Classic yummy korean chicken! Love the soy garlic and we got some parmesan fries on the side! Service was quick for us and staff was super friendly :) Honestly very reasonable price for what you get as well

i always come back to this spot! the chicken is very crispy and juicy, and well coated with flavored sauce :) i always get the yangnyeom and it's the perfect amount of spice and sweetness! service is always great and friendly whenever i go!

Fried rice with bulgogi

Bulgogi is a food that I just get random cravings for. I was in the area because I had a go-to place nearby that closed down, so I took a little browse on our trusty Yelp app and found Bonchon across the parking lot. I got the bulgogi that comes with white rice ($22), and my husband got the fried rice with bulgogi ($18). Bummed I didn't get the japchae with bulgogi, but definitely a reason I need to return. The food had great flavors, and the texture of the beef was soft. The only downside I would say is the amount of food for the price is a little ehh. I understand beef tends to run higher in price, but when I go out to eat I get a little sad if I get a small portion of good food.

These people are super friendly and get our order ready within 15 minutes every time we come. They suggested to try the spicy flavor and split our drumstick order in half with the soy garlic flavor. The drumsticks are always yummy and freshly prepared.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go to when I'm craving some good fried chicken!

The most delicious Korean fried chicken burger with Yangnyeom sauce! This is our all time favorite here along with their Bulgogi Bibimbap. The BEST! Portion sizes are not huge. Staff is always courteous and attentive. Ambience is chill and relaxed. Definitely coming back here for more!!

Tteokbokki

Haven't had bonchon in a while and decided to come by yesterday for lunch. The wings were tasty and crunchy, just like how I remembered! The yangyum was super flavorful! Sweet and has a kick to it. The soy garlic is a staple and was delicious! I find that the wings have more flavor but the drums are crunchier and have more meat to it. I like the chewiness of the rice cakes in the tteokbokki, paired with the ooey gooey cheese when you pull it. Overall I would come back for the soy garlic/yangyum wings again whenever I'm craving korean fried chicken again.

We were very hungry after the outlets and decided to check out this place next door, Bonchon. On first looks I wasn't very keen. This place feels and looks very clinical, low quality chain fast food like. The staff were all over the place and off the bat happen to forget one of our waters. They didn't even bring us waters when we sat and we had to request it along with the menus? Also felt like they were short staffed. When ordering, as a pescetarian I looked at the menu and there was basically nothing without meat. For those of dietary restrictions, there are no options. After scouring the menu a few times, finally settled upon the shrimp fried rice. It came as a very small portion, probably the size of my hand, for a whopping $17!? It was greasy and over seasoned. Barely any shrimp, don't how how they can even advertise it as a shrimp fried rice when I can count the number of shrimp on my hand. Bunches of rice clumped together and some undercooked. We will not be coming back, and will tell others not to either. UPDATE: Had a very upset stomach that night.

Seoul Sampler: Bulgogi Fries, Coleslaw, garlic soy wings, Potstickers, corn

Bonchon for dinner and we got the sampler that was a good appetizer to share-- generous amount of bulgogi fries and soy garlic wings were the favorite of all the flavored wings. Bulgogi bimbimbap was good but not outstanding. I preferred the bulgogi fries. The half order of wings were perfectly coated and had a crunch. Although, the dry rub seasoning was not noticeable. Next time I will order all soy garlic. Plenty of seating indoors and no outdoor seating. Service was great.

Medium mixed fried chicken. This is so good!

This Korean fried chicken is so good with the spicy sauce! Never been here before, but I'll definitely be back. The owner came over to me and made sure I was happy. The food was tasty, the owner's attention Was great and the ambiance was clean and appeasing. Great stuff Bonchon!! Keep it up.

We recently visited Bonchon while in the area. Although the food was decent, the service left much to be desired and left a bad taste in our mouths. We had two groups ordering, total of about 6 of us and in total we spent about $100. It was such a nice day that we decided to order To Go as the server taking our order said there was seating available outside by 85 Degrees. While waiting for our food I went outside to check out the space she told us about. It was not seating with tables and chairs, basically patio sofas and low coffee table. With that said, we decided to eat in the restaurant. While waiting for our food our other group had gotten their food and were seated at a table where we all were all seated waiting for our food. They decided to eat indoors with us as well. As they were eating one of the servers told them they couldn't eat inside because we ordered our food to go. I thought I misunderstood so I let her know the seating outdoors did not have chairs and tables. She continued to repeat herself saying because we ordered To Go we had to eat elsewhere. It wasn't like they were packed, and had no tables available and they didn't have people in line waiting to order, it was 2:30pm, well past the lunch hour. I said we would like to change our order for dine in. She said we couldn't do that and again said we had to take our food and eat elsewhere. At his point, I'm super confused and explain to her between our two groups we spent over $100 and wanted to eat indoors. Again, she said we had to eat elsewhere because we ordered "To Go". WTH?! If she gave me a good reason on why we had to eat elsewhere, it wasn't communicated. I'm not sure what I was missing, but was so annoyed that we waited for our food, which took another 10 minutes. In that time our other group had already opened their bags and started eating, but when we got our "To Go" bag we all left. Even more frustrating, is the fact that we had already tipped them for our To Go order. While I don't mind giving this food chain another chance, it definitely won't be at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We love the food at Bonchon's and we always try to get there early b/c they get busy later in the afternoon & evening . They will seat you & then take your order . The servers here are nice & efficient. The restaurant is kind of small 16 tables & a bar top but I rarely see anyone ever sit there. We've brought our friends here & they love it as much as we do . We usually order the KFC soy garlic & Korean spicy bbq , bulgogi & Japchae & bulgogi fries , Soju & Terra , the Korean donuts are all made fresh . We've tried most of their menu & you won't go wrong with anything you order it's delicious . They have a young team of servers & always the 2 women who are there the majority of the time . Try not to go at lunch time , every time we've gone at that time it's packed & week days probably the best time. We did visit the one in Colorado Springs & definitely not as good as the one here in California. They do have the BEST Korean fried chicken for sure !

Is there spicy chicken the same as their sweet chili? Or they don't have the sweet chili anymore?

Are they open for indoor dining?

Yes they are.

What time do they close today?

They usually close at 7:30 when it was pick up only. But most restaurants opened their dining this week. You can call them. Sorry about that.

Malatang is a Chinese staple food, it is like pizza, chicken wings or bbq, you have to try to make it bad. The main differentiating between them is ingredients and broth. Ingredients vice it is just what you eat at buffets that has hot pot or malatang section. I found the lamb to be a bit better quality than buffets, fried egg old and stale (the only disappointment), green veggies quite a surprising delight (I usually don't eat that). Must-get dishes include the baked custard buns, shrimp rice rolls, siu mai, and salted egg fried pumpkin.

I originally came to Fusion Delight because of the purple interior…read more Seriously. The giant lotus chandeliers, the deep violet lighting, the old-school banquet hall atmosphere - it immediately reminded me of the large Cantonese restaurants that used to define family dining in the Bay Area years ago. But after eating here during a packed weekend dinner service, I realized the real attraction is not the decor. It is the operational consistency. The dining room was completely full, with a long line of people still waiting outside. Under that kind of pressure, many large Chinese restaurants start losing control somewhere: fried dishes soften, stir-fries lose wok hei, food arrives unevenly, service becomes rushed. Fusion Delight somehow keeps the system together. And what impressed me even more was that the staff never became impatient. Even with the restaurant running at full capacity, the servers stayed friendly, patient, and organized. No chaos, no attitude - just steady service under pressure. That is not easy in a restaurant this size. The Mongolian beef was the first thing that stood out. Instead of thin slices hidden under sauce, the beef here is cut unusually thick and long - some pieces nearly two inches. Thick-cut beef is risky because once overcooked it immediately turns tough, but here the meat stayed tender while still carrying proper wok sear and caramelization. That tells me the kitchen understands heat control and timing. The crispy pork intestines were even more impressive. These were clearly braised first, then fried before the final stir-fry. The outside kept its gelatin-rich texture while the inside still carried fat and aroma, but without the unpleasant odor that ruins this dish at weaker restaurants. Even people who normally avoid intestine dishes could probably eat this version comfortably. That level of cleaning and pre-processing matters. The braised lamb with skin was another old-school banquet dish done correctly. The lamb was soft without collapsing, while the skin still retained structure. More importantly, the prep work was meticulous -- no gamey smell, no rough trimming, no shortcuts. The sea cucumber and pork tendon dish also showed strong banquet-kitchen fundamentals. The pork tendon had clearly been oil-expanded beforehand, giving it that proper soft and elastic texture instead of rubbery chewiness. The sea cucumber still retained bite and structure. The Singapore-style rice noodles and scallop egg white fried rice were textbook Cantonese banquet staples. The rice noodles stayed dry and separated while still carrying wok aroma and oil fragrance. The scallop egg white fried rice looked simple, but every grain remained distinct and lightly coated without clumping together. That level of consistency under volume is difficult. Even the red bean dessert soup at the end was handled carefully. The red beans still held their shape instead of dissolving into paste, while the sago remained fully intact and translucent. Most restaurants stop caring once dessert leaves the kitchen. Fusion Delight clearly does not. And honestly, that may be the best way to describe this restaurant overall. Fusion Delight is not trying to be trendy. It is not trying to become minimalist fine dining. It is not trying to be social-media bait. This is a high-volume Chinese banquet restaurant operating with old-school Cantonese production discipline. Hot food arrives hot. Fried dishes stay crisp. Wok hei survives peak hours. Plating still looks intentional during a packed dinner service. That kind of consistency is harder than people think. And somehow, inside a giant purple dining room filled wall-to-wall with families, they make it work. - Dr. C Purple room approved. Wok heat calibrated. Banquet discipline detected. Consistency at scale = correct.
