Well the first time we went after they just opened in Hickory, NC it was so delicious. The next time we went there was more ice cubes than coffee. So after that I asked for light ice and I got more coffee, but the next time it was all ice again after asking for lite ice. Today we went and got a vanilla cappuccino. Well it was half coffee and the rest was foam. This was a medium hot coffee. So you really don't get what you pay for, you get less! read more

After not being able to have a morning cup of coffee at home due to some doctor tests, we wanted a plain cup of coffee and 7 Brew was just across the street. There were a number of staff along the drive up lines with their notepads taking orders, which I assume is some of where the ratings on the customer service come from. When we told the person who came up to our vehicle we wanted a plain cup of coffee, we were really surprised to be told that wasn't an option and we could not get a plain cup of coffee. The closest they had was an iced Americano, which was the worst iced coffee I have ever tasted. it was as if they used old stale beans that were brewed very weak and then added ice and the proceeded to charge us $3.74 for something that wasn't hardly drinkable. If you are looking for a coffee of any sort, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

At home in Rogers Arkansas, 7 Brew is our go to place for coffee, it is wonderful. BUT on a recent trip to Amarillo Texas I was very disappointed. Access was hard to navigate, and the lot looked like it had been bombed, huge pot holes everywhere. But we were determined, so we got to the head of the line ordered our coffee only to be sadly disappointed. The coffee wasn't anything like what we were used to. We were going to return it, but with the drive being so bad , hard to navigate, we just dumped it. It's a shame the quality doesn't follow the brand. read more

ordered my drink with light ice and the drink came as a cup of ice with a side of coffee tastes bomb but when I order light ice I wish that the ice wouldn't literally be touching the bottom of the cup. the worker at the window noticed it, and she handed the first drink back to the worker who made mine before I even said anything. they remade it and gave me back this at that point I hadn't said anything and didn't because the drink was already remade twice and wasn't correct. Usually pretty good . I like to order a medium blonde with 2 extra shots. twice now I have had bad experiences at 2 different locations . The first one they gave me a large because it has 4 shots. It was like they didn't understand that the large has more milk than the medium with 4 shots. Today they tried the same thing again and I asked them to remake it correctly and the just poured it into a med cup so not only did I not get my 4 shots I got to spend $10 on a super sweet drink that I didn't want. I have never worked for this company. I love coming to Seven Brew. When I go to Starbucks, they are always out of something, so I rarely get the drink I actually want. When they do have everything and are not out of the products or items for my drink, my stomach cannot handle drinking the whole drink. When I go to Seven Brew, my stomach can handle any size of drink, and I can finish my drink. They are always out of everything and always prepared to take on two vehicles of individuals or 25 cars that come through the drive-through. No matter the line at Seven Brew, they get the line going, and you're not sitting at the coffee house for very long, so if you're in a hurry, I recommend Seven Brew. The staff there are always in a good mood and willing to hear your complaint and learn about your day. The only complaint I have is their new cups, which they recently got in some of their locations, like the Arkansas locations. The new cups seem smaller, and the lids keep popping off and making a mess in my car. I don't know about other people, but my car is only a year old. I am the first owner and cannot stand having a dirty or messy vehicle. I hope they return to the original cups because they are more extensive. I want to pay a different amount for new cups that are smaller and the lid pops off. read more

Today, as I was getting my hair trimmed and glossed, my stylist recommended 7 Brew with much enthusiasm. I am headed out of town to attend my grandmother's funeral. This seems like just the thing to brighten my day in lieu of recent events. The shop itself seems very trendy with nice landscaping. Thus far, would recommend a second menu before the window as the wait in the drive thru is becoming a bit long with cars piling up behind me. I ordered an Americano at $3.01 before tipping. The barista was very helpful. There are no pour over coffees here, only espresso based coffee. The plain Americano is not very good in my opinion. Overall 3 stars as the base product is not good and is expensive. I would have expected a better flavor for the cost. I may update my review when I am driving through for a dessert coffee. read more

Found 7 Brews by accident but was very pleased- my wife and I ordered sugar free French vanilla Iced Coffees and they were delicious and incredibly cheap! My daughter moved from our home in San Diego about 5 years ago to start a business with her husband who is from Arkansas, we come out to visit them (but mainly our 2 beautiful grand kids!) 2 or 3 times a year :) The service here was very friendly and pretty fast for A drive through that also serves espressos, the young girl that took our order was very sweet And energetic. I love 7 Brew! They have a plethora of unique flavors to try and their staff is outstanding. I have been to both the Rogers and Bentonville locations and I am impressed every time I go there. Right now my favorite thing there is a lavender cream Italian soda. But I also love the flavored Red Bull's as well. And they never try to rush you.
