Got a good charger for my phone ..
Aly A.

This is my nearest T-Mobile I used to have Sprint, but they converted into T-Mobile when I had to upgrade my iPhone my husband and I came here . They were super nice and helped with informing us about the deals and plans . It was a easy and pleasant process. It's a small building the parking can be hard to find at times . My last visit was last week I needed a new car charger I was having issues finding the right one I had purchased a few at other stores and they would not charge my iPhone 13 max . Pete was so helpful he helped me pick the right one . After failed attempts I found the winner this charger works like a charm !! I should of came here from the beginning lol ! Worth the money I paid for it ! Overall this is a convenient store for me . If I have any phone issues or want to purchase some good phone items this is the store !! This is definitely the location I will be coming to-upgrade my phone in the future.

**DO NOT VISIT THIS USELESS LOCATION, VISIT A CORPORATE LOCATION*** This location needs a new manger who isn't a lying crook would be very helpful . Someone who doesn't add unnecessary phones lines when you specifically asked for a certain amount. And who add unasked features to your bill without customer permission. And advises you to call customer service if you have any additional problems, pretty much wiping their hands off of the customers they tried to rob. What loser of a manger you are Keitha. Send a replacement quick TMobile, this location needs a upgrade.

This is what she does most of the time when she isn't in the back out of sight. Turn around and walk out if you must visit this store.

For having the fastest 5G it sure doesn't work much where I live or travel. Would like to see some more improvements made to my area.

Diana was wonderful and very helpful. There was a snag with the system when I went in to upgrade my phone and she was very patient and kind.

Switched over from AT&T. The transition was smooth and on my out the door I noticed that they had a…read morecool LG blue tooth headset. I asked how much it was and was told $100 but the representative said he could give me a good price. I had planned to come the next day to add my GF to my account and I said I'd grab it then. I ended up not feeling well so she went solo the next day to add the line and I called to ask how much the headset would be so I could let my GF know to make sure I got that price. I was told I would get $20 off. SWEET. She gets the headset and the quality is not that great. I look it up online and they are selling the exact same headset for $40. Makes sense, the thing felt and sounded like a $40 headset....Not $100. I tried to take it back buy they have a strict no return policy. My GF then mentions that she thought the price was wrong, but he said he gave us the deal. I look at the receipt. I am charged for a phone case for $120.25. Yup, a $120 phone case, that's not a typo. I called the store and I am offered cheap headphones, like old school headphones from the 90s and a charger to make up the difference. I go to the store to get a correct receipt, that shows I purchased a headset, so i can expense it for work, and I am told i can't get one because they don't have that item in their system. REALLY?!?! You have this item on display in your store and don't have it in the computer? They refused to give me my money back because of their strict return policy. This isn't a return, I was grossly overcharged and given a receipt for a different item! This sounds like fraud to me. I spoke with the manager over the phone and he offered to get me receipt in a couple of days and they could put whatever price i wanted...since I pointed out I would be submitting expense request for $120 for an item that they can get for $40 on Amazon. I would look like i was playing my employer. I asked the representative what is the normal price, what they sell it for, what is the retail price and he wouldn't tell me. On my way home, I called 4 other cricket stores in my area, they sell it for $70. All 4 of them. Me thinks that is the retail price is $70 and for some reason, I was sold it at $50 more?!?!?!? And because if it was scanned, in the system which is supposedly isn't in, it would come up at $70, so the employee charged me for something else and "waived" the activation fee, to make it all work, but clearly I'm not as stupid as this employee thought. I don't want cheap free items to make up the $50 overcharge. I want to pay what everyone else is. Also, check this companies consumer affairs. Read the complaints. It seems like once they get your money, they will do anything to keep it. Even if they charge over charge you. They have more complaints then all other carriers expect for the very large companies that service many more customers. Funny thing is, I was super happy when I left the store when I signed up and made a FB post with how happy I was....and now here I am. I'll update my review to see how this is resolved.

Very helpful! answered all my questions and helped me save money when i switched from metro, and my…read morecoverage is much better now I am definitely content with my decision to switch over to this great company.

This place is a real hit and miss, it just depends on whether or not you get lucky. For basic…read morerepairs I would not recommend, but if you need something specific done they may be a good option. My experience was largely positive. I requested a repair on a game console a while back. It was a 15 minute job, but required some equipment that I do not have. Labor was vastly overpriced (15 minute job, $10 for parts, $90 for labor), but it is understandable. They have to have a price floor, and the repair I needed done was short and specific. Overall, it turned out fine. The device has not had issues since, and none of my data was destroyed. Regardless, I recommend always making a backup of your data before consulting any repair company. 10/10 for my specific instance, but look out. If you are on a tight budget or do not know how to back up your data, I would perhaps practice extra discernment in your search.

I took my phone in because my phone wasn't charging, either by cable or wirelessly. They took my…read more$50 diagnostic fee and asked for two hours to investigate - I gave them four. When I returned, they said it might be the battery ($83 repair and they'd have to order it and could have it back in 7-10 days), but said it might be something to do with the screen assembly (or something like that), and that would be $178 and they had that in stock. I said fine, just get it working, as I had a surgery scheduled and needed a way to communicate with my support team. I gave them more time, and their assessment was that it wasn't that either - they said my phone showed no signs of life and I'd need to buy a new phone. But they didn't charge me the $178 after testing it to see if it would work. So, I went to Best Buy and chatted with GeekSquad for a second opinion - they told me UbreakIfix was now a mainstream repair shop, doing mainly warranty work for the major carriers, and anything beyond simple repairs wasn't their thing...and that I'd probably be able to get it fixed at a "mom&pop" shop. GeekSquad said they couldn't work on a phone as old as mine (5 years), and recommended a shop in Folsom that their customers had success with. I bought a new phone for $750 since I was already there, and was willing to risk forfeiting a $45 re-stocking fee to return it if I managed to get my phone working. I didn't go to the shop recommended by GeekSquad, but found Salmaan Phone Repair in Rocklin and he had my phone working in less than 10 minutes (I'll write a review for him, too). The issue was a bad FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) cable - the cable that connects the charging port to the daughterboard. 2 stars for not being able to diagnose a basic power issue -1 star for telling me my phone would never work again +1 star for positive experience with the uBiF person that followed up with me when I complained about their non-refundable diagnostic fee when the diagnosis was 100% incorrect.

He was confident that his team could take care of our needs easily and get it done quickly. I worked with Michael to get the plan together and estimate. I was expecting the quote to be higher based on previous companies estimates, yet Michael was honest, straight forward and told me exactly what we did, and did not need. Everything was ordered, set up prior to the installation date for a very quick installation with minimal down time to our network. Justin showed up the day of installation and was a super nice guy! Chatted while he got everything prepped and made sure he had all the info he needed to get right to work. He cleaned up all the wiring in our server room and installed the new gear, along with 3 long range extenders. Fired everything up and within minutes, we were all back on line! If you've had horrible experiences with business IT support, I strongly suggest you give Ashby's a call and the opportunity to help you.
