As a delivery driver I came to pick up 5 times. Each and every single time I was looked at with disgust and unashamed hate. In New York I had the opportunity to taste authentic Indian food and I loved it. I don't know why this place always has an attitude towards people who are looking to spend money. Excellent indian food! The interior is so cute. I don't know what it looked like before the remodel but it looks so nice now. Our service was great, no complaints. We had the samosas and they were excellent. We also had the butter chicken and would order it again and highly recommend it. Very flavorful and not greasy and not too much sauce. The chicken to sauce ratio was great. The portion was large enough that we had some leftovers. I also appreciate that rice comes with each entree. My only complaint is the size of the chai was a bit small for $4/cup. But the way it was served was so cute that I'd probably still order it again. I didn't try any of their specialty mumbai street foods but I'll definitely be back to try them. The location is in a strip mall so parking is very easy. read more

A successful creation of little Mumbaiyya in Pacific Northwest - the bollywood references, the blingy lights, and obviously the vadapav. its New Ambiance & New Management The entry of Vada Pav was no less than Ajay Devgan's two bike stunt in a movie - two vada pav's presented on balancing scales, they tasted crisp and sumptuous with chilli for added spice punch. Second to make entry is the Sizzling Triple combo - the fried rice and noodles combination with chicken manchurian sure did bring back memories of Indo-Chinese street food. Then comes Chicken Kurchan which comes with two Chicken joints in a juicy chicken kheema gravy. Delivery review I'd rather not have to post so many delivery reviews. If we're eating at home, I'd rather it be home-cooked, and if we're eating restaurant food, I'd rather go out. But sometimes back pain makes both of those options unappealing, so at least we try to get a sense of all the good places around us that deliver. Here we go with a brand-new-to-us option. Neither of us had ever heard of this place before last night. It has lots of reviews, and it's been around for about 4 years, and we both look up restaurant info regularly. And even given all that, you can still keep finding out about established places that are news to you. Kinda cool. Gabbar Paneer Nice chunks of boneless chicken in an appealing spinach sauce. Nice clingy sauce that really stays with the chicken, easy to clean your plate. I loved this one but it does have a tiny bit of vegetable funk that isn't for everyone. Amul Cheese Pav Bhaji Super interesting dish served with light, crispy rolls. Evidently this is a street-food dish. Great flavors, and the rolls couldn't be better--airy inside, crisp crust, great buttery notes. Her Pheri Curry Nice grilled boneless chicken, tons of richly-flavored vegetables and a bit of sauce. This place offers a few levels of spiciness, and the middle, simply "Spicy" on the delivery app, packs a noticeable kick. I can't wait to try the next level up for any dish that offers it. They really use heat to enhance flavor here. Raita Thinner and runnier than at some places, but much more flavor. This is how it should be IMO. Great for dunking other things on the plate, and tastes good on its own too. Garlic Naan and Rocket Singh (i.e., jalapeno) Naan Both soft and chewy with nice toasty marks. More garlic fragrance than flavor, but still delicious. The Rocket Singh was not overwhelmingly spicy but showed good flavors. Easy to eat way too much of this stuff. I don't know enough first-hand about Indian cuisine to recognize what's traditional and what's fusion, but this was all delicious and none of it struck as weirdly offbeat or trying too hard to call attention to itself for being new and different. And it definitely wasn't just a lazy copy of a bunch of classics, either, from what I could taste. I'd love to check them out in person. This is just all-around good food for me. read more

Wouldn't recommend the paneer shehansha- had an over powering ilaichi flavor. Masala thumbs up was really masala coke. Still decent. Chaas - would highly recommend. Malpua was a special was super yumm with malai but could be crispier and sweeter. Kulfi rabdi was nice as well- little frosty kulfi and rabdi was very less sweet. Surprised it came in a plate but worked well. jalebi was fresh and crispy and perfectly sweet. The newest version of Fusion India is mind boggling! If you miss mumbai, this is the perfect place to visit. I was so mesmerized in the ambiance that we forgot to place the order & trust me if it's your first time here, take time to take on every detail of every nook and corner. Also don't forget the lovely lights. The food is the best but the menu is different if you are dining indoor. They have kept it compact but will add more to the menu after the grand opening. We ordered "The Burning Train". If you have kids they will enjoy that moment the train arrives. I will not add details here. If you want to know what happens, go visit and enjoy the dish ! The Dum Biryani is another best dish you won't feel like sharing with your partner. With every bite comes a different taste... and this biryani is not the same as your take out. Best to go with a reservation, especially during weekends and Friday evenings. We were looking for a fine-dining experience. There was nothing fine about our last experience. They have serious seating issue during sunny days. We were seated in the middle row where our eyes were blasted by the evening sun. This is our 2nd time when we had to request them to change our table. They are always reluctant to do that unless we are persistent. The worst thing is their loud music! We got a headache after our one hour of dining. Especially, if there is a celebration, they will increase the volume so high! The whole experience was too jarring. Service was very fast, no doubt. Although, the servers seemed to be in some kind of hurry when they would bring our items. They would not ensure if there is any place on the table, just keep pushing things around which can sometimes lead to food falling on you. If you do not rearrange stuff on your table, chances are something will fall on you! When asked to change the plate, they would ask us to keep our cutlery holding while they change the plate. One should change the plate and cutlery without us asking. The quality of food was sub-par. Chicken was over-cooked. Fish was chewy. I would not recommend Shammi Kapoor Chicken as they tried Afghani style but it was nowhere close, there was no flavour except cheese. Chicken was chewy again. Rocket Singh Naan was good and Dangal Chicken was good. Golgappe shots were good. The first-time experience is fun due to all the uniqueness of ambience and serving. For repeat customers, that is no longer fun, they come only for good quality Indian food, even if it is a fusion. After paying a premium, you would expect some mouth-watering food, that was not the case. They surely need to work in their service to cater to clientele looking for fine-dining. We were very disappointed and if you are looking for fine-dining experience, then I would not recommend this restaurant. Bad day in office for Fusion India! I am very disappointed with the service today. First, our server seemed very upset about something and was rude from the outset. We placed our order but it seemed like our server did not know couple of items on the menu. Then, the server comes back saying they aren't serving one item on the menu (that's fine.. we understand) then we asked for alternative which again they did not have (my point being, if you aren't serving something, please tell me when I sit down) Moving on... My friend ordered masala chai, which did not arrive for 30 mins and when it arrived, it arrived cold! Then, we had ordered chicken peshawari (which is boneless according to the description provided in their menu) came bone in, so we sent it back along with the naan. They got us the boneless one, but forgot the naan. So we ended up with cold gravy. Finally, when my husband got angry is when they took back the food and brought hot food! Then, we ordered their OG Frankie roll which never came to us! Pretty much everything we ordered had some or the other issue with it! When we expressed our disappointment, our server didn't even have the courtesy to come talk to us or even apologize for the bad service and sent someone else to face the heat! The food was sub standard today and our experience was pretty bad too! I've visited Fusion India multiple times before hence got took my friends there! Not sure I'll do that again! read more

I had visited this restaurant almost 2 years back and wanted to try this place again as I really loved it. They have limited seating currently and the food is served in go to boxes. I tried their prawns koliwada and was amazed by the flavor of the prawn. This was the best prawn I have ever had in an Indian restaurant. For mains, I ordered Dhamaal egg fried rice along with Ande ka funda masala curry (Egg curry) and both tasted heavenly. Their paav bhaaji and paani poori were tasty as well. I love their quirky ambiance with posters of famous bollywood movie dialogues. The staff is very generous too. Due to the weekend the place was jam packed. They have only 4 tables available to dine in just by the entrance and have placed their order booth in close proximity to the tables. I mean if you are allowing dine in then why not open up the whole space. Well seeing no place to even stand we decided to place to go order. We ordered their:- Mumbai Vada Pav- Damn! What was this. I do like spicy food. But this was on another level. I had my stomach burning in mere 2 bites. Honest restaurant has better flavor. Veg Hakka Noodles- It tasted good. But the quantity is too less, Dosa house with the same flavor gives more amount of noodles. Pav Bhaji - It was just bland. Could have used more flavor. Masala Pav- DO NOT ORDER this dish. Their is a spice, red chilli powder in Indian cuisine called "Kashmiri Laal mirch" which is majorly used to give a good color to a dish but when used in abundance it ruins the flavor profile of the food, which is what they have done. After a bite we had to discard this one. Veg Manchurian- We had placed an order for the Manchurian to be with gravy, but were given a dry version. Well none the less it tasted good. It was the best we have tried yet. Pani Puri- A big box with only 7 puris, little masala and tangy spicy water. Guys you are better of getting a box of puris from an Indian grocery store for the price they charge you. Gajar Halwa- The dessert was already made and kept on the reception area. The girl who was filling it up in the smallest container, I thought that for the price that we are paying she would at least fill the whole thing up, but you know what she did, after filling the box took some out of it. I mean, well and it had uncooked semolina in it, not sure if that goes into a gajar ka halwa. Overall, never coming to this place. We were billed $70, and nor the flavor and the small quantity that they gave per dish is worth it. We only liked the Manchurian. read more

If Only I can give a zero rating ( not for the food) for the experience and trauma that we faced talking to one fo the rudest persons at Fusion India Bothell Everett Highway. Yelp doesn't let me post without rating. Fusion India, Running a Business when you are so rude to customers is absolute disgrace to entire Indian community as you are representing the cuisine. We are strict vegetarians by birth and I guess it our crime to order food from Fusion India as we ended up getting a Chicken roll when we ordered a Veg roll. To our utmost dismay we called the restaurant and told them what happened and asked how could they mix it up. The lady asked what she could do and based on what she asked I asked her to refund the order which also had another item. That is when the yelling began. She started shouting at me and asked me to bring the items. I said I couldn't as I was 20 plus miles away by then and have to drive all the way to Bothell Everett from Sammamish. She not only denied the refund but when I asked is this how you treat customers, she asked me "Go ahead and Do what ever you want to do". How about that for an attitude? For all people especially vegetarians and also others as well , whether you are from Indian Community or anyone who is looking for good Indian food/cuisine pls rethink about what you will be getting into when you think of getting food from Fusion India. The last time I got food at this restaurant was during COVID and there wasn't a dine-in option at that time. I decided to make another visit last night and was very glad that I did. The restaurant is brightly decorated and has a Bollywood theme. I learned that they were in the process of a soft launch of an updated menu and had a limited menu for the next week or so. Despite that fact, I found a few amazing dishes on the menu. The menu was difficult to read, as there were no descriptions of the dishes in English. I was told that as soon as they finalized their menu, that would be corrected. I ordered Dharam Garam Paneer, Dangal Paneer & Chicken with Rocket Singh Naan, Butter Naan, and a Chikoo Milkshake. The Dharam Garam Paneer is an appetizer that is an Indo-Chinese fusion dish. It was beautifully presented and tasted great. The paneer had a crispy outside with a tender, meaty texture inside. The sauce on it was similar to General Tsao's and was very tasty. The Dangal Paneer & Chicken with Rocket Singh Naan was a curry that was similar in flavor to a tikka masala, but had melted paneer cheese in with the sauce. Included was also an order of Rocket Singh Naan that was naan with some chilis on it. It was good, but the curry was outstanding and the best I've had in recent memory. I ordered medium hot and the sauce was smooth and flavorful with a heat on the back end. I will definitely order this again! The waiter recommended the Chikoo milkshake instead of a mango lassi and I was glad he did. It was smooth, flavorful, and sweet, but not overly so. It tasted similar to a strawberry milkshake with a slight hint of caramel, and is made with chikoo fruit. The bill was presented in a small replica of an Indian postal box. Before leaving, the owner stopped by to talk to us and then offered a dessert for us to try. I don't recall the name, but it was made of finely grated cooked carrot with cream, served in a phyllo-type pastry bowl. It was unusual, but very good. It arrived inside the back of a small Indian tuk tuk with some dry ice "smoke" swirling around it. Super cool presentation. I can't wait to experience the full menu once it's ready in a few weeks! This is one of the favorite fusion Indian restaurant here in bothell. Ambience is great but I really don't like the sitting arrangement they have done. The names of dishes are unique and some of the must try dishes is panner chilli ( one of the best panner chilli you can get in Seattle ) , Dangal Panner ( it's little on spicer side ) and samosa which comeS on a cart. The presentation of each dishes is unique. Their mix vegetable is delicious on taste and have all vegetables like zucchini , mushrooms , broccoli , etc... unlike the other restaurant where it's only pepper , onions etc. They also do catering which is great option if you want to have guest at home Definitely recommended to try this one. read more

The space though is very very small with barely 3 tables and no room to stand unlike some older pictures show. So if you are a big group or going in with a stroller it gets super cramped.
