    Combo 6 Wings 3 Drumsticks
    Ashley J.

This place is more for takeout but there were some tables for seating. I got the combo, three drumsticks and 6 wings for $16.45, drumsticks were soy garlic flavor and the wings were the new Yang yum sauce. I definitely enjoyed the yang yum sauce more because it was sweet and more flavorful, but the soy garlic taste wasn't too bad. I liked how you could choose either radish or Cole slaw for the side, I got Cole slaw and it was really refreshing and paired well with the chicken. I got the Korean tacos with spicy chicken, $11.95, and it was really spicy it was a 6/10 for me. Even though it was really busy and the store was packed with takeout orders, our servers were still really nice and accommodating to us. This Korean store deserves more attention!!

Really good food! Register Leshaun is so funny and helpful! Highly recommend! Good to go food!

BonChon Chicken is always my go-to place for good Korean fried chicken. I went here with my friends and got the soy garlic chicken with pickled radish. I loved how it was crispy and very flavorful. We got the combo and it was more than enough to feed all three of us. The ambiance was alright where there weren't a lot of people dining in the restaurant because there were only two tables. Most people ordered either for pick-up or delivery. The people working there were really nice and gave us free water to go with our meal. Probably will order as to-go instead of dining inside. Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5

My boyfriend ordered from here for dinner through Uber eats and it is honestly one of the best fried chicken I have had. The ordered was packaged perfectly and all items were sent. We ordered their 20 piece soy garlic wings, seasoned French fries with a side pickled radish. The wings are sweet, crunchy and saucy. The fries are perfectly seasoned, crunchy and sweet. The picked radish is one of my favorite sides, it is bitter but pairs so well with the sweetness of the wings. Highly recommend !

Placed order by phone; I used the website (https://bonchon.com/menu) to place the order. The website does not list prices of the items on the menu (screenshot attached). The person at the service desk was insistent that the price is listed on their website; when in reality it was not! Hopefully someone is paying attention to the website that is empathetic to and accommodates customers that prefer to order-by-phone

Although this place feels more like a takeout place (probably due to the cashier / menu on top when you first walk in ) than an indoor seating restaurant - they do offer indoor seating! We decided to eat in since we didn't want the wings and fries to get soggy on the way home and service was great! The staff was super attentive and service was quick. Bonchon wings are always great and this was no exception. We also had the kimchi bacon fried rice and it was really good. All in all I would def come back!

Korean Tacos - meh, you can pass on these

I've been a fan of Bonchon for years, but this one has been noticeably not as good as others. I'm not sure what it is. The chicken just doesn't seem as fresh, and the sauce seems a little skimpy on any type of chicken we order. Don't get me wrong, though: I would still go for their classics like soy garlic, but in this area of Queens, there are just so many other chicken options, that I rarely think to myself that I really want Bonchon chicken. For our latest delivery, we also got the tacos, which really put the nail on the coffin in terms of desirability. While they were big, the flavors and textures were a mish-mash and nothing to write home about. They weren't even visually appealing.

I absolutely LOVE Korean fried chicken and Bonchon is one of my favorite places to get it from. I've ate it about a few dozen times and never had a bad experience. I always get the 20 or 30 piece soy garlic or spicy wings. Their always perfectly fried and seasoned every time. I love eating them with the pickled radish. I recommend ordering over the phone or online in advance since it takes 25+ minutes to prepare. I did noticed that the wings are significantly smaller than they used to be but nonetheless, still delicious. I also want to try their potstickers and Korean tacos next time. Highly recommend this place for good KFC.

This place is a little of a hidden gem and not quite like other Korean restaurants. But no gatekeeping here! We also came at a weird lunch time around 2pm so it wasn't really busy and we were seated right away. Once you enter, you'd quickly notice the very detailed beautifully hand painted murals on the walls and an abundance of painted butterflies. The attention to detail is impeccable! The menu is also very cute and I'm guessing handmade. It was pretty detailed and we appreciated learning about each dish before deciding what to order. We ended up ordering the Kimchi Pancake with seafood, the spicy bulkoki udon and the jeyuk udon. The kimchi seafood pancake was super crispy and filled with squid and shrimp! It also came with a semi sweet dipping sauce that paired nicely. Both udons came out piping hot and fresh! Udon had a nice chew to it, was loaded with vegetables as well as meat for each dish. The egg was fried and did not have a runny yolk. For sides, they gave us 4 things- a tomato salad, kimchi cucumbers, braised string beans, and bean sprouts. The tomato salad came in this cute apple shaped dish but neither of us really cared for it- this is completely biased though since we're not really fans of tomato. What we really did love was the kimchi cucumbers! Also at the end, they served us 3 pieces of cantaloupe which were very sweet. Overall, yummy food, cute shop, and friendly/nice staff! I'd come back to try their other food options in the future!
