Super delicious and quick service! I love a good gyro and this did not disappoint. I would suggest adding a slight dusting of tzatziki on the Greek fries or just add it on the side. Great price for what you get!!! read more

Place is clean. Been here twice now the gyros are really good. On second visit I had a to go order and placed it about 10mins later the couple who order behind me got their food while I still haven't gotten mine and was still waiting it wasn't big order. Just thought that was a little off. read more

So, I had the special two gyro for $13. Sounds like a great deal. But the amount of meat they put on it is sad it's basically two strips of meat. I'm pretty sure it's the same amount of meat if you order one normally gyro they just split it into two. So pretty much you're playing 3 extra dollars for a pita bread. The meat had no flavor, the tzatziki sauce had no flavor. The only thing I taste it was bread. I really wanted to like this place but sadly I didn't. I should have known when there's not one other person in the whole restaurant. There's probably a reason. I wish you the best of luck but unfortunately I will not return. read more

Gyro Delight - Chicken souvlaki plate - Greek Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

I stopped at this restaurant on a whim while exploring the Sound Transit System and had a delightful lunch. It's about a ten minute walk from the Lynwood light rail station. I had the chicken souvlaki plate which included delicious freshly cooked chicken, super yummy rice, pita slices, Greek salad, and tzatziki. The serving size felt large for the price. The atmosphere is a little fast foody but the cashier was very nice and brought the food to my table while quiet Mediterranean music played in the background. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back and try their other dishes in the future. read more

Gyro Delight was a delight to try! It's a cute little spot for a great bite to eat! We stopped in for lunch today and both ordered the Chicago Style Gyro with fries. It was delicious! One of the best gyros we have had here. The staff was so nice. We will definitely be back! read more

Solid choice for gyros in lynwood. Much better than the one next to Fred Meyer. Definitely nice to get 2 gyros for under $12. It's not the most amazing or anything spectacular. It is just enough to satisfy the craving. read more

My favorite spot for Greek food. Really nice people and delicious eats. Love taking my family here.

Great food! I have been here more than once and it's just that good. Their stuff is fresh -- the meat is never dry and they seem to always have more food for your buck. My family and I love this establishment. Gyros is good; the plates as well as dessert -- aka, their chocolate baklava. To make things interesting, we got take out this time. I got the Gyro plate and I was definitely craving french fries this time :D (Greek Fries are so much better when you get them piping hot and fresh!) I LOVE lamb so I definitely loved the seasoning and taste. It was under the bed of french fries and the salad was fresh, filled with tomatoes, olives and feta cheese. The vinaigrette was great - very light. They serve extra pita - fluffy and soft with tzatziki sauce. read more

Gyro Delight - Falafel Salad (bottom), chicken plate (left -up) and gyro plate (right - bottom) - Greek Near Me - Lynnwood, Washington

Gyro Delight is the best place to get gyro sandwiches in the Seattle area IMO. Being from Chicago, my wife and I are biased after realizing that they sourced their meat from the same company that many gyro spots in Chicago use. The meat is always flavorful with a touch of crispness. I'll admit I often eat half of the fries before touching the gyro. The fries can be crispy or soggy at times, but that doesn't bother me since this is often the case at gyro spots in Chicago. The dining area at Gyro Delight is fine and the service is great. We just love a good gyro with fries and a drink. At some point I'll need to try some other things on their menu. read more

Have tried this place twice in the recent years, and have to admit it is ranked lowest on our list compared to the other gyro options available in Lynnwood. Both times the meat was unseasoned and very bland, and that ruins the full gyro in my book. They have "combo" and discount prices, but will happily ring you up at full price if you don't notice the signs. read more

This place is semi-hidden, and it shouldn't be. It's tucked between two buildings, so it makes the area quieter than usual. I ordered to go, and it was still a really good experience. The food was still warm when I got home, and it tasted delicious. The price isn't too bad with how much food you get either. The service was very quick. I'll definitely be returning. read more

Love their Chicago chicken gyro!! Their chicken is the best and not filled with herbs where you cant taste the meat. Only place i will get a gyro since I'm not a fan of lamb meat. Oh but don't order their burgers. Can't remember the name of the burger that I ordered, the one with "melted" cheese. It had no taste and cheese was hard. Stick to the Gryos! read more

Stopped by this place because a friend recommended it and I was so happy I did. I got 3 gyros, fries and a soup for $25???!! The quality and quantity of food you get from their combos are such good deals that is honestly hard to find nowadays anywhere. The worker was alone but very nice. He gave me their house hot sauce with my gyros, and the tzatziki sauce was awesome. Everything was freshly made and fried. Something about their pitas was also different - super soft and pillowy but has a great chew. I'd definitely come back here to try their other menu items!! read more

If you're looking for a quick, affordable and delicious, meal, Gyro Delight is the perfect place.

Update 7/2021 This place in 2010-2018 had the best gyros in town. But things have changed unfortunately. The gyros are smaller and less flavorful. Don't get me wrong, they are not bad...but they aren't amazing like they used to be. Back then it was a Greek family that owned and operated it. Now it's being operated by Mexicans. Nothing wrong with that, but I think it's lost it's Greek touch. read more

Pleasantly surprised after my stop in today. Very busy at lunch when we got there which I took as a good sign. I got the gyro plate which was gyro meat, French fries, Greek salad, and some pita bread. Everything was really good! My friend got the chicken kebabs and also said everything was good. The only disappointing thing was that we missed the daily special which was 2 gyros for $10. Will definitely go back again to try to special. read more

For #ThankYouThursday, I want to give a big shoutout to Gyro Delight. I last ate here in early September after a beautiful hike on the Lake 22 Trail in Granite Falls, and I still think about my falafel salad I ordered that day. On our way back from the hike, we were seriously craving Greek food. I did a little search on Yelp and this place popped up and sounded amazing. Gyro Delight is a tiny place with great food. The woman working that day was not overly friendly, but she was efficient and took our orders quickly (we were starving so I think we appreciated it). The weather was gorgeous, so we sat outside and ate our meals. My boyfriend ordered gyros and thought they were great. As I mentioned, I got the falafel salad. It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I was slightly disappointed in the pita, but I still ate every last bit of it. I thought that the hummus served with the pita tasted slightly like chemicals... I decided not to eat it and it didn't really ruin my experience. Overall, I definitely enjoyed this place and would come back in a heartbeat to order another falafel salad. read more

Cody and I swung in here for gyros Saturday night. The girl working the counter did not look or act like she wanted to be working their on a Saturday night. Anyways, we placed our order and sat down. We ordered: - Chicago Style Gyro with Lamb/Beef meat - #20 Chicken Gyro with Salad - feta fries Out of all of the things we ordered, I enjoyed the salad the most. The feta fries had some dressing on it that I did not like, made it kinda tangy. The gyros were just ok, nothing special. The place was not busy for a Saturday night, we were the only diners at one point. read more

Best gyros! Amazing flavor and super fresh! Customer service is great and friendly staff!

I had the Chicago style gyro, and it was really good. Exactly what you expect from a gyro. Soft warm pita, good flavor to the meat, and right amount of tzatziki sauce. The place is easy to overlook because of its somewhat hidden location, but worth making a stop for a gyro if you are in this area. read more

Great food at a good price, friendly joint! I wish I lived closer, I would be there more often.

First off, the fries are delicious! The feta added an extra lift in texture and flavors--well balanced saltiness. I liked that a lot. The gyro? I think it needed more veggies or olives if some sort. Something was missing. Just okay for me. Maybe I should have asked for feta as well but I didn't. I said this place is super clean and well organized as far as take out, and pricing is fair. I will try another time for other stuff. I rarely stop at one. Greats location in Lynnwood and plenty of parking. read more

This has been my fave Greek place for years but something has recently changed. It seems like it must be under new ownership. This used to by family owned and the food tasted authentic and fresh. Today I walked in and was greeted by a sign for the new daily special- tacos! I ordered the chicken souvlaki plate and was not charged the same price that is advertised on menu the board. The quality of the food has also tanked. Pita bread is no longer fresh and gets hard and stale quickly as your eating it. Tastes like it was stale pita that was microwaved. The rice has changed as well and that used to be one of my favorite parts! Food tastes less authentic, less fresh and the addition of Mexican food and new employees has me believing that this little spot is under new ownership. Used to be phenomenal, now is just mediocre. read more

So happy I finally stopped to try this place - I've been driving by it for yearsssssss. It's a fairly small and very casual spot with great food. I ordered the gyro salad and have nothing bad to say about it. The salad was fresh, the meat was tender and juicy, and they give you a sizeable portion. I noticed that many others started entering as well and even ordering to go/picking up. Looks to be a popular spot. I've already recommended this place in the 2 days that have passed and will surely return. Maybe next time I'll let the baklava and rice pudding tempt me. If the entrees were any indication, I'm sure the desserts are worth adding on. read more

Service delightful but gyro lacked punch and needed more flavor. However, the weather was rough so I'd return for another try.

Never seen a gyro wrapped like a burrito. When I got my food, I thought I got the wrong order. Food was good, did not know they serve the bread warm these days, but it taste very good. Only complaint I have is meat is kind salty, and the construction going on around the area. read more

I've driven by this place countless times, but it's always been during traffic and did not want to go against traffic on my way out. Today I was able to swing by while my car was at Discount Tire and had a couple hours to kill. The place only had one customer when I came in and I almost thought they were closing up shop. Thankfully they weren't closed and after gazing at the menu I decided with the lamb platter. The platter came out on a large sized Chinet plate. Half the plate was a decent salad, the other half was a sliced up pita with yellow rice on top, two ok sized kebobs, and a small cup tzatziki. Lol. Like the only time the meal looked just like the menu pic. The meal was really more than a serving, but I did demolish the whole thing. I wish the rice had a little more flavor to go along with the yellow color, and if there was a little cup of humus, I'd say my visit would have been 4.5 star. The place has only about 20 seats, no big tables, but it looked like they getting more take out than dine in. If the location was better I'd stop in mire...for now I guess I can make visits when I get my tires rotated at the shop. read more
