I have been trying a few Indian places around east side to find a go to. I think I found the one!! Fusion India is (obviously) fusion but it doesn't stray too far away from Indian roots. The food is really amazing, probably a bit on the spicier side if you aren't used to spice (but you can choose to do low spice) and it is a bit expensive, but worth it in my opinion. The serving size is great too. The vibe inside is also super unique, it's Bollywood themed and just generally different than what you'll have seen elsewhere. The service is also really good. Our server was super friendly and everything came out in generally good speed. Parking was pretty easy for us for us to find, we came around 8:30 pm. Recommend reservation for a larger group.

Lively Bollywood-themed spot with fun decor, music, and themed drinks. The Indo-Chinese dishes were flavorful and spicy--perfect for spice lovers. Friendly and attentive staff made it even better!

Food was good but expensive for the quantity. As vegetarians, menu selection is difficult as it's all in 1 menu. The service was fast and staff was helpful on recommending dishes. We had paneer tikka - the highlight dish and must try, dabbang noodles and aamchi pav bhaji were good. The place has good vibe and Bollywood music. Saturday night was a full wait of 40 mins.

30 minutes north of seattle - I came here with a group of 9 with no reservation on a saturday and we were able to be seated in around 25 minutes. They have live music and fun decorations. Our waiter was very helpful and gave us great suggestions. We ordered many items: Veg items: I really enjoyed my paneer chote miyan roll. The price was fairish ($13) and the paneer amount/flavor was good. The other paneer appetizer was also really good. I would probably order both again if I go back. The paneer curry was very normal as compared to other places and exactly what you would expect. I would try something else. The pushpa train (fire hoon mein) was an interesting concept. I wasn't exactly sure what I was eating, but I knew it was crispy and flavorful. It was prices at $16 which is far too much for the amount of food given. Non Veg Items: *(I did not try any of these this is based on my friend's feedback)* It looks like the Chicken train wasn't much of a hit, but instead opt for the chicken lollipop. It seems like the biryani, chicken, and mutton curry went quickly as well. Again, it seems like the price does not match the quantity. Overall, I would recommend checking out this place for the novelty and the fun serving concepts. The food is quite average, but that's not what people are coming here for. It could be very fun for a birthday.

We walked in on a late Friday night around 8pm and was surprised that there was a 30mins wait for a table. This appears to be a popular place and did not disappoint. The menu has so many varied options, and the taste hits the spot. We tried the vada pav ,pani puri, kofta and rumalinroti, garlic naan. Everything was pretty good. I especially loved that they make the presentation of the food very beautiful too. The pani puri shots came in a wooden cart like figurines which was fun to see. Overall ambience is fun and music is typical Bollywood great for a fun casual dinner. Id return to try the other options on the menu and would recommend.

Fusion India - A Flavor-Packed Bollywood Dream in Bothell If you're looking for a restaurant that delivers not just incredible food but a full-on sensory experience, Fusion India is it. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with vibrant Bollywood decor, upbeat music, and the irresistible aroma of spices that instantly whets your appetite. Five of us had a wonderful celebration of food over lunch just a day after the first Independence Day parade in Seattle and here is our unanimous feedback. If you're looking for a fun, flavorful day/night out, Fusion India's mocktails are a must. They aren't your average mocktails--they're bold, refreshing, and thoughtfully crafted. Perfect for those who want something festive without the alcohol. And paired with their sizzling appetizers or street-style mains, it's a match made in culinary heaven. The Gabber Chicken, Sadak Tandoori Soya Chaap, and Swag Masala Lollipop are perfect compilations of spicy, comforting starters. The menu is a fusion masterpiece--blending Indian classics with Indo-Chinese flair. We highly recommend the Mutton Roast (rich, bold, and beautifully spiced) with Chuchur Naan and the Dum Goat Biryani (Dum Lagake Haisa), which is fragrant and packed with flavor, and the Triple Schezwan Fried Rice is a must for anyone who loves a little heat. Dessert options are just as exciting--try the Naam Jalen Bhi and Kulfi Falooda for dessert? The jalebi could have been little more crispy and less syrupy but they come wrapped with many surprises which are taste-worthy. Service is top-notch--friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The staff (in our case, Prasad, from Goa) go out of their way to make sure you're happy and well-fed. Whether you're a die-hard fan of Indian cuisine or just looking to try something new, Fusion India is a gem. Great for family dinners, casual dates, or just treating yourself to something special. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best Indian food we had. Amazing concept, creative ambience and menu. Service is top notch. We went there for my husband's birthday and when they brought dessert, they started happy birthday music in background. Our server was Prasad and he was very attentive to us. Must visit place in seattle. Foods are innovative. It's fusion not confusion :)

Tried Fusion India recently and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Schezwan fried rice, Kolhapuri kebabs, and some pav bhaji. The flavors were spot on -- bold and authentic, with a kick of spice. The Kolhapuri kebabs had a great smoky kick, the fried rice was flavorful without being greasy, and the pav bhaji was rich and comforting. Presentation was interesting and a bit creative, adding to the overall experience. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you're in the mood for Indian food with a twist.

Reservation is must if you are planning to go here. This place is busy and full of Bollywood vibe. Ambience is full of Bollywood drama and presentation of food is fantastic. Ordered paneer ka paneer punchnaama, fusion vada paav, Danaang noodles, garlic naan , rocket Singh naan , Golmaal veg , Desi dhaba korma paneer. Every food that we ordered had different flavor. And one or the best Desi food in Seattle. Taste- 10/10. Would definitely visit again. They have a variety of things in the menu. They have fancy names for every dish. Must must try.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Food here is good, but the service and attitude of the lady at front desk is the worst. We have ordered take out from this restaurant multiple times and every single time orders are extremely delayed and they forget or miss" adding an item to the order after taking full payment. This has happened EVERY time so I'm inclined to believe they do it on purpose. We called the restaurant to report the error and each time there was No apology and no offer of refund to card. (Just store credit) We have come for in person dining here too and the lady at the front desk is extremely rude to customer's especially if you have no reservations in advance. I would be very cautious of ordering from this place.

A relatively new place in the Bothell region. Tried a wide spectrum of cuisine here but predominantly Indo-chinese. The appetizers are great here. The ambience, service and food all stands out. However what makes this place even more intriguing is the presentations. The burning train which is essentially an Indian styled chicken lolipop literally came as a burning train. The desserts were phenomenal as well. I tried the Sizzler and it was really delicious. The Paan cocktail and Banta Soda were refreshing. The one cuisine which didn't stand out was Amritsari Fried fish. It lacked the flavour and the quantity was a bit disappointing. The guave based cocktail was also about average. But overall a highly recommended Indian place.

    Fusion vada pav

**vegetarian review** I went here during a weekday evening and didn't have to wait to get seated. The decor is very quirky playing on Indian memes and movies. So are the menu item names. The service was quick and responsive. I got the fusion vada pav, paneer roll, veg kebab, rocket man naan, veg patiala and chilly onion naan. I also had the samosa chai combo. The vada pav was larger than usual in size and delicious. The paneer roll was very flavourful and so was the kebab. The main veggie - patiala came with side of rice and I hadn't had that type of dish before. It was new and delicious. I liked the spice level. The naans were fresh. I think overall the food was fantastic and I am surprised to find a good Indian place in Seattle area. On minor note I didn't really enjoy the samosa and chai but maybe I am too spoiled by my daily chai. Definitely recommend and will be going back.
