    Well one employee gets 5 stars and the other gets 1 so this is the average and here's what…read morehappened. I called to see if they had a particular wiper, I said "I never put it on before and I don't know what I'm doing" she said they had the wiper and to come in. She helped be get the right wiper but never said anything about help with installation when I alluding to wanting it. One of the wipers had about 5 parts and I put the wrong one in cuz I don't know what I'm doing. Then I broke my wiper off because it was stuck old and brittle and did I mention I don't know what I'm doing. So I went in to return them so it didn't happen again. It wouldn't have any way because the back one was actually different than the one I was looking for. So when I was returning it, I asked the gentleman if they could help with installation and he said that they could've so that I re-purchased two of the three I returned and had him help me with installation if he had been there instead of her in the beginning, I would have all three all perfectly and then more business with the store and Ben a happier customer. I'm not sure why she's so bad at customer service but someone should talk to her. Homeboy gave me the great service I expected to get when I came to AutoZone. If I hadn't ran into him, I would've left and never came back.

He even taped up part of my light that was broken. I can tell you right now that I have been to many auto parts stores and they have never been as helpful and as kind as Jason was. If I could give this review 100 stars I would. Jason is such an amazing employee that went over and beyond and I will definitely be a lifetime customer of AutoZone because of this experience!!! Thank you AutoZone for hiring such great employees!!! I highly recommend this auto parts store. You will not be sorry.

He noticed the problem right away and also noticed things the last shop did wrong that I had to have them do again. Since then I have taken my daughter's jeep in to have a lift and rims and tires installed. Turned out amazing. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and truly wants to help you. From the moment you walk in, the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. You can tell they actually know their stuff and take pride in what they do. Pricing on wheels and tires was very reasonable, and everything was explained clearly--what was wrong, what needed to be done, and what could wait. No pressure, no surprises. I think the head suspension tech/owner (Jim) might be the Michael Jordan of tire, wheel, and suspension installation. When I had an issue with something in my suspension, he showed me the part and explained why it needs to be addressed. I know a little bit about cars but Jim would explain an issue in a digestible way that someone with no car knowledge or mechanical aptitude could understand. That's a rare gift in the automotive repair industry. What really stood out to me is they don't move forward with any additional work unless you give the green light. That level of transparency and respect is rare. Also--random but worth mentioning--they have the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in any mechanic or retail shop. That alone says a lot about how they run their business. I'll be honest, I spent a bit more than I expected on both visits--but I left feeling 100% confident my vehicles were safe and the work was done right. That peace of mind is worth it. I trust the guys there, I trust their work, and I'll absolutely keep going back for wheels and tires. Already recommending them to friends and family. 6 out of 5 stars
