Great coffee shop with some classic flavors and some interesting ones. I had a classic breve which was pretty standard. It didn't have much foam and was more warmed half and half with an espresso shot. It did have great flavor but the texture was a bit lacking. Overall, it's a decent cup of coffee. They also had some really great tea options and interesting concoctions... one that involves orange juice with an espresso floater (Game Changer). Sure looks cool but not sure I am daring enough to try that one. It seems to be a love it or hate it drink. There isn't an in between on this one. If you're into experimenting... maybe give it a try. Fantastic Sunday morning coffee! I got here just after 7am and they were spinning up for the day. I had a great cup of Joe during my wake up. An hour or two of wifi while I worked out my next steps on this journey. Meanwhile, the pre-church folks are coming in and the University study crew. Had the opportunity to stop in here recently while traveling to Fayetteville for a wedding. It was so convenient being able to grab coffee through their drive-thru. The menu had great options to choose from. I opted for the B.D.V.L. with 1% milk, and I loved it. My sister went with whole milk and felt it was too sweet. Our order came out quickly and I appreciate their hours, because they're open pretty late into the day. Super easy to find right off the road. read more

Honestly, this is a 3 1/2 star place. The choice was good but not amazing. Probably a 4 star Coffee. The employees were alright. I hate that there's no paper for the receipt. If I want ax receipt I should get one abs not one emailed or texted to me. So now I have taken them to a 1 star review. One of the reasons I went here was their offer on Upside. Well guess what? Customer service does not exist at this location. When we arrived at the place, there was only one car in line. We got behind the car, then noticed a couple more cars arrive, but drive around the back of the shop to form a line. Needless to say, no markings to show where the line should form. Anyway, we were next in line, just poking out toward the front. When we got to the window, the lady told us to drive around the back to basically go to the back of the line. We left. If you live in Fayetteville and you're still going to Starbucks with all of these amazing coffee options, I'm slightly concerned for your taste buds. Onyx and Arsagas are amazing if you want quality espresso and to sit down to enjoy (for some reason I have *always* had a bad experience at the Arsagas drive-thru). But you can't beat Bolder's espresso quality, prices with a loyalty program, and a drive-thru on top of it! Locally roasted, you can *taste* that they pour their hearts into the perfection of their beans. I live part time outside of Hogeye and part time in Springdale and consider the drive to Bolder worth it every single time. My partner is a die-hard 7Brewer and I will, every time, stop at Bolder before getting her drink at a completely different coffee spot. read more

However I got a Praline and cream cold brew, l did not like, It had a chemical after taste, almost like an old sugar free sweetener, just not my taste. Good coffee, bad customer service. The coffee at Bolder is actually pretty good. It's not the best in town, but there is nothing bad to say about the product which is quite good. The teas especially are delicious. Unfortunately, Bolder seems to hold themselves to a very low standard when it comes to customer service.There are a few people there who have been pleasant to interact with, but for the most part your service will be very half hearted. There is one employee in particular, a young man who wears a rainbow hat (I have had the displeasure of having him serve me several times) who gives exceptionally underwhelming service. He makes no effort to answer questions and has been completely dismissive. I'm not sure why he's still getting hours. Honestly, I just find all of this to be sad. It is so unfortunate that a place with a good product and good location is being held back by poor employees. I wish I could recommend Bolder to people, I really do. It could be a much bigger presence in Fayetteville, but as long as the customer service is held to such an abhorrently low standard, it will always be a tier or two below Onyx, Mama Carmen's, Puritan, and others. We ordered a matcha latte (iced) and the cinamon cardamon cold brew. Although we could appreciate the depth of the flavor (both strong grassy matcha taste and deep dark roast of the coffee) and could tell it had high quality ingredients, it was WAY waaaay too sweet! Sticky icky sweet, we had to run home and add milk and ice to water it down. Otherwise it was unbearable and headache-inducing. Wished they would have asked what level of sweet we wanted.
