DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!...... I have ordered from here alot. The food is usually pretty good and the service is usually pretty good... The last two times I have ordered, the order was late. Today, it almost took 2 hours. No discount, no apologies, nothing. The delivery driver even tried to blame it on me. At an hour and a half, I should have just canceled my order. The food was dry and not up to par at all... What happened to you Bella? I will not be ordering here anymore and I would like a refund. I think the quality of their food and service has gone to the next level. The freshness of the vegetables in their Greek Salad and their Extreme pizza were both amazing. I just had to walk out. Walked in and no one was there to greet. Guy behind the counter told us to sit down. Sat down the table was dirty as was the booth seats. Waited 15 mins before guy came out to curtly ask what we wanted. We ordered and had to wait another 10 mins for the meatball appetizer. In the meantime I had to get up to get my own drink and had to fish thru 3 glasses to find a clean one. Had to get my own silverware too. When the Meatballs arrived they were ice cold and the sauce was tepid at best. We had to leave....service was horrible and slow. I did leave money for the drinks though but felt that was too much. Also overheard while we were sitting there: a customer came in to pick up a pizza he called in at 5:08 but when he arrived at 5:50 he had to re-order his food and wait. Sorry. I came in around two, saw the board of specials charging 6.50 for a beer and a pizza slice so i figured i might as well come in 'cause that's not too bad right? I walked in and waited about 15 minutes (the only employee who was there working went to the store to buy something leaving the store unattended?). I ordered the beer and pizza and was charged 7.50, slightly annoying, but that's fine, i wanted to wait it out and see if it was worth it. It took very long to order and i was handed a beer and sat down. I was drinking it until i got about halfway and i looked at the beer and it was ~3 months past the best by date. I was kinda bothered that it wasn't checked and tasted off but oh well. So I asked for another beer and he handed me another without any problem. I wish it ended there but then that beer was expired from march of LAST year, 15 months later. I told him that was expired also and asked for another beer and it was the same thing until a few beers later he just handed me a corona, which didn't have a best by date on it but i would assume it's already expired also but i really didn't care by then as i wasn't offered a refund or anything to make up for it and just drank it. The pizza then arrived and just at a first glance it was really burnt and not really appealing but i figured food is more about the taste and not the looks but was then met with an equally unpleasant taste and texture. It was very dry and it was kind of bland. The sauce and cheese and bread was dried out and it had the texture of reheated pizza but i didn't watch since i was already preoccupied being bothered by the expired beers so i can't say that it was, but i could put money on that being the case. I didn't end up finishing the pizza because the taste and texture was just so off but it might've been a bad day so i guess i can't judge entirely. If you're reading this owners, for the love of god give that man some help. And guy working, if you read this then quit because your owners don't care enough about you to keep the store even relatively functional. I'm not normally negative like this but it was a pretty pathetic showing. read more

The calzones here are awesome! My boyfriend and I are so glad this place delivers, we were getting tired of pizza chain pizza when we wanted to have something delivered. The first time I ordered delivery, the man who showed up with my food was extremely nice. Way more personable than our normal pizza delivery guys. We've ordered food 3 times from this place and haven't had any bad experiences. Definitely our new go to, instead of Papa Johns or Pizza Hut, and the fact that's there's more than pizza and calzones is a huge plus. read more

The service was great, the people seem really nice, but we paid 24 (and that was with a coupon!) for a pizza I would've reasonably expected to pay fifteen bucks for, tops. The crust was thin and floppy, the toppings were undercooked while the bottom was toasted dark, and the overall pizza was pretty bland. I just attempted to order a pizza. First I called to ask if the store would deliver to me. I was put on hold and then a guy came on and I asked again and he said that the delivery radius is 5 miles. Then he didn't ask for my address or if he could help me and I waited in silence for a while before offering to Google map and see if I was in the range. This should have clued me in that ordering was not a good idea. Next I called and said I wanted to place an order. Then I gave her my address no less than 6 times to the gal that answered the phone. She then told me that she couldn't find it in the system and she was going to go and ask someone to help her. Then she came back on the line and asked for my address again. At this point, I said goodbye and hung up. I promptly called Can-Am pizza and they took my address once and were done. I suggest that if the person answering the phone has trouble entering addresses that she not answer the phone and/or at least WRITE IT DOWN so she doesn't have to keep asking. read more

Went here tonight for an early dinner, and it was absolutely fantastic! We ordered buffalo and barbecue wings, a half order of the antipasto salad, pepperoni and barbecue chicken pizza, and everything was so delicious! Even their new mac n cheese that they just put on the menu today is perfection! The service was excellent and they make you feel like family. Highly recommend this place! read more

Was having the tires changed one afternoon and had a couple of starving kids that were going to be forced to sit without their computers for an hour. Luckily, we stumbled upon this gem of a place when the Pizza Hut next to the tire center lacked a dining room. Pizza was fantastic and my kids were thrilled to be given some little pizza gummy candy as desert. I expect a lot from a pizza that is called the "masterpiece" and is 24 bucks in bothell. The pizza was just okay, there seemed to be too much sauce, and the cheese and toppings went off the pizza when you picked it up. I also had the Greek salad; I was pleased with this. No weird lettuce, just tomatoes, olives, cucumber, bell peppers, and feta with an Italian dressing. I don't think I will go back, but if I do, I will dine-in and not take out. read more

My family and I used to go here often. However, after the change in ownership, I will not be ordering from here again. Absolute WORST customer service. My order was 45 mins late b/c their cook didn't get to work on time. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They also had the wrong picture of a dish posted on their website. I ordered according to the picture I saw, and when it was delivered, it was completely different. Don't bother. Haven't eaten here for two years after a bad experience with their chicken pesto fettuccine but in the mood for pizza so decided to give it another try. 1. Tried to order online but there's no place to complete the order (and I looked and looked). So I called it in. Told 45 minutes for delivery. Ok. 2. One hour and fifteen minutes later - still no pizza. And no call (isn't that why they ask for your phone #?). 3. So I call. Tells me 5-10 minutes. No apology. 4. Now we're at 1:30 minutes since I ordered. No pizza. No call. So I call again - pissed. No apology again. Expect any minute. I told him I expected this would now be FREE? - 'um um I'll do something.' 5. Finally at 1:45 hours since I ordered, guy shows up with the pizza and a liter of soda (my 'sorry' I guess). 6. So yeah - now I'm starving and food usually tastes great when you're starving, right? No. Cold. Tasteless hard crust. 3 or 4 pepperonis on one and maybe 3 pieces of Canadian bacon with 3 cubes of pineapple on the other. Worst pizza I've had in years. Ever??? 7. Should've just left a note on my door for the driver and gone to Pizza Hut... To the Owner of this establishment - you should have managed my expectations if you're busy, called me to tell me it was late, apologized when I had to call YOU, and comped me on it with a sincere apology when I had to call you again. Strip mall pizza place on the highway? Doesn't sound too great, I admit. But this place makes doggone good food. Meatball subs are great. The pizza is really good. The pasta is good. The servers really want you to be happy. It's a close thing when judging value. I don't think pizza, any pizza, should cost more than 20.00 plus dollars. But other than little Caesars, they all pretty much do. The place isn't cheap and it's not super attractive. But it is yummy and the people are great. The pizza was very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My son and his friends were jumping at a place up the road and we had a last minute change in plans. I contacted Bella, and they told me they would get me a table and let me pre order. We got there with a van load of hungry kids, everything was ready, they took care of us very well. We had a few kids with food allergies, so they made some gluten free crusts as well which were quite tasty. In the end, they also had a few treats for the kids since it was a birthday. All in all they made us feel very welcome on a last minute rush and the food was very good. We don't live very close, but when I'm in that part of town, I would definitely keep them in mind for lunch or dinner. read more

If I can do no stars would. They first gave me attitude because they thought I was someone else trying to order for delivery when they didn't want to do it. Then I get the Family meal and they forget the 2 two liters. Then we get the most disgusting pizza i have ever eaten. Then the two orders of wings were cold, no flavor, no dipping sauce, not all of them had sauce on them so it was just plain wings, and they tasted burnt. Then when i called to complain the guy said "OK have a good night". Great customer service. Do not eat here. read more
