I stopped in to order takeout while in the area. I decided on the Bao buns with fried chicken, 3 for $13.99. Service was fast and friendly. The inside dining are seemed very casual and it appears that take out is a popular option. There is a small outside eating area. I did not check out the restroom. The buns were pretty good, although a tad pricey in my opinion, but I may return to try a few other options. There is a small off street parking area, but you will most likely have back your car out as no room to turn around if filled.

So so good! We ordered alot of stuff between all of us and our table was packed with food! I ordered the Seoul sampler and a side of spicey wings. The Seoul sampler was so good. I got the Korean bbq flavor. The chicken was crispy and flavorful! It came with 2 drums, 4 wings, bulgogi fries, pot stickers, Korean street corn, and cole slaw. The bulgogi fries were delicious. I would recommend trying them. The street corn was good too but I wasn't crazy about it. The pot stickers were interesting. They came glazed in a sauce. I will definitely go back. by the way the Korean donuts were extravagant. Hot, soft sweet and went excellent with the dipping sauce. Absolutely get that for dessert. You will not be disappointed!

According to Bonchon's website: Bonchon was born in Busan, South Korea and is raised in the heart of New York City. Bonchon means "my hometown." Bonchon was already on my radar for quite some time, and today I was surprised by my family who wanted to take me out for my birthday--and bonchon was the destination! Bonchon is located where the Chef's Table use to have their restaurant, so I was familiar with the place. You can park on the street, or on their little lot, which is small and narrow, and you might be challenged in your parking skills. The establishment is long, narrow, but spacious at the same time. Bonchon applies all CDC guidelines, during these times. I am familiar with Korean BarBQ, but this was a new experience. We studied the menu's for a moment to pick our order, and to get used to unfamiliar dishes. We are all pretty used to the Thai, Indonesian, and Chinese cuisine and I was kinda thrown off with some of the dishes. The Tteokbokki looks like an Italian dish, mainly due to the color and cheese, so when I took my first bite I expected a sweet tomato-sauce taste. Wrong, it was spicy, and chewy, and my taste buds were lost for a moment. I had to take multiple bites to recover, and getting used to the dish. I'm not a stranger to kimchi, and this one also was spicy, but good. The seafood fried rice, was great but also here my taste buds and brain were not in agreement. It is like picking up 10 filled buckets with water, and then you pick up an empty one, and your arm & bucket are being launched into the air. The seafood fried rice was great, but again it took me a few bites to get used to it. It seems that my eyes and brain gave my tastebuds information that wasn't correct. The chicken wings were amazing, I love them, crispy, tasty, and meaty. The coleslaw again gave me an after taste I didn't recognize...Bonchon probably used spices I'm not familiar with. The seasoned fries were on point, we ordered 2 baskets, but 1 would've been plenty enough. Bonchon was a great experience, to learn new foods, and to be exposed to a different way of seasoning familiar foods. I definitely will return for the food, and the service was also professional and friendly. O, and the fried sushi was something new too!

Deeply dissatisfied. This was my first time at this specific location. I ordered the buldak and the chicken wings/drums combo for pickup, which totaled to $38. When I arrived home, I noticed that the wings were extremely small and slightly burnt. One was smaller than my pinkie. These were unlike anything that I've previously had from the other Bonchon locations in Chicago, Hartford, and New York. As a frequented of Bonchon, I really expected better and was disappointed with the quality of food.

Combo 4 Wings 2 Drums. Sweet crunch flavor. For some reason the flavor is not on the online menu.

Korean fried chicken is the BEST chicken and Bonchon does a great job at upholding my beliefs, especially for a chain restaurant. I've tried their chicken wings and drums and both have the perfect crunch. I tried theirChicken Katsu for the first time and it was great. I typically get takeout from this location and my order is always correct. I think the price is a bit stiff, but I end up just accepting it because who am I to resist delicious food? If you've never tried Korean fried chicken, this is the place to!

Let's say that this place is so good i have been here twice in one week! I have tried the spicy chicken tacos which are to DIE FOR! I've had the japchae noodles which come with bulgoi beef and the steamed shrimp Shumai. The Shumai was with a mustard sauce which was interesting but very yummy(found in starters). The noodles was a huge order for my lunch special and i would recommend getting the tacos starters (comes with 3) for $14 than the $10 tacos for 2 on the lunch. This is like a great modern Korean fast food spot!

Bon Chon is the place to go for quick serve Korean fried chicken.  It is crispy and there are several glazes you can choose from.  Normally we get a large mixed half half which is half wings and half drumsticks, half tangy sauce and the other half spicy.  This franchise location does things a little differently but it is still a very satisfying was to get your fried food fix.  We really enjoyed the dumplings and the bao buns.  The bulgogi fries were pretty indulgent and we would probably order those again too. The pickled radish and the kimchi are always crunchy and refreshing sides. We have eaten for years at other Bon Chon locations but, for some reason, found the spicy glaze at this one to actually and surprisingly (because we like spicy) to be too much.  It really overpowered the chicken and made one's lips sting a lot more than normal.  We are hoping it was just a fluke. The donuts were hot and very sugary and cinnamony of that is a word. We were originally hoping they would be mochi donuts instead. There are several tables if you would like to dine in.  Be very careful in the parking lot.  If there are other cars, it can be really, really hard to maneuver out.  Most people we saw, including us, ended up backing out of the lot onto the Post Road which is never optimal.

The food, in my opinion, is overpriced. The fried chicken is good on the outer layer because of the sauces but could use more seasoning inside. It's not bad. It just needs more seasoning. The crunch of the fried chicken though, is amazing. They're fried perfectly. Chicken tenders were better. Very tasty. Coleslaw is decent. Potstickers are pretty good. Fries are good also. We had chicken tacos. They were good, not great. I enjoy the fried rice very much. We usually get takeout or use food delivery services, so no comments on the service really or the ambiance.

Fresh, well-made, no complaints. Service was attentive and friendly. Left happy. Sunday I brought my daughter before heading to a show. We ordered the spicy salmon roll, shrimp tempura roll, and a sushi and sashimi combo plate to share. Everything was fresh and delicious -- the fish was clean and the rolls were well-constructed. The combo plate was generous and beautifully presented. Service on Sunday was a little rough -- they had just opened and were clearly still getting into gear -- but honestly, the food made up for it and I wasn't in a rush to hold it against them. Wild Rice is a solid, unpretentious neighborhood sushi spot with great prices and fresh fish. For Fairfield, it punches above its weight. We'll definitely be back -- probably sooner than expected, given my track record.

The customer service on the other hand was fairly un attentive and seemed to be a bit behind on handling the take out customers coming in, but still a timely sit down lunch from my experience. Overall a 6.9/10 offering fresh ingredients, properly prepared and presented.

Ive been there for dinner time as well, it's lively, loud in a good way, and immediately feels like somewhere you could stay for hours. I ordered the miso ramen, and it was honestly one of the most satisfying bowls of ramen I've had in Connecticut. The broth was the star of the dish its deep, rich, savory, and layered with that perfect balance of umami and subtle sweetness from the miso and a bit nitty form the sesame seeds. The noodles had the perfect texture: chewy, springy, and able to hold onto the broth beautifully. Nothing was overcooked or mushy . What impressed me most was how balanced the ramen was. Some ramen spots go overboard with salt or spice, but this bowl felt refined. Rich but not greasy. Flavorful but not overpowering. You could tell there was actual technique behind it. The portion size was also generous enough to leave completely full without feeling uncomfortable afterward. The service matched the food perfectly and so freaking sweet. It's acidic, savory and has the perfect crunch to it. The crab Rangoons are sooo good. They give you plenty of sauce and you can tell it's the good crab. The cold sesame noodles are perfect! A little bit of heat, a bunch of flavor. I'm drooling just thinking about it! The chili dumplings were good but a little too spicy for me! We also really enjoyed the kimchi carbonara and personally, I'm a sucker for udon noodles! And now the star of the show for me and something I've ordered three times now! The crab fried rice! The crab is so tender and buttery, like it actually melts in your mouth. And the pork belly chunks in it, also tender and delicious. I like dream of this dish every week! And the great thing is you can order the half size during dinner so you can try other things too! This spot is in my top 5 for 2026 so far! Please go try them asap!

Not a chain restaurant and not very big. As it turns out, it was a perfect combination for an UH-MAZ-ING meal! Literally, upon entering the front door, a curtain pulls to the side as we entered the restaurant. A nice little touch like you're entering a whole new world. It's a quaint little spot, maybe 20 or so tables total and some bar seating available. We had a small group of 7 and fit right along the far wall. Asked for some special favors from the hostess and she was more than accommodating. Our server, Julia was phenomenal. She gave us some time to socialize, choose our meals and looked after us as if we were her only table (while taking care of a couple other tables at the same time). Very personable and helpful along the way, not just someone who took our orders only never to be seen again. She had some great suggestions and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was spectacular! I initially ordered a few appetizers for the table. She suggested a Makimono dish which was a selection of the same items I requested and a few more! Perfect for sharing! We enjoyed a variety of entree selections from their menu including poke bowls, sushi and grilled meats and fish. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The desserts were a perfect casual finish to our meal! Can't say enough good things about our experience at OKO Kitchen. The service and food were spot on! Keep on Yelp'n!

From the start, our first round of drinks was delivered to the table next to us, and those guests actually drank from them before the waitress realized the mistake. Despite being told the drinks had already been sipped, she still tried to give them to us, and we had to firmly refuse before new drinks were made. Things didn't improve after that. My second drink, a glass of Sauvignon Blanc, arrived in a wine glass that clearly had someone else's lipstick on it, so I had to send that back as well. We also ordered edamame for the table, which was completely forgotten--we had to re-order it 45 minutes later before it finally arrived. My tofu and sushi were also underwhelming to say the least. What made the experience worse was the lack of apology or urgency from the staff, especially since the restaurant wasn't even busy. Overall, the poor customer service and repeated hygiene and attentiveness issues made this a very frustrating happy hour experience.
