Service still on the slower side, but very pleased with the price, portions, and flavors here!! Definitely take into account their specials each night!

Granted, it's been a little while since I've been to Bonefish Grill. I recall loving the imperial crab dip. Not so much tonight. Chips were broken, heavily seasoned, very bitter to taste. The dip was inconsistently warm, with the scallops and half the shrimp being cold to the touch. Clearly it sat under the heater and the assumption was made the burned cheese was considered a cooked dish. There was some red redemption with the fish and chips... until all of the greasy fish on top of the fries turn them to a macerated and oily mess at the bottom of the plate. Service was OK. Nothing to write Home about. Not her fault about the quality of food, but definitely wouldn't be a bad idea to check the quality before putting it on the table. Too many other fine dining options in this area to spend this kind of money. Choose someplace else.

WOW! The Brussel sprouts and pumpkin ravioli are to die for! Both a must order so flavorful and delicious. Ordered online for pick up. Flawless process from ordering to pickup.

I love a good friend date! You can't go wrong with bonefish. Their menu is amazing...everything is great! Their seafood, pastas, drinks and more. The service is top notch and of course I'll be back.

My wife and I dined here for our Valentine Day date, but a few days later, to avoid crowds. As always, the Bang-Bang Shrimp was on spot and a one-item wonder! The fried shrimp was piled wonderfully high on a completely submerged (not even visible) bed of delightfully fresh, crisp shredded romaine lettuce. My wife and I both ordered one of these appetizers each for each of us. To follow up, we ordered as our entree the "fish and chips." That, on the other hand, was far less than spectacular. Don't get me wrong: the presentation was well done--it was an attractive dish, on its surface! That said, I suppose, if (what seemed to be) one-inch-plus of thickly breaded dough batter (not corn meal) hiding comparatively small strips of fish inside these three pieces of fried fish, along with a very small (albeit quite yummy) portion of fries is your thing, then this is perhaps a winner. However, my wife and I do not at all favor breaded fish; but prefer cornmeal or nothing. Why I did not think to ask which way this fish was fried before ordering it, I am not sure--but I sure wish I had. I suppose that, with typical "Fish & Chips," this method of flour battering is no doubt more common than that of using corn meal. Still, honestly, this dish was overkill on the batter: it looked nice, but tasted less than such, to us, anyway. Thus, we were both disappointed with this entree; and wish we had ordered nothing but the Bang-Bang Shrimp, period. Now, that said, there was nothing at all wrong with the food, any of the items, or the service. All of the items were aesthetically arranged, and quality food. The fish was very fresh tasting. Of course, the shrimp was delectably crisp and hauntingly delicious! Overall, this was a delightful meal! However, if "Fish & Chips" is your inclination, be sure to decide which type of breading you prefer on your fish--and be ready for seemingly far more batter than actual fish. If you like that type and degree of batter, you might be in for quite a delight. As for the Bang-Bang Shrimp, I do not see how you could go wrong, no matter your tastes! That dish is insanely delicious.

I spent a weekend in Durham, NC, and decided to order from Bonefish Grill through Uber Eats. I tried the Maryland-Style Crab Cakes, Garlic Whipped Potatoes, and Steamed Asparagus, along with the Bang Bang Shrimp and Mussels Josephine. Everything was absolutely fantastic! I can't praise this restaurant enough!

My wife and I came here for date night, but, the lackluster experience really left a bad taste in our mouths. I'm not sure what we expected from a chain restaurant, but that's what we got. The best part of the meal truly was the fresh bread and dipping oil. Our drinks were a let down. My old fashion fell flat. I wanted to have a stiff drink and felt like I just got stiffed, while the sangria was super sugary. Probably had a trainee at the bar. Needless to say, this place isn't worth dropping $85 for a meal! How is the mac and cheese a premium side??? There was nothing premium about it. There was just a sprinkling of bacon on it. I didn't even finish it. Thankfully the fish was done well. Nonetheless, we will continue our hunt for a great date night spot.

I have to say I recieved not only a phone call but a letter and gift cardfrom regional management - this level of customer service makes me want to come back to Bonefish and is very much appreciated! Thank you for acknowledging the issue and going above and beyond - nice to know some businesses still value customer input

The bartender made the place she deserves five stars. The food was less stellar. My wilted spinach could better be called a salt lick with some green stuff. The fish was fine. The restaurant has an appealing rich decor with an upscale bar area which was pleasant. Translation: people good food feels mass produced.

Sat at the bar Friday night for a quick dinner. It was as predicted, but the Smokey old fashioned was really good! 5/5 for bartender service and, speed, atmosphere, and laughs. Shout out to bartender Edward!

First, I made a reservation for 7 PM on Saturday so we could go shopping and then grab dinner afterwards. I understand that a lot of other people probably had a similar approach, but I was disappointed that the restaurant was running behind and we were seated about 20 minutes late. That being said, I heard the hostess tell a group of 4 people without a reservation that their wait time would be 3 and a half hours (!). Of course, that group immediately walked out, but that's pretty crazy, especially because I think the restaurant was closing at 11 PM. While we were waiting to be seated, we grabbed a table in the bar area and ordered a drink. The staff member who took our order was nice but it did take longer than expected to get the drinks, probably because it was so busy. They may need to hire more staff to handle the onslaught of customers, I guess :) Anyway, eventually we were seated in a booth, and the dinner commenced! Our server was nice but was pretty absent throughout our meal, which was a little frustrating. The beer menu had an OK selection, although time for a little rant: I was a little confused by the "By the handle" and "By the neck" categorizations. Of course I kind of intuitively knew this meant draft and bottled beer, but "by the handle" is such a weird way of describing draft beer to me, since you have handles of liquor, etc. My wife pointed out that the "handle" in this case was referring to the handle used to pour the draft beer, in case anyone else didn't immediately get it :) The complimentary bread and butter was pretty decent, so we were off to a good start food-wise. I ordered a "small" Caesar as an appetizer and then got a burger and fries for my entree, while my wife also got the Caesar and the garlic sirloin with mashed potatoes as her entree. I put "small" in quotes because it was actually pretty darn big. I chose not to finish it since I wanted to save room for my entree :) It wasn't bad, though. Eventually (things were slow!), our entrees arrived. My burger and fries were OK, but the fries were unfortunately lukewarm. My wife didn't like her steak because of the intense "smoky" flavor, and it was also supposed to be garlicky, and it definitely wasn't :) I took a bite! The mashed potatoes were decent. Overall, the downsides outweighed the positives for me at Firebirds. I can't imagine coming back here, but if a friend really wanted to hit it up, I wouldn't complain too much :)

After 10 minutes of digging through the pasta, I still managed to find 10 calamari rings, lol. No complaints here though! Just surprised at how bountiful the calamari rings were for the pasta. The sauce wasn't spicy, despite the name stating so, and was sufficient to coat each strand of pasta noodle. As for our second dish, how can we NOT get fried seafood?! So, we decided to go for their combo for any two items. We were pleasantly impressed with the size of the battered catfish. It was MASSIVE! The shrimp, on the other hand, wasn't anything special. Quite small. Not really juicy. If calamari was an option for this combo, we'd definitely go for it! Seasoning was a little salty, but the breading was nice and crispy. Not burnt tasting or oily, and complimented well with the cocktail and tartar sauce. Fries were normal, but quite small in portion. For $30, I'd imagine either a little more fries if shrimps are only 6 pieces, along with a piece of catfish. Food was pretty good!
