to mention the stress it put us through.  After avoiding our phone calls, we finally got Pamela to drop off a box of miscellaneous parts for us to try to see if we could get any signal on our own in our desperation for internet service. After that we had no support nor would they return any of our phone calls or texts. As many of you know, getting a new provider can take many months and so it took us another 45 days to schedule an install with Smarter Broadband leaving us without internet service for a total of over 3 months. We uninstalled all of the All Starz USA equipment, cleaned it up and repacked it in the original packaging per our agreement to be refunded. We could not get anyone to respond to our calls, texts or emails to pick up the equipment and issue a refund. (See attached photo - it's still safely here in the garage). And after doing some research I also discovered we spent way more than we should have for the installation charges. Not to mention she told us she would remove the payment for at least the last month of internet service (or should I say no service) and then discovered she charged us instead. We had to have our credit card company remove the charges since she ignored us when we inquired about the issue. So, who really lost money here?  After all of that we were very upset since we felt we had been scammed and that's when we asked for a full refund for all services. This Yelp review is the first response we have heard from Pamela and of course she tries to make us sound like the problem. We really thought we were dealing with professionals and tried our best to work with Pamela but had no idea they would treat their clients with such disrespect and lack of care. Let this be a warning to anyone considering using their services.

The owner is very passionate about music and you can tell it from talking to him. He is friendly, was chatting with all the different customers about what they picked, and even gives good suggestions! I bought a record from a band I had never heard of before (Fox Medicine). They were in the metal section but it was cute and bright pink. I looked them up quickly and listened to a couple songs and told myself I had to get that record. The owner was chatting with me about if I liked them or not and I was honest about literally just discovering them. He gave me one of their posters free of charge! They had just performed at his store and so he had a few left. I didn't realize he was giving it to me until we were leaving, I thought he was just showing me the poster. That absolutely made my day once I realized he was just giving it to me. The variety in this store is amazing with loads of vinyl, CDs, cassettes, and even music equipment! Prices are very fair, and everything is properly labeled. Instead of me having to get my hopes up inspect the record, the front usually says the condition, pressing, if it's colored, etc. I don't have to waste my time inspecting it myself, as the staff has already done the leg work. They even have a bargain bin (wall) with great deals! Down on the floor was a box that had cheap project vinyl too. When I worked at a record store I remember teachers coming in looking for the cheapest ones they could find for a various lessons they had coming up. I'm glad The Audio Nerd has a box for people like them. The store is a little bit cramped with how small it is and with how much product they carry, but it is such a gem and so fun to flip through. You can spend an hour or two easily in there despite it being a small store. Live shows even happen here! They move some of the tables out and put a band in there. Shout out Hayden for always promoting upcoming shows there! And as if this place couldn't get any cooler, they also do punch cards too... Who has ever heard of a record store doing a punch card before? Absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a cool new record store, The Audio Nerd is a great place to check out.
