The classic gyro is pretty good! I think this spot is newer so I was excited to check it out for lunch. I think a gyro is the perfect lunch choice always so I was ready to become a regular. The meat seemed different than what I was expecting based off of most gyros I've eaten but it was pretty good! A generous serving size and the flavors were really good. Food was great. Two of us got gyro plates, and one of them subbed the tzatziki for more rice and gyro meat. We loved the garlic sauce (different from tzatziki). I liked my gyro a lot. Our family also shard a large gyro fries, and there was plenty of gyro meat on the fries! One of my kids got a side of hummus for their meal and really liked the pita. Said it was the best pita ever! We were the only dine in customers, but there was a steady stream of Door Dash and takeout customers. There are no fountain drinks, only cans and bottles of soda and water. Ordered takeout for lunch from here several weeks back. MedGrill is located in a convenient location near Sprouts, and I was excited for a Mediterranean place closer to home. I was running a bit late to pick up the order and appreciated that the restaurant reached out via text to let me know the order was ready. I usually get falafel sandwiches, but thought the mixed veggie sandwich with the fried cauliflower in addition to falafel sounded good. Unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed that the cauliflower and tahini sauce tasted flavorless. While it's true that the portions are big, the food is so, so bland. Like, "did they forget the seasonings" bland. All of us were disappointed in the lack of flavor (in 4 different items). First of all, the location is quiet, calm, and clean. The staff are welcoming and fast. The maximum waiting time according to your order is 10 mins. I've had a few things off the menu of MedGrill. Let me start by saying, if you don't like the garlic sauce that Mediterranean places usually use, don't come here. It's good, it's strong, and it's generally used on everything. Which is great, for example, on gyro fries, or the chicken shawarma plate. But I wish the gyros had tzatziki on it and not just more garlic sauce. Anyways, other than that, the food is very good. The portions are fairly large, the people working inside are very nice, and your food comes fast. It's fairly quiet inside, never more than a couple other tables when I go. I love Mediterranean kitchen in Kirkland and have not found anything that's even close to the flavors and freshness that they provide. I think today this place was really kist bland. Food was warm and not hot, the salad was literally a quarter of a slice of cucumber and like 3 bites of lettuce, the garlic sauce was okay, the taziki was super bland. Just wasn't great. This is a recently opened Mediterranean food joint in Mill Creek. They do have another place in Bellevue, and this is there second restaurant. They don't have a proper sign board at the moment. So it might be difficult to spot it. This is located near Sprouts in Mill Creek. They offers platters, sandwiches, burgers, salads, fries, sides and desserts. Surprised to see burritos also on their menu. Surprised to see a lot of vegetarian options on their menu. Usually don't see that on a Mediterranean menu. Tried the Mixed vegetable sandwich and the Chicken Shawarma sandwiches on my last visit. Loved the mixed vegetable sandwich. Made it spicy and really enjoyed the flavor of it. Friends loved the chicken shawarma sandwich as well. It must be really good that they said nice things about it! Very friendly people there. They were keen on engaging in a conversation. Talked about their other place in Bellevue and how they started one here. It's a small place though. Hardly 6-7 tables. Maintained it very well. It's a $$ place. Private Parking lot available. Enjoyed their food and service so far. I would love to go back yo try their platters. Intrigued about the burritos as well. Not the combo I have seen often. I took out a chicken shawarma plate, gyro plate, gyro sandwich, a 3-piece falafel, and French fries (plain). The food is delicious and tastes authentic. The falafel was crunchy. If you are a vegetarian, I would highly recommend the falafel. The hummus was creamy from the chicken shawarma plate. The lamb/beef pieces were tender. The tzatziki sauce was tangy. And the rice was fluffy. There was only one other customer that ordered with us. Maybe because this place is new or maybe because it Ramada, but there wasn't that many people there. The place was clean and orderly and the staff were friendly enough. There is a bit of a language barrier but it didn't stop them from getting my order correct. It's a bit expensive so this is the reason I gave them 4 stars. Our order plus tax cost $56. But the food you get won't disappoint. read more

Me and my girlfriend decided to try this place and was absolutely blown away by their shawarma plate! We already had sushi beforehand so we were slightly full, but even then we found the shawarma plate extremely appetizing. The meat was so tender, juicy, and flavored with a fantastic mix of spices that hit just the right balance between savory and smoky. The seasoned rice was made so well that my Asian ancestors cried tears of joy. The best part is the food only took less than 5 minutes to get ready.
