Just had the worst attempt at plain unsweet iced tea of my life. Normally decent here but just threw the entire cup away. Staff was utterly unhelpful. Last visit ever to a place i have used to meet people for a quick business meeting. One star for effort, one star for staff. I noticed this new coffee place opened up right next to the place where my son gets his hair cut, and of course anytime I see a new coffee place I have to try it! We went in and the people working there were super friendly and patient as we examined their menu. I love that their menu is big and on a board (apposed to those that only have a print out and have to search for menus). I ordered an "Hola" which is a honey lavender latte and it was hot, foamy, and delicious! My husband tried the coconut cold brew and that was also very delicious and creamy as well! I loved the atmosphere and the seating and my son thought the lifted table in the front was really cool. We will definitely be back! read more

This morning me and my friend got cappuccinos from the Fayetteville location. The espresso was burnt, acidic, and hard to drink. Because we were heading to Rogers we figured we would have the drinks replaced at the Rogers location. They were incredibly rude and treated us like we didn't know what we got. We know our coffee and didn't want to question what their type of cappuccino was featuring their espresso, but still managed to get talked down to. They asked us to taste our drinks before we left to make sure it tasted okay and it burnt our tongues. read more

Although I tend to be a little bit of a coffee snob, liking artisan and locally roasted coffee, Bolder somehow has won my affection. I always, and I mean always, have to ask for my drinks half sweet because they tend to be too sweet for my liking. I still find many drinks that I enjoy. You usually will not get a perfectly microfoamed, latte art fancy cuppa, but they are doing something right when I order a cold brew add cream and walk away satisfied. The Game changer (espresso and OJ) has become a favorite of my husband. Give them a try. Don't expect competition level coffee, but a REALLY solid 2nd best. And their prices are also very reasonable. read more

Coffee - Excellent! Their espresso is delicious, tons of great coffee drinks to choose from, and they will grind any coffee beans fresh for pour overs which is a nice touch. Atmosphere - Excellent! Very cool decor, trendy small shop feel, and music that doesn't take over the whole place. There is plenty of seating for those who like to work away from the office/home. They also have rotating art from local artists up for grabs. Service - Excellent! The staff is always very friendly, attentive, and super fast. I've never had them mess up an order yet! Had Bolder cater coffee and pastries for a morning meeting at work and was very impressed. I showed up early in the morning and all of the staff was very friendly and already had the order ready to go. The price was very reasonable and the quality of the food was excellent. I've used several other companies recently for catering pastries and coffee and this was at the top of the list. The place had a good atmosphere with local art on the walls and an contemporary industrial vibe. We will certainly use Bolder again! read more

I love their coffee menu, i was torn on which one to try but ended up going with the carmel vanilla latte with an extra shot and almond milk. It was delicious. One of the best lattes ive ever had and ive had A Lot! The only thing i would do differently would be upgrade the pastries. Have the best at whatever you sell, also sell pumpkin bread (cus its my favorite) and also offer some gluten free and vegan options . Overall though its an awesome place read more

Bolder Coffee has a great atmosphere and I love the location because it sits so tall on a hill that you have a great view of Fayetteville! The servers are always so kind and fast! My favorite drink is the Iced Chai Latte! It is the BEST chai latte (for real better than Starbucks!) ever. It is like drinking a hug from Fall and good feelings in a cup. This review is for the Bolder Coffee in Fayetteville, AR. As I was waiting for my drink to be made, I was watching the staff make a cold drink for a customer in the drive thru. The staff worker began to pour half and half into the drink and poured about 2 ounces in before another staff member informed her that the drink was to have coconut milk not half and half. Instead of pouring the drink out and starting over, the staff member just filled the rest of the cup up with coconut milk and SERVED THE DRINK?? That is unacceptable. What if the customer who ordered the drink is allergic to dairy?? Congratulations you could have just hospitalized or caused a customer to have an allergic reaction and Bolder Coffee is reliable for that. I WILL not come back to this location. If the staff is so careless that they can not just remake the drink after making a mistake, who knows what they will just "cover up" instead of doing it right. It's honestly unacceptable.
