Absolutely useless, rude and unhelpful! The man that helped me had no idea what he was doing he went in the back room for 20 mints when he finely came back out he yawned like I was boring him. My problem with my mail app and my other problems with a FREE " which it was not I ended up paying $75 for it" pad that did not work at all!! Worst service ever! We went in to see about either buying a new phone or using the insurance on my husband's "flip phone" to get a replacement. After talking with two employees and deciding we'd file a claim instead of purchasing a new phone, they were very unwilling to help. When we asked if they would be able to transfer the contacts from the old phone to the newer replacement phone, they said it wasn't possible with this type of phone. When the phone arrived a day later (with NO help from the employees), I took it to the Verizon store across from the mall in Roseville. A young lady there was extremely helpful and was able to transfer the contacts without a problem. read more

I had one goal in mind when I entered into this store.. to buy a replacement iPhone for my daughter. My sales representative was Ryan, who has been working at this Lincoln location for only a few days. I don't know how Verizon recruits their employees; Ryan did an awesome job! He knew what we needed. He gave us our options while I insisted to my daughter she can own any phone she wanted. All she was concerned about was more storage space then Ryan mentioned the iPhone SE and its feature capability. We went with the SE- my daughter loves it! Hanging out with two teenagers, Ryan was very patient and remained professional. He mentioned other great deals and accessories for her phone. He exceeded my expectations. I recommend anyone to pay him a visit for any questions on a devise or plan at Verizon. This guy knows his stuff! read more

Do not pick this store. I had to order phones because none in stock. Told it will arrive in three business days, and that they will call. I called on Saturday because the salesman said it could arrive than. No phone call so I finally got through after having to call a toll free number to get there number! Anyway when I did reach someone they informed me a little like I'm annoying them, that when it arrives They will call me as is their policy. GoWireless is a handy place to buy Verizon products. BUT.... when there is a problem with a device then Verizon must be involved and GoWireless doesnt have a back door to escalate the resolution. Gowireless has a 14 day return policy and if the problems occur after 14 days will not replace the defective item from the stock in the store. I had a major issue with my tablet and GoWireless was unable to help. I didnt feel that I received adequate customer service, patience or understanding as a Senior Citizen. I mistakenly thought that since I purchased my tablet from GoWireless Lincoln, CA that Go wireless would be responsible during the warranty period and/or with the Grip Insurance would cover it. I called GoWireless Corporate 702-853-6200, Las Vegas and explained my problems and learned more about how any problems with Verizon must go through Verizon and GoWireless does not replace defective devices only Verizon can. My question is aside from being convenient to where I live why wouldn't it be better to go to the Verizon corporate store and not deal with GO-Wireless as a middle person? My answer would be for minor problems and that can be corrected in person then Go wireless is handy but for major problems with a defective device then GoWireless will just point customers to Verizon and not be able to escalate the problem any more effectively than the customer can. In the future we will purchase directly from Verizon corporate and avoid using GoWireless as the middle person. read more

Worst customer service hands down. I've been here several times over the years because its close to home. Every time I visit, I leave furious. I have been ignored, talked down to and passed off if trying to do anything other than buy something or pay a bill. I've had bad experiences with several employees at this location, most notably, when trying to get help with hardware issues. When the droids first came put I spent over $1000 on phones that didn't work, made several trips back only to be passed a phone and told to speak with tech support. Most recently, I had an issue with my last phone recognizing the SIM card. I went in, no "hello" or "I'll be right with you." I was ignored. So, I stand in line. The staff was very helpful to the people in line who don't have tattoos and a shaved head. I guess at this location, you have to look like a rich man to get any kind of attention. I wait, and finally walk up to the counter after being passed over and ask, "can you help me please? I was in line before this person." The guy looks me up and down, lets out a sigh and says, "what you need?" I explain the issue and ask if they would be able to provide me with a new SIM card so I can be on my way. "These are old. Why don't you just buy a new phone?" well, I don't need a new phone, I need a SIM card. "I can't just give it to you I gotta charge you." OK? Since when? So the guy says he's going to go look. Goes in the back, I can hear him laughing with someone back there, assuming it's at my expense because of my "old phone." whatever. A few minutes go by, he comes back out and says, " these cards are $25 and we out." my response, "so what am I supposed to do?" "you can try somewhere else man." "where exactly?" "I don't know, maybe the one in Roseville." I then ask if he can check to see if they have any before I take the trip. "No" he says. "We don't have any way of knowing." Really? You work in a cell phone store, selling phones, none of which you can pick up and make a call on? Ok, so I go to the store in Roseville off of Galleria. I meet very pleasant staff. They give me a FREE SIM CARD, (which doesn't fix the issue it ended up being the reader) and I spent $1400 on 3 phones, a tablet and accessories. I knew from the beginning I was going to end up needing a new phone most likely, but there was no way I was going to spend my money at this store. I encourage all reading this to take your business elsewhere. These people rely on commissions from your purchase and your monthly bill. Why pad their pockets for awful customer service? Hopefully they restaff this location and get some people who actually care about the people responsible for their income. A strong lesson the the ones I have been treated poorly by: you never know who you're dealing with, how much they have and to what extent they are willing to go to get what they want. Treat your fellow humans as equals and you will be rewarded. Do the opposite and every person you treat poorly will eventually come back on you. If you are willing to make the drive, I strongly recommend the main store in Roseville. read more

My wife and I have been into the Lincoln store many times for everything from changing our plan to upgrading phones to screen replacements. The employees have always been very helpful. I have read people complaining about wait times. My advice to them is to either be patient or don't go at peak times of the day. We were helped by Joey and Nick this past trip and both were very helpful. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need or want. They provided all the information, along with personal recommendations, on the devices we were looking at which made it easy to make an informed decision. The representative on the customer service line was of no help so she talked to them for me. Casey reset my phone and restored my contacts. I had the worst experience with this location in Lincoln. I went to upgrade my phone yesterday and Ryan, the store manager charged me $79.99 setup fee. When I asked him what was the charge for, he told me this fee applies EVERY time we upgrade a phone. He said this is something Verizon started charging last year. and it doesn't matter wether I upgrade through a corporate location or have the device shipped directly to my home. I knew something didn't sound right so I called Verizon to verify they told me that what Ryan said is NOT TRUE! Verizon NEVER charges for setup fee and this fee is strictly coming from the store. I went to the store, met with Ryan later that day to request a refund of the charge, he refused and still insisted it is a Verizon charge. I called next morning and I spoke with Trevor and I told him the situation and that I already reported their location to the district office as well as corporate location due to the dishonety and lies that they trick their customers with. I told him I already called my credit card company and I am in the process of disputing the charge and get my money back. His answer to me was " if you want to do that go ahead". Not even willing to admit their fault and misleading information they give their customers. Terrible customer service, lying manager and useless assistant manager. Shame on them!!! read more

Today, Ryan Pioletti helped me get a new phone since mine decide it was not going to work anymore. Ryan went above and Beyond to try and bring it back to life but it decided to take a dump on us. He was extremely knowledgable and professional with all of his products and was able to help me decide which phone I should go with since they are all so expensive nowadays. He also informed me that if I change my plan, I would save 15 dollars which I wasn't even expecting!! This Verizon store is very lucky to have an employee like Ryan!! He was the only one in the store and was able to help me along with all of the other customers in a very reasonable time. This store lies to customers. On Jan. 20 2019 two of us accompanied my senior father to the store (at the suggestion of Verizon Customer Service) and Trevor served us. He made some calls and told my father in no uncertain terms that he could cancel his account on the spot with no additional charges...his balance was zero. We left happy, then my dad started getting $710 bills from Verizon. Since my father is ill I have been doing the legwork to fight this. At the manager Ryan's suggestion I came to see Trevor at a time Ryan arranged. He was off. Came the next day and they promoted Trevor to Rocklin, so I had to drive there and track him down. He denies everything he told us which is a bold face lie...all of us heard him. Then Trevor put me on the phone with customer service and disappeared...never came out of the back room again. I have written to the district manager Joshua Dryden to ask him to review video of our transaction with Trevor. Videos can't lie, but Trevor sure does. I have also submitted this complaint to the BBB, FCC, Public Utilities Commission, and I've been writing to senior executives at Verizon. I've never witnessed such shameful behavior and lies at a business. Don't trust this store, or the Rocklin store. read more

His customer service is outstanding, which include recommendations and follow ups. He is knowledgeable, easy to converse with in an understandable manner. He gives you his full attention...however, I have seen him multitask very well when it was necessary. I see that my review written in June 2015 is still on this site. In 2015 Casey helped me get my iPhone 5S and the service was outstanding (5 stars). It is now time to update my review to reflect my most recent experience. I wanted to upgrade my iPhone 5S to an SE. Unfortunately Casey no longer works there and new people were brought in from a Roseville office. The first man I talked with seemed irritated because they did not have an SE in stock and so it would have to be ordered. He also did not have any idea what I could get for the 5S if I traded it in. He told me they would not order an SE until I contacted Verizon and payed off the remaining charges on my 5S. Ok no big deal. I returned the next day and was greeted by Brian. Big smile and seemingly ready to help me get my new phone. But then he stated pushing this Go Advantage Choice plan that costs $79.99. I used this plan when I bought my 5S in 2015 and it did save me money. But I now had my charger for the car and I did need a second protective outer covering for my new iPhone. He insisted that I would have to purchase this plan because it was Apple's policy. I found that hard to believe and asked him why. He said sorry but there was no other option. He informed me that the total out-the-door charges including taxes, an activation fee and the cost of the "plan" would be around $150. (The cost of the phone itself was part of my 24 month contract with Verizon.) I left disappointed. I later called Verizon customer service. I'm happy I did. Ellie V. (Extension 1211778) apologized and said she would waive the activation fee and all I would have to pay was the taxes and a temper glass covering that I wanted for the new phone....total cost $54. In fact she did a search and found that the Verizon store on 1208 Galleria Blvd had the SE in stock. I told her the color I wanted and paid the $54 over the phone. She then sent an email to the store manager in Roseville stating that I would be picking up my new phone today. I got there and Rosa called Verizon online to help me activate the new phone. I then had to transfer all my info from the the iCloud to my new phone. I also had to update the software which took more than an hour. It took longer that it should have because their wifi is from a "Hot Spot" rather than from a router and that makes for a very slow process. In the future I would do the software update at home. The bottom line is that I saved $100 by going to an actual Verizon store and I found the people there very busy but helpful. read more

This store is a pleasure to do business with! Nick and his staff are professional, polite and knowledgeable. I have done business with them for several years and have never had a bad experience. This week, my husband finally broke down and got his first smart phone. He does not use a computer...double problem! After explaining this to Nick and discussing what would be a good choice, Nick fit him into a perfect phone for " entry level." Nick also explained the new Edge program to us . My husband has been into the store several times this weekend and is always met with a smile and when it is his turn, he is never rushed! They had to order a phone for me and it is in route, one day later. Someone mentioned standing in line. Yes, I have to wait in line sometimes, but when it is my turn I know my issues will be solved, and as much time as needed will be taken to do so. Besides, why is waiting in line a big deal....we stand in line at grocery stores and concerts and everywhere! This is a great place to do business with! read more
