$11.95 lunch special includes salad. This is my second time here. I live in NYC and couldn't wait to return. - A Japanese-style bento box features sushi rolls with avocado, steamed white rice, grilled chicken with sauce, and side items including pickled ginger, wasabi, and two fried items. The box is placed on a metal outdoor table, with a glass of water visible on the side.

This is my second time here. I love how the taste of the food and the excellent service along with the wine and drink options gives me the impression that I am in a fine dining establishment. The food is freshly prepared and delicious and with value rated prices.

Spicy Scallop Roll, Spicy Tuna roll - A sushi roll with multiple pieces is arranged on a rectangular wooden serving board. The roll is topped with a spicy orange sauce and appears to contain fried or tempura ingredients inside. Accompanying the sushi are a small mound of wasabi and a portion of pickled ginger. The setting appears to be a restaurant with dim lighting and a dark wooden table.

Walking in, the place is very cozy and intimate. There is a decent amount of seating and has dim lighting, could be used as a cute date night spot or if you want some pretty good sushi. Going on a Thursday night, it wasn't busy at all and got seated right away. The server was friendly and welcoming, was attentive on anything we needed as well (filling waters, taking orders, boxes for leftovers). The food was great and worth the price tag, both the rolls (spicy tuna and spicy scallop) tasted fresh and my friend who ordered the special rolls was satisfied as his ordered was surprisingly large. Not the normal sized rolls, so if you do order the special rolls, they are sizable. If you're looking for sushi in the area, I would check this place out.

Pretty quite place, I noticed and seems more of take out then sit in, all things considered, the service was pretty lukewarm at best. Like half of the staff was sitting down eating then doing much. Still the ones working did acknowledge me and my friend and were polite and pretty patient considering it took a while to settle on what to get. The spicy seafood salad was alright, I mean could been spicier and the shredded cucumber could been much more thinner since it was way more the actual seafood anything. The sushi cake was very good, plenty of salmon and tuna, not too thick avocado slices and some finely diced mango plus plenty of sauce to spoon onto each bite. Did find it odd, when the menu listed the cake it said your two selected seafood and it did not list them and when I asked the waitress it was like she had no idea, I mean you should know the menu ahead of me since you work there. Angry dragon roll was definitely the best part, a fully loaded roll with a decent amount of lobster salad on top, crunchy shrimp tempura on the inside, the usual creamy avocado slices and spicy diced tuna as well, honestly hard to eat the pieces in one bite. I do like eel sauce and spicy mayo on top to really brush the pieces into for more flavor, but I will tell I wonder what the pink sauce was, I joked to my friend and was like is that pepto basmal , haha still great food, and next time definitely get food here take out instead

I absolutely love, love sushi. And with that said, I'm also super picky when it comes to sushi. I've tried too many bad sushi places and I'm always uneasy when I try a new spot. The taste of bad sushi in your mouth lingers and it's an awful thing. I am happy to report that I actually enjoyed my sushi from this place. It wasn't the best I've ever had but it was pretty good. I would have preferred if the sushi rice was a bit more soft but it wasn't bad. Perfect sushi rice is truly an art. The sushi definitely tasted fresh, was ready quickly and the presentation was lovely. I would order from this location again. I'd love to try something new on my next visit.

The food presentations were absolutely beautiful. The service was excellent and they found a private room in the back for me and my puppy.

We stopped here on the way to the airport and were immediately amazed with the customer service. John and Brady were phenomenal. We ordered the small Italian club with Chicken cutlet and the Vittorio. We also got a large Muffaletta with the olive salad on the side, pesto chips, mixed pickled veggies salad and a cannoli. We wanted to change since we were going to the airport so we had to use the restroom. That's where we encountered John. He is such a lovely man. He was so sweet and I enjoyed our conversation. My sister was throughly impressed with Brady's customer service. He made her feel at home and was very friendly. All of our food was good. They devoured the veggie salad on the car ride to the airport and we ate some of the sandwiches too. The portions are big and you can share. The 3 sandwiches we got were plenty for our family of 6 plus leftovers. Rossi Rosticceria Deli 45 S Clover St Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 (Review 50 in 2025 and 893 overall)

It is located on a back street with not much activity, and I was able to find parking quickly, which is key when you are on a work break. As soon as I walked in, the smells and sights of an authentic Italian deli were exactly what you hope for. There is a menu with plenty to choose from and a pastry case that I already know I will be coming back to try next time. I went with the Blue Ribbon panini, and in about ten minutes I had a hefty sandwich wrapped and ready to go. When I sat down to eat and picked it up, it did not disappoint. Chicken cutlet, ham, honey mustard, roasted tomatoes, Swiss cheese, and great bread. Everything blended together perfectly. On the first bite, the chicken cutlet burned my mouth in the best way possible. The tomatoes and honey mustard tied it all together and made it incredibly satisfying. I could only eat half because it was such a heavy sandwich. My dad finished the other half and shared the same appreciation for a really good panini. The next time I am working nearby, I know exactly where I am going, and I will definitely be trying the cannoli and the black and white cookies. 5 out of 5 stars.

My order was receiving mixed reviews: the salad I got was very small and the bowl did not allow for mixing, so a messy endeavor at best. The staff is really friendly, so the service hits a five. Loss of stars is for the price and the inconsistent quality of the ingredients.

I'm so glad I found this spot--it was exactly what I needed to reset. Food: 4/5 I ordered an ahi tuna poke bowl and a smoothie, and overall, it hit the mark. The tuna wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was still solid--fresh enough and well-balanced with the toppings. The smoothie, though, was delicious. I'd honestly come back just for that alone--it was cooling, clean, and packed with flavor. Atmosphere: 5/5 The interior design here is beautiful--very calm, airy, and just a peaceful place to sit for a bit. It felt like the kind of space where you could relax, journal, or just quietly enjoy a meal without the bustle of a typical café. Really appreciated that. Service & Price: This is more of a counter-service place--order at the front and grab a seat. No complaints there; everything came out pretty quickly and the staff was kind. As far as price goes: yes, it's on the higher end. A bowl + smoothie can easily run you over $30 which feels like a lot when compared to, say, a hearty Italian sandwich around the corner. But I get it--healthy food often just costs more. For me, it was worth it this time around. Overall: If you're in the area and looking to take a break from heavier meals, this is a lovely spot. It's not a cheap bite, but it's fresh, clean, and satisfying. I'll definitely be back for a smoothie if I'm nearby.

The views in the Hudson Valley are literally breathtaking from almost every angle of every city. My Wife and I have both had Farmers and Chefs bookmarked in Yelp for quite some time, so finally heading over was so exciting. It was a beautiful day so we headed to the patio. Love the indoor/outdoor bar area. I ordered a dirty martini. Made perfectly. We shared the Farmer's Wings, oysters on a half shell and a mixed green salad with Goat Cheese, soooooo good. My Wife also went with the Salmon & garlic mash served with green beans. Hella Good. Everything was so fresh and tasty. Our server, a very kind gentleman, who's name a cannot remember made our experience even more incredible by going above and beyond to direct the umbrellas just so that the sun wasn't in my Wife's eyes and our view of the walkway wasn't blocked. Amazing. I look forward to your next dinner at Farmers and Chefs and implore you to get your butt there soon. Cheers, The Happy Hour Huntress

We sat outside and it was mostly pleasant, aside from some pesky mosquitos -- citronella candles or similar would be helpful to have on the tables. I got the 50/Cut Burger on a bed of mixed greens (no GF bun option), and it was super tasty albeit slightly overcooked. The shoestring fries were also good. The Negroni I ordered had a good balance of flavors but I always prefer a big rock of ice vs. chipped ice, which waters down the drink too fast. But they supplied a legit Luxardo cherry, and that certainly elevated the experience. The service was fast & friendly. I enjoyed it, and would return to try some of the other menu items.
