The aroma of the food fills the entire parking lot and instantly makes you hungry. We went in and were seated right away. The restaurant has a super chill, relaxed vibe, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My friend and I ordered the same dish -- the mixed plate for two -- since I wanted to take the leftovers home for my husband. The lamb racks were amazing, and the rice was very good. The salad wasn't my favorite, and the lamb shish kebab was just okay, but the koobideh was delicious. I will definitely come back to try other dishes.

We have been eyeing to visit this restaurant. Someone told us about it. We did a the out order long time ago. It did not disappoint. This time we visited this palace to diner in with friends. Oh my my! So good! Clean place! Very nice people work here. Most important, food is incredibly good and affordable We each ordered a plate of 2 koobideh that comes with saffron rice, roasted tomato, and a bowl of salad. Enough to feed 2 adults. So good! Really good! Would want to come here again to try other dishes as I love lamb chops. It was on the menu but need to try it. I'm sure it will be good too!

Love the food here. It's our second time here. My wife and I shared a plate of 2 koobidehs. It's plenty enough for both of us, as the skewers are really long. It comes with a lot of basmati rice and a heap of green salad. The meat is do flavorful and moist. We Aldo shared a plate of 4 falafel balls---nice and crunchy. They have serve yourself fruit drinks and water. The waiter was friendly and efficient. The room itself has no special decor, very basic. But it was clean. There were probably 15-20 tables. There's shared parking outside with other establishments and restaurants. Menu is extensive and reasonably priced. The Middle Eastern music as a bit loud. But otherwise, our experience was good and satisfying.

Been a few months since we last visited but still as good as ever! Meat is cooked to temperature, but bear in mind that the pieces are small so give some grace. Service is always friendly and attentive. Restaurant remains clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood gem!

Kabob Korner is located in the same strip mall area as Sabai Sabai and Mount & Bao off of 164th between Lynnwood/Martha Lake and Mill Creek. That being said, please note the parking lot is a bit crowded so exercise some care parking and getting to/from your car as a pedestrian. I met up with a college friend and her friend who recently retired for Sunday dinner. Kabob Korner seemed to be fast casual, however, there is table service provided. It was definitely packed with families and large groups that particular evening, maybe as part of Ramadan. Anyways, the pair selected the Dinner for Two ($45), which was quite the spread with grilled tomato, chicken kabobs, beef kabobs (koobideh), and five lamb chops plus pita, tzaziki sauce, basmati rice and Greek salad. I opted for a scaled down entree with the lamb kabob ($17). I was mostly focused on the get together and convo in such a loud and lively environment. The food portions were generous and flavorful. My leftovers the next day, the lamb pieces were even more tender. My favorite Persian restaurants are still in Seattle's UDistrict and Kirkland. However, having Kabob Korner as a northend choice is welcomed with easy access off of I-5.

Must go! Excellent t service and the best service. We will definitely be back. We had the platter followed by a Dubai chocolate cake and an incredible banana cake. Get yourself some!

The rack of lamb skewer (Shishlim) was very marinated, soft and juicy. The employee very nice and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend in this place.

This place is always a favorite. Worth the 40 minute drive from Renton Highlands. We got the combination for two and some of their Greek fries without feta. The Persian tea was very tasty and floral just the way I love it.

Kabobs galore! What's not to love? The owner speaks French, atmosphere is causal. Food is delicious. Very casual, no fuss all about food kind of place. Love the lamb chop, Koobideh, chicken kabob. Cornish hen was yummy too. Ans their dill rice that came with lamb shank. Not crazy about the sauce in the lamb shank: it was also somewhat Cold. We did order a lot of food. But the best part was the kabobs. Love the comb platter. Extra lamb chops! Wish it was closer so I can return often!

Kabob Korner is the real deal. Such an amazing addition to the Martha Lake/Mill Creek area. You have to support these guys! We have gotten takeout from them at least 5 or 6 times now, maybe even more, and they've been amazing and consistent EACH time! I can't decide which is my favorite - the steak or the koobideh. Both are EXCELLENT. The chicken is fantastic too, though, so I guess it depends on what you are in the mood for. I'm sure everything is wonderful. I still need to try more. Their hummus is to die for. Even their plain rice is perfectly cooked. Their salad is fresh and delicious. Service is friendly and quick. The prices are a great value for the portion and quality that you get. A must try.

    Dubái cake

Everything about this place is amazing! The falafel is tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The tzatziki is spectacular. The gyro is perfect and the pita is soft and fresh. The tenderloin kabob plate was sooooo delicious! Grilled tomato and onion OMG! Plus, our waiter Shayan brought my husband a piece of the Dubai chocolate cake and played Happy Birthday for him. Congratulations Kabob Korner!!!! You are now my sweet husband's favorite restaurant!

The chicken tika masala puts every other version I've had to shame, rich with visible herbs. The rice is fluffy, the meats are well seasoned. I love the lamb! The owners check on diners and are happy to explain dishes. The walls are adorned with beautiful fabric tapestries and the interior has a cozy feel. There were a few other people at 11:30am We asked if they do lunch buffet as I didn't see any self serve food. The staff said they offered in the past but not today.. it might come back in 2 weeks? We ordered hummus, garlic naan, fish masala and special kebabs without lamb which was accommodated per our request. The food even the side veggies were really good, we all liked everything. I like this place for good quality fresh ingredients that I don't feel overstuffed. It's probably because the food is easy to digest? This doesn't happen with other Mediterranean and Indian food. I'd like to come back when they start lunch buffet again.

I was certainly spoiled by living next to Dearborn, with the multitude of Iraqi markets on…read moreGreenfield and Warren. Now since moving to Seattle, I've been on the hunt for a similar market and Mmarket seemed to fit the bill. This is a small market that most importantly (for me at least) has a small kitchen pumping out classic Iraqi dishes, and also the typical Iraqi breads. Iraqi-Style Beef Kabob ($2.99) - They only had beef kabobs available when I stopped by. They grill the kabobs over a normal gas grill rather than the more traditional charcoal. The temperature and cook time seems to be a bit lacking as there isn't really any developed char or smoky flavors. The smell is almost gamey, but the texture is very tender, and the taste is mild with some allium notes. Charring would greatly improve the anemic appearance and taste of the meat. They serve the kabobs on a wheat pita and for some reason do not include any charred tomatoes, onions, etc that this would normally come with. This is probably the only place to get Iraqi-style kabobs in the area, so I can't complain too much. (3/5) Hummus ($4.99) - This is served in an 8 oz container and they add olive oil and sumac on top before handing it over. The hummus is a bit coarse and has a somewhat strong earthier flavor than a lot of other hummus. Still, this seems to be relatively fresh, without the taste of lemon or preservatives. That's a win in my book, for an area not known for Middle Eastern food. (3/5) Mmarket also sells bags filled with khubz and samoon, which according to the owner, isn't baked on site, but at a bakery nearby. Next time I visit I'll need to ask if that bakery is accessible to the public, just so I can get the freshest bread right from the tanoor, assuming they use one rather than a commercial oven. I gave Mmarket a 3/5 purely because the only comparison point I have is with the Iraqi markets in Dearborn. Let's be real, outside of a select few regions in the US, 90% of "Middle-Eastern" (aka "Mediterranean") food is some abomination of Americanized Greek food mixed with food from the Levant. Of the more authentic 10%, 90% of those restaurants focus on Lebanese cuisine. That last 1% includes places like Mmarket - places that serve authentic food from a specific country in the Middle East. While the execution of the food here is more grocery-store level than restaurant-level, for anyone who wants a taste of real Iraqi food, Mmarket is probably the best in the area. While I wouldn't get the prepared food again, I would come back for the khubz specifically since I don't think there's anywhere else near Seattle that has it for sale.
