Mango bubble tea and Thai Boba tea
    Natalie H.

I just visited this new place for the first time at the promenade mall. First of all the owner is an absolute doll. She was so kind and happy and let us custom choose our drinks. I have been obsessed with Thai Boba tea and there aren't very many places that make it. I am absolutely thrilled with this place. There are so many options to choose from and the atmosphere is so happy! I strongly recommend this tea shop.

Got the brown sugar milk tea. The drink itself was really delicious but sadly the boba was completely inedible. Awful texture. Grainy, sorta dry and crumbly in the middle...just weird. Worker was very sweet, I know other good boba shops that have off days so I'm assuming it's not always like this here. Just a bummer :/ was excited for some yummy chewy boba.

Matcha milk tea with regular bobas, strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping bobas, and a fun chalkboard to leave your mark.

Definitely the best and most authentic boba spot around. While I usually stick to my tried and true signature milk tea with regular boba, they have many different types of bobas, jellies, and flavors that you can select. I have also tried their matcha milk tea, which was refreshing and nice. I think the thing that I appreciate the most about this place is that you can customize the amount of sugar and ice that they add. Also, they play catchy Kpop tunes which makes it fun to hang out there, and they have some Asian snack offerings like waffles and Taiyaki, a red bean dessert shaped like a fish. The reason for my lack of giving a 5-star review is, a couple of times, the bobas have been a bit undercooked and a bit crunchy. Not the soft, chewy morsels that they should be. I'm hopeful that this place figures it out because I have no complaints otherwise.

    Lychee Green Tea with Boba

After consuming my share of boba tea and the like in Los Angeles recently, I was excited to learn about Hi Tea. Net, their flavors and options are legit! I had a Lychee green tea with boba. Yum! I like how one can ask for different levels of sweetener. Thank you! Going to try my tea slushed next time or maybe a milk tea.

This is the worst boba place ever. Ordered honeydew milk tea and taro milk tea it wasn't what we expected. It was horrible. Just waste of money. Crazy thing is no other boba places charge for boba but these people do. I personally don't like this place.

Great little place in pinnacle mall. Such a relaxing atmosphere. IMO one of the more authentic boba places I'm use to seeing - there are snacks, games, some small table and chairs. This is probably my first stop when I start shopping so I can have my boba in my hand when I start my day or where I might go to wind down for the day with my toddler. They have kids size drinks - strawberry boba was a win for my 3 year old. My favorite is their signature milk tea. The boba is a little bit harder than I am use to - hence my 4 stars. Btw they have fresh taiyaki - yum!

Hooray! NWA has a bubble tea shop in a convenient place and this place has all the flavors (milk based or tea based), jellies, and bobas. Reasonably priced with friendly staff and some good Japanese snacks. Stop by and try out a good new addiction! I'll be back for sure.

The Thai Milk Tea had no flavor or sweetness, and I didn't ask for less sweetness. The boba was hard as well.

Boba tea is definitely watered down. Boba was not cooked enough. Their egg puffs are good though.

Wow, was completely blown away by this coffee shop. This location also happens to be Onyx Coffee…read moreLab's HQ and is located in old town Rogers. When you arrive there is plenty of parking on the street. You'll walk in through the entrance on Walnut street and order at the counter. It will feel like you were transported to a very industrial, open, lively atmosphere. For coffee I ordered the Hail Fellow Well Met latte (brown butter, caramel, sea salt, espresso, and oat milk). The flavors were excellent and you could tell the sauces/syrups are made in house. This is a great coffee shop to work remotely from or just hang out for a bit in. Definitely stop in to grab a coffee in you are in the old town Rogers area.

Unless our coffees were made wrong, I promise y'all there's so much better coffee out there! The lattes were essentially straight milk. I tasted a tiny bit of espresso flavor, among the other flavors, but truly, this was one of the most milky lattes I've ever had. So disappointing. The line was quite long, and I didn't want to pay any more to add espresso, on top of my $48 bill, especially when it should've been nicely balanced from the start. I mean, just look at the color! I also got the iced lemon poppy matcha; it was refreshing and decent. What I will give credit for: the breakfast sandwich and carrot bread (not pictured) were delicious. And I can really appreciate coffee shops that make their own syrups and craft creative combinations with them, like wildflower-lavender or lemon poppy.
