Mild was actually mild unlike other places where it can still be spicy. I had the non-veg and friend had the veg. Both were excellent!! The butter chicken sauce is rice and creamy. I also ordered a chai tea. For my non vegetarian lunch option I chose the chicken curry and buttered chicken. It was ok, kind of lacking in spice and flavor, especially the buttered chicken. The chai tasted watered down a little too weak for my liking. My girlfriend loved her vegetarian options and dish, she had no complaints. My only real issue was the service, we waited quite a bit for someone to come by and provide us the bill and a to go box. I probably won't be returning but glad I tried it out.

Omg the food was insaneee, I literally felt like I was eating street food at a busy street in old Delhi. The standout for me were the chole bhature and the kachori chaat. The shammi kebab was super soft. I had high expectations from the Bhatta ka moorg but I think they could have cooked it longer in the tandoor. The mango lassi and chaas didn't disappoint. Honestly, before trying Dilli 6, I always thought that Seattle didn't have great Indian food, but I was completely wrong. The ambience and the service were great too. I will definitely be back!

Came here on a weekday evening, i think its new in a nice area so less crowd. Nobody was there when i went on Wednesday evening. I was offered to check the buffet which i did but i wanted only 1 dish. I ordered nihari and naan. The menu was on QR code so fancy of them. Nihari was meh, not great but it didnt have that taste of nihari or look. Naans were good, soft and fluffy , this place cut it into 4 pieces. Then for dessert i got gulab jamun and Chai. Gulab jamun presentation was fancy and had 3 pieces. And chai was a normal cup coulda been cooked a bit longer with milk . Gulab jamun was good, no complaints Idk if its a seattle thing, but everything is REALLY PRICEY up here. Chai one cup for 5.99 is just mindblowing. Down where i am from its 2.50 with free refills or only 1-2. Also nihari bieng like over $20 is just shocking. Maybe its how it is up here im not sure, but yes i hope this place improves on the nihari,

At time of my visit, Zoq was a newly opened restaurant and a fresh addition to downtown Kirkland. The newness is obvious with its sparkling interior and refreshing food. Comes to the food, their Naans are incredibly fresh, soft, and flavorful. The chapali kabab, Paya, and Hallem portions are generous and delicious--I enjoyed all of them! Their tandoori chai, Punjabi lassi, mint cooler, and kheer are not so great. Overall, the barbecue and naans are really tasty and satisfying. I would probably skip their drinks and desserts, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're craving good barbecue.

We were lucky enough to reserve a table for two on Saturday evening. Our table was ready when we…read morearrived, and we were seated right away. The thali was presented in a wonderfully traditional manner, which immediately set the tone for the experience. There were 16 different items, and everything tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. The stars of the meal for me were the Bajri Raab and the Ghewar--both absolutely outstanding. The service was courteous, and we thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience. A couple of suggestions for improvement: when the thali is served, it would be helpful if the person presenting it could briefly explain each dish and perhaps suggest how certain items are traditionally paired or eaten. That would make the experience even more immersive, especially for those unfamiliar with Rajasthani cuisine. Also, the plate felt a bit small for the number of ramekins. There was very little room left for the rice, and the chutney and pickle kept sliding underneath the ramekins, making things a bit messy. A slightly larger plate would make the meal much more comfortable to enjoy. Finally, please continue hosting thali festivals featuring cuisines from different regions of India. That's a fantastic concept, and we'd love to return for more regional culinary experiences.

I was a little skeptical at first since the reviews online were pretty mixed regarding the service, but I was pleasantly surprised--our service was actually great! The food blew us away as well: * Aloo Tikki Chaat: Really good and a generous portion (came with four full pieces). * Malai Kofta: Absolutely delicious and incredibly creamy. * Paneer: My son loved this! * Roomali Roti: We ordered two of these, which were fantastic and super hard to find around here. The portion sizes overall were pretty decent. My only minor critique is having to pay separately for rice, but considering how good the food and service both turned out to be, it was completely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back!

The food was absolutely incredible. I got a mango lassi and a paneer tikki masala dosa. The mango lassi was sweet, creamy, and had a subtle spice flavor. The dosa was a real showstopper. It came out quick and incredibly crispy, filled with tender chunks of paneer. The tikki masala flavor was perfect with the crispy lentil crepe, especially when dipped in the various chutneys. I'm unsure of what the chutneys/sauces are called, but they were so delicious. The cherry on top was meeting Pradish. He was the cashier and server while I was there and one of the friendliest people I've ever met. You can tell there's a lot of pride and love that goes into this restaurant and I'm definitely coming back when I'm in the area. Amazing food and even better people!!!

The food was excellent- they even made me a vegan saag which I hadn't had in so long and missed. My husband ate some goat dish and said it was excellent. The ambiance is very relaxed and pretty. The servers were very attentive and helped with anything we needed. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I think one of the waiters came out of the restroom without washing his hands and because the back of the restaurant just looks kind of messy...there were boxes in tables and it sort of ruined the trendy ambience of the rest of the restaurant but otherwise, we think we'll be back here much more often! Espbc they were so kid friendly!

We decided to come here early in the evening around 6 pm because it gets packed quickly. We got seated quickly but the restaurant fill up while we ate. Their menu is mainly kerala based. We got the pistachio rose lassi, the coconut lavender lemonade, the masala dosa, palakkad Avial, the nalla molagu chicken curry with some tandoori roti, garlic naan and Malabar paratha. The dosa and the palakkad Avial were the best of the lot. I am not a fan of banana in any form but banana in this vegetarian curry wasnt too bad. It tasted like Indian kadhi which I love. The chicken curry was runny and a bit disappointing. I wanted it to have more body, kick and more flavor. The breads are ok. The lassi was delicious but heavy. You could do without the pistachios pieces in it. The lavender coconut lemonade was nice. The curries came with rice, so the meal was filling for 4 people. Pricing wise, it was a little above the typical Indian restaurant prices. The ambiance is cute and casual. It has a slight cramped feel when it gets full, but overall, it isn't too bad. They have a decent open parking lot, which is convenient.
