I will say this: know your spice/heat tolerance level. Start low if you need to and work your way up if it's too mild! On the menu you have 6 choices for heat level: Zero to Six. I had three once: too spicy / not "tears down my eyes spicy" but almost). Then number two level: almost, but a little too spicy for me. But now I am happy with level one: and it may be a one but I taste the intention and I'm grateful I do not need a Zero! I have no hesitation in recommending this place!
