Amazing Indian variety pizzas. Children liked the Tandoori Chicken Pizza. I liked Chilli Paneer Pizza.

This place used to be great. Not sure if there's new ownership or if things are just going down hill but the food is anemic compared to the quantity and portion size it used to be. Our last 3 attempts at delivery have all included late, cold, and missing items. Unfortunately this will be our last time ordering from this place. Bummer. read more

Great pizza place with VERY friendly owners! Our group came to town for a soccer tournament and needed a place to accommodate us for our team dinner on Fathers Day. I am always in search of a good Pizza. I have yet to find anything as good as my favorite pizza place back in Fargo, ND, but as far as pizza goes, this place is pretty good. We ordered Cheese Bread to start. The French bread was hot and crispy. The thin crust pizza was a little burned on the bottom, but the sauce and fresh cheese was tasty. I finished my meal with a piece of cheesecake which was decent. The service was good. They always seemed to be checking to make sure everything was OK. The waitress would even come to refill our drinks even though the drink machine was right across from our table. Overall, it's a pretty good place and easy on the wallet. We had two adults and two kids, ordered one appetizer, two small pizzas, two desserts and 4 drinks all for under $40. read more

Worse customer service ever!!! Tables are sticky and chairs are dirty. Service is bad and slow. And when you ask to speak to the manager/owner, the server says they are out of the country. What a coincident! read more

Ordered for the first time a few weeks ago on a Sunday. I saw the Bella sign as I was driving down the main road in Bothell. Delivery did take a minute as we were not far from the physical restaurant, but it was worth the wait. We ordered a medium meat pizza and that was plenty for two hungry people. Aside from the price which is above normal, we will order again soon. Not knowing the menu (husband ordered) and seeing the pics on Yelp I'll have to try the pasta pizza sometime because it looks really good. Kudos for originality. read more

Food is low quality for the prices she charges. Owner has no one clean the restaurant so the restaurant always has flies. She will be nice to your face, but is rude otherwise. Talks shit behind your back. No one cleans there hands ever. Lucky if they use gloves. Everything being cooked on is never washed. The dishes don't get washed properly nor does the owner care. She illegally does catering and other things to get herself business. Not a good business to support. read more

My husband and I stopped by for a slice for lunch not really knowing what to expect for a $3.50 price ($5 for a lunch combo with soda). We were both very happy! The slices were thin crust but were so big that I couldn't finish mine! the sauce was just right. Quality cheese and toppings. It was hot and ready quickly. We will be back for sure! Bought 2 Groupons for a "dine-in meal for two" to give this local eatery a try - one for us, one as a gift for friends to come with us. We had a very disappointing experience at Bella Pizza & Pasta. I understand that the Groupon had limitations but I didn't think that "one per table" really meant that we couldn't sit together! Seriously?! They made us sit at separate tables! The Groupon included "two pasta dishes, calzones, or small pizzas." Bella P & P interpreted this to mean that both parties at the table had to order the exact same thing. So my husband and I had to order two identical entrees. We thought about trying to swap with our friends at the other table but were afraid we'd get our hands slapped for that. And the "not valid for substitutions" clause meant that we could not substitute a $1.50 soda pop for the glass of wine or pint of beer offered in the Groupon and valued at $4.75 - even though none of us drink alcoholic beverages. In addition to these frustrations, we waited for 35 minutes for our entree. The server said "things were hectic" in the kitchen. With only 6 other people in the restaurant (besides us 4), we couldn't really understand what the problem was. Bella Pizza & Pasta should reconsider the value of a Groupon. If their goal is to get people into the restaurant, then I guess they were successful - we came for dinner. If the intent is to to encourage new diners to try their establishment, become repeat customers, and recommend Bella P & P to their friends, then they really blew it. If it had merely been the wait for food, we would have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried again because the food was fine. But their rigidity and unwillingness to help make this a comfortable and pleasant dining experience will keep us from ever coming back. Perhaps their stance on this is that we were not abiding by the "rules" of the Groupon - but honestly, I didn't think that anything we were asking for was outrageous - to share a table with friends, to order our own choice of entree, or to have a less expensive, non-alcoholic drink. Ordered a pizza for the first time yesterday. Pizza tasted pretty good but the thin crust was soggy. Its probably because it was sitting in the delivery car getting cold since they were 20 minutes late . The toppings were minimal for the price. The Rock is way better. read more

On a customer service level Bella Pizza(Bothell) is better than ever. The pizza is ALWAYS great but I recently had a mix up on a pick-up order. When I called in to mention what happened, I was asked "If it would be okay for them to deliver the proper pizza as soon as it was out of the oven." I did not even have to ask. The pizza was delivered along with cheese bread and a discount for the next pizza. This level of customer service is rare, and was very much appreciated. read more

We had an excellent experience here. Went here for a casual dinner while some family was in town. The atmosphere was laid-back while still feeling orderly and appealing. Service was very friendly and made us feel at home. Found this place on Yelp and it didn't disappoint. We started with a large salad to split family-style. (While there were 6 people in our group, a large + small salad would best accommodate 6 people as starters. Not everyone in our party had some of the salad). We ordered a Hawaiian large and an Extreme Combo large, which was a good amount for 6 people. I was honestly surprised (in a good way) by the flavor of the Hawaiian. It was more "bacon-y" tasting than, say, Papa Murphy's or what have you, which was definitely a good thing. The most flavorful Hawaiian I've had in a long time. The Extreme Combo was quite good too. It had a unique zesty/savory flavor, and the feta topping was a great finish. I couldn't decide which pizza was my favorite. We finished the two pizzas we ordered without any complaints. To our surprise, the waitress returns with an additional to-go pizza in her hand. She explains that the owner was not satisfied with the quality of the first Extreme Combo that was served, so they wanted to give us a second one for FREE. We were amazed and of course were not going to refuse a free pizza. Out of curiosity, we asked our waitress what it was about the Extreme Combo that the owner was not satisfied with. The waitress said that, in the owner's opinion, the first pizza they served was soggy in the middle. In hindsight, the first pizza was a little on the soggy side. It wasn't over greasy, just a bit soggy, like it hadn't quite baked all the way. (It did not, however, taste "dough-y" or uncooked. It tasted great, just not quite cooked to 100%.) We hadn't complained, but they took it upon themselves to give us a second one. (The second, free pizza they gave us was not soggy in the middle, so they really did correct it.) Outstanding. They must have changed owners or something! Service wasn't just bad, it was missing. Guy looked at us when we came in but that was it. No comments. We sat down like we did before only to find out they went self service. Get your menus as you come in, get your own beverages and silverware at the counter. Only 1 person taking orders and he cooks it too. Simple food orders took forever. When food finally arrived we asked for silverware and napkins only to be told where to get them. Other than asking what we wanted to order and the food being delivered there wasn't any other contact or communication. Even a simple hello and goodbye would have been good to hear! I am only giving two stars for the food. I would rate 5 stars for the staff and service. I really want to support local business, but the food was very mediocre. It really is food I could do at home. Having said that, the service and staff are very nice and friendly and are trying to build their business. For that alone I would go back. But for the food, it really did lack for me. This is not your typical Italian restaurant, this is something very special. Oh, the food! I had the Greek calzone and it was so good I had to come back later in the week for another. My friend had the lasagna and it was great, with a delicate herby basily flavor. The tiramisu was a work of art. They have a larger menu than most pizza & pasta places, their signature salad dressing is wonderful. This is the perfect family pizza/pasta place. The gluten-free pizza was to die for! The standard crust pizza was also excellent. And the lasagna and pasta with pesto cream sauce had rave reviews at our table. My salad was so big that I had to bring it home, and it was still excellent as left-overs! We decided to try this place out again- it had been about 2 years since we'd been there. After a rainy baseball game, no one wanted to cook or eat anywhere but home. We ordered over the phone (pizza, subs, salad) and spoke with a young girl and the manager because we were trying to use a coupon. The customer service was excellent and the food was still hot after getting it home (a big pet peeve of mine when you order takeout is having it go cold). We ordered a pizza to be delivered last night. When it arrived they had put on the toppings we requested to be left off. Left off the toppings we wanted. The pizza was cold and it took longer than we were told it would take to deliver. I called and asked for the manager explained my frustrations and was berated and lectured, told he had made the pizza and it was exactly as we ordered it. I have never been so put off by such horrible customer service before. This was not the first time they had messed up out delivery order before. I will never order from them again. read more

I stumbled by this place on lunch break one day and anytime I am in the area, I stop in because the food is scrumptious, especially the Alfredo sauce! The salads are fresh and crisp with homemade croutons and all the portion sizes are generous for the price! Tonight I planned simple pick-up at the restaurant after shopping and wasn't surprised with their consistent great service.
