Spicy soy bone in wings, corn salad, pickled radishes, spicy slaw, and kimchi.

Excellent service! The best wings I've ever had! The corn salad was incredible, and the pickled radishes were delicious. Highly recommend. Great selection of beers, and the best seat is at the bar for any sort of viewing of games.

If you are in the mood for good Korean fusion meal, check out Pelicana on 14th ave in Whitestone, NY. We randomly came across this place with family & friends. This cozy spot features several tables and a bar, with some eye catching artwork on the walls, and a laid back vibe. The service was friendly, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Our groups favorites were the spicy pork, shrimp meals, and chicken sandwiches. Two of us had an alcoholic drink which were good too. Recommend, and we will definitely be going back.

Great addition to the Whitestone neighborhood. The atmosphere is energetic with a diverse crowd. There's a bar on the left when you walk in with large TVs above to watch sports or other things. On the right, are tables and chairs for dining. In the back, there's a counter selling bubble tea. The restaurant just opened. The staff is getting up to speed. But I found everyone to be very attentive and friendly. The menu has a lot of options. The food was very good. You can't go wrong with the signature crispy soy garlic chicken wings.

Well, after trying their burger, they have my complete attention! They have such an interesting list of burgers! See my photos for their vast menu choices! Narrowing down which one to choose was tough but I ended up ordering the Big Kahuna Burger w.Sweet Potato Fries....Holy Moly, that was a MASSIVE burger! I didn't recall ordering a double but that's what I got. lol This burger was really delicious but I could barely eat half of it. I would definitely order this burger again but maybe just a single burger next time. The sweet potato fries were such a treat! Such a delicious and satisfying meal!! They also have quite a few unique beverage options; non-alcoholic and alcoholic!! This is definitely not just a Coke and Pepsi kinda place! I tried their Velvet Llama Espresso Martini in a can, and it was really fantastic! Looking forward to a return visit to have some of their delicious wings, onion rings, many appetizers, sea burgers, chicken burgers, veggie burgers, breakfast sandwiches....omg the list goes on and on! Their backyard dining area is great for the warmer weather. Great music. Great service & hospitality. Great vibes all around!! Btw, I must mention their pricing. At first glance, you'd think their $20 burgers is wayyyyy too expensive. BUT, when you see the massive burger you're getting, you realize that it's a Quality burger, made with Quality ingredients... and well worth the price! Splurge and treat yourself! You're worth it! ;-)

One thing I noticed is that the place is pretty narrow, so it's not a huge space. There are a bunch of TVs throughout the restaurant, and they also have a collection of magazines and journals you can flip through while you watch. Most of them seemed to be food-related or Korean-related.

I watch the end of the game in here. Inside looks nice, booth is comfortable. Lively decoration with a spinning floating lightbulb in each table. The air is a bit stuffy though. I only ordered a burger as I heard from other reviewers that it is the best burger. It is quite tasty. Burger is on the smaller side, size of my palm. For $22, it also came with French fries. It is a bit more to the expensive side if I compare to what I will pay for a double burger and fries at Burger joint at 7th street burger. I guess i paid for the atmosphere. Service is ok. The waitress is very quiet. I dont think she spoke more than 20 words to me. Mostly nodding at my request. She did refill my water without me asking. However, she didnt bring me utensils. I had to use the toothpick that held the burger together to eat the leftover crumbs. My hands is a bit sticky and smell like barbecue sauce as a result of it. Thats why I deduct a star

It's been six years since I last came here. The food is still pretty good and the service was…read morefriendly, but overall I found the sandwiches a bit overpriced. The menu has very detailed, almost elevated descriptions that make everything sound spectacular, but in practice the flavors don't quite come through, especially the sauces, which are barely noticeable. Our server was flexible when we asked to swap the potato chips for fries on the kids' grilled cheese meal, which we appreciated. However, we were then charged $1.40 for a side of ranch for the fries. I understand they have a range of specialty sauces and dips that are clearly priced on the menu, but that still felt steep for ranch. They also offer a combo option to add fries for $5, but the portion doesn't really feel aligned with the price. The steak sandwich itself was surprisingly tender, even though it looked like it might be tough. That said, I couldn't taste the roasted red pepper sauce, and the "sweet onion jam" turned out to just be caramelized onions. My mother actually ended up picking them out because she doesn't eat onions. (she won't eat onions that she can see) The buffalo cauliflower was tasty, but could have been crispier. The "serves two" description also felt a bit generous given the small portion. I also ordered a brisket sandwich to go with fries. The coleslaw sounded great on the menu, but in reality the flavors didn't stand out, no real hint of jalapeño, just a fairly standard slaw. Overall, the food descriptions felt more impressive than the actual execution, though the to-go fries portion was more generous, which was a nice surprise. Would I go back? I'm not sure. Maybe for a casual visit with a few beers and fries with an assortment of dipping sauces...I am a sucker for those.

We drove and found residential street parking but meters usually around the blvd. Only has counter seating for maybe 6-7 people. Ordered and food was brought out to us. Chicken sandwich and tenders combo came with fries and drink. Added $1.50 for L fries - made it good for sharing. The wings and tenders basket was enough for at least 3 people. Tenders were different shapes and sizes, some pieces were just batter. Asked for spicy and soy garlic sauces on the side so we basically just had regular fried chicken; I preferred the "spicy" sauce from a squeeze bottle more (like a spicy mayo). Iced Umma coffee was creamy, sweet and I was ok with it. The only employee in the front was very helpful and patient. We did ask for a few things on the side and were accommodated. Restroom available - behind the counter. We were satisfied with what we got so all good. Cheap eats, Good for a quick bite.
