#21

Always great food, consistent, premium quality and presentation . #21 is my go to sandwich, although everything I've had is amazing.

Ruben with pasta
Josh M.

Great sandwiches and great salads. This is a straight forward sandwich shop. The quality is top notch and the service is great. It's set up near small business parks and definitely serves that crowd. Delivery drivers were coming in and out the whole time we were eating lunch. But, with as busy as they were, our meals were served very quickly. The Ruben was perfect. Lightly toasted, just the right amount of mustard. The pasta side was a great choice versus the standard bag of chips.

Great French dip
David C.

Fantastic sandwiches! You can tell these guys are foodies. My turkey, brie, apple sandwich is worth the trip. The French dip with brie is something to travel for! Fresh, fun and fantastique! I will be back!

20. The Med Sandwich
Gloria L.

My go to is The Med sandwich on a French roll. So delish and refreshing! a unique sandwich, crafted to excellence!

Mt Fuji Salad
Carolyn H.

Came here to have lunch with a friend. She had the salad/sandwich combo. I had the Mt Fuji Salad. The restaurant is small and intimate and has an outdoor area. We were there during the lunchtime rush but got our food fairly quick. The portion size is smaller than I'm used to, but price is reasonable. It's a salad, nothing special. I gave it a 4-star bc I like the atmosphere. Once the lunch crowd cleared, it had a homey feel, very comfortable.

AYCE Brunch is available on Sundays and includes: Omelet bar, potatoes, hash browns, bacon, house made sausage, eggs benedict, waffles, french toast, pastries, fruit, bread pudding, coffee and juice. We were greeted and seated promptly after arriving. The restaurant is decorated in vintage paintings and furniture, a large brick oven for pizzas and a cute outdoor patio with additional seating. I ordered the Tri Tip Green Chili Melt which was really good, others in the group ordered, wings, fish & chips, chicken caprese sandwich & the French Dip. All of our food & drink were delicious & our service was top notch. We enjoyed our dining experience at Dancing Fox and plan to dine here again in the future.

Review 1,108 Posted on 9.13.26…read more We came to Maison after arriving at Appellation Spa & resort on Saturday August 29th when coming for our anniversary. Maison is on the grounds near the main roadway that Appellation is on. They've got a bakery here, as well as a wine bar of sorts connected to it. The bread here is so fresh, soft, & good. We ended up getting 2 fresh loafs to bring back home. You can take your food and coffee and sit out back or out front. Tons of people I think stop in here to hang and get a quick bite and just sit outside and enjoy the weather and people watch. Nice place to hang.

I got mine with no cheese and a side of onions, and it was every bit as good as I remembered. One thing that was a little odd was that my friend's plate came with chips and veggies while mine only came with the sandwich and veggies. I'm not sure if there was a difference in how the orders were entered, but it definitely caught my attention. That said, those chips were absolutely delicious. We liked them so much that we packed up the leftovers and took them with us while we walked over to the visitor center afterward. That's always a good sign when you're making sure not a single chip goes to waste. We've been here quite a few times over the years, and one thing that keeps us coming back is the consistency. The food is always excellent, and even on busier days they seem to keep things moving. During this visit the restaurant was fairly crowded, but we were still served promptly and never felt forgotten. The atmosphere is one of my favorite things about Maison. It feels relaxed without being overly casual and always makes for a nice lunch stop when we're in Lodi. Helpful tip: If the chips come with your meal, don't leave them behind. They're surprisingly addictive and worth taking home if you can't finish them. Between the great food, friendly service, and reliable consistency, Maison continues to be one of our favorite places to stop whenever we're spending the day in Lodi.

As you walk up, you feel like you're entering a beautiful upscale restaurant with modern touches in Tuscany. Large wide-open dining spaces with beautiful modern design and a beautiful bar! Love that when you wait the hostess offers you a drink from the bar and brings it to you. I had a really delicious local Lodi Pinot Noir, my sister-in-law got the pear cocktail with cinnamon and wow it was so good! And they serve my husband and his brother their drinks promptly. The service is really great. If you do have any issues with birthdays or birthday cake just request a Manager. They had an interesting policy about not eating cake in the restaurant. But once we spoke with the Manager, things got sorted out. The food is insanely good! Worth every penny! I got the catch of the day with salmon and risotto and let me tell you I was in heaven so tender, flavorful and delicious! My husband got the ribeye which was cooked to perfection and brother and sister-in-law ordered their dishes that were also just perfection and delicious! Our server kept checking on us to make sure my sister-in-law's birthday was going great and it definitely was! I had an espresso martini that topped everything off, and it was the creamy one order that one! Overall, such a beautiful experience aside from the hiccup at check-in regarding the birthday cake they really redeemed themselves! We will definitely return. This is a great place for a date a family dinner or a celebration! I hear brunch pizza is amazing as well

The hosts were extremely friendly and gave my fur babies lots of attention and love. They even got us a little burger patty with a candle for him. It was quite warm and swampy outside though, and unfortunately, there were several mosquitoes making a meal out of us as well. Market Tavern has battery operated flyswatters that you can put on the table, but most of them were not charged so we couldn't really use them. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful though. Bathrooms were clean as well; actually kind of like the single bathrooms as they do have a few and give you more privacy. In terms of menu items, about 95% of the menu items are the same as Stockton's. I tried the Hamachi Crudo, which was refreshing and I also tried the roasted brussels sprouts. The duck confit was probably my favorite as it was so crispy. Although it sat on a bed of sweet sauce, I think it balance as well with the saltiness of the duck. I had a sparkling rosé locally from Lodi, which was refreshing and not stale/metallic. My friend got the salmon which she said was good too. I think overall, the big appeal for us was the fantastic service. At the end of our meal, our server generously gave both me and my friend little baggies of blueberry oatmeal cookies that we tried later. They were so fresh and delicious and soft. The staff here at market Tavern really made sure we got such great care and attention and treated us so well. My fur boys and I would be happy to return for that same experience. :)

It was our first time trying a vegetarian pizza, next time we'll add pepperoni. The lucca is usually our go-to and never disappoints. Their soft serve ice cream may be Lodi's best kept secret. Room for improvement: Their check-in process could benefit from some fine tuning. Every time we've gone, there's always a mob of people waiting before open. Love that for Guantonios! But, there should be separate lines for walk-ins vs reservations with the amount of people that are waiting and the limited space, so things stay organized. Small details: Portions are modest for the price point. For an upscale pizzeria charging mid $20's to $30's for a Neapolitan pizza, I was surprised they couldn't provide freshly grated Parmesan on request. It's a small detail, but it felt out of step with the price point and the experience they're trying to offer.

The deviled eggs were some of the best we've had in a long time, creamy with just the right kick. It's clear this is a place run with real pride, and it means a lot to support a local, family-run spot like this in Lodi, especially one with such genuine UOP roots. Now was a good as time as any! As we entered, there was a sign to meet at the bar for seating. The waitress/server came out after a bit of a wait and according to my friend, it's usually a longer wait time around lunch for someone to come out and seat you. I was recommended to try the pork schnitzel by my friend and it did not disappoint. I got my sandwich with a side salad. We also ordered the deviled eggs to share. My friend has never had the deviled eggs before and pleasantly surprised and delighted that the eggs were absolutely delicious. They're very smooth, eggs were cooked perfectly and the touch of bacon was just right. It does come with a small helping of mixed greens topped with pickled onions. The pork schnitzel was crispy & crunchy due to the breaded pork loin, came with pickled onions, slaw and the chipotle aioli sauce. The sauce does have a bit of a kick to it but it wasn't too spicy, well, at least for me. My salad was very good too. It was colorful and had an interestingly tangy dressing on it. It paired well with the sandwich. One was spicy and the salad was tangy but refreshing. My friend also ordered the pork schnitzel with beef tallow fries. I tried some of her fries and they were thin but still crispy. Overall the food at West Oak Nosh was so good and delicious! Service was good, prompt and our server was attentive despite being by herself. I think this place is great for the summer to have a drink and eat. Will have to come back for the drinks!
