Definitely recommend this coffee shop. This was our first time visiting, and we left genuinely impressed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and cozy. The shop is decorated in such a cute and thoughtful way, making it a really pleasant place to relax, sit down, and enjoy your drink. The staff truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient, which made the experience even better, especially for a first visit. They were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions, and you could tell they genuinely care about their customers. I also loved the variety of items they offer. It is not just a typical coffee stop, there are so many options to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. Everything felt well curated and intentional. Overall, this coffee shop exceeded our expectations and made a lasting impression on us. I honestly wish we had a location like this in California because it would quickly become a regular spot for us. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area and highly recommend stopping by if you have the chance.
Coffee was really good, service was warm and friendly. It was very busy with no places to sit but we got our order in and our drinks quickly.
Completely obsessed with the inside- the wall paper is amazing! The vibes were spectacular and the coffee was perfection. Service was absolutely wonderful and quick. Highly recommend!!
Coffee and extras are very good however expect to take 20-25 minutes to get a coffee. Service is rather slow. Under staffed
The service was super quick and the employees were very friendly! The iced americano was delicious and my husband's black drip was good too. The area it's located in is also nice with lots of boutiques and shops nearby. Overall I'd stop here again!
Stopped in on a Sunday morning with my brother. I would easily give the coffee and the service a five. Just a standard coffee but very tasty, The lovely young lady was very polite and helpful. She even bought over some home made puppy treats for my brother's dog. I also grabbed a great looking scone with a swirl on it. The scone was very tasty but also dry. Need to do a little better on the baked treats. Still, a great experience.
Absolutely one of our favorite coffee shops. The ambiance, food, coffee, and service are all 10/10. There are not a lot of food options outside of pastries but the pastries are out of this world. The chicken salad sandwich rivals any sandwich shop. The filling is loaded with shredded chicken and celery on pecan cranberry bread. It is assembled when ordered on toasted bread so no soggy mess. The seating is so comfortable and welcoming. You will not want to leave!
One of my top two favorite coffee shops in the area! They have great flavors and options with great balance. Their scones are always yummy as well and the ambiance of the shop is so relaxing and cute. I love how comfy their chairs are. The staff is always kind and helpful! You won't regret a stop here!
I've come here often, the service is quick and pleasant, the seating is comfortable and there are lots of tables. I love the mint mocha, it is just the right amount of sweetness balanced with the espresso. Their banana bread is also soo good. Highly recommend!

We were traveling from Bentonville to Hot Springs and I needed some "fuel" for the road. As those who know me, I don't want "bucks of the stars"... I need REAL coffee, quality and flavor! Plus I love to support local peeps! I am so glad we found Confident Coffee! First of all, I just looked for what was close and this was it... not to far off the freeway. However I feel like unless you know it's there, strangers to this area would definitely not see it. It's a hidden gem in a quiet plaza (at least on a Sunday afternoon) that didn't have many people around. I honestly couldn't tell if it it was open at first but luckily it was! Ohhhh I felt like we hit the coffee jackpot! The place was adorable! I loved the cell decor, the love plants, the cool vibes of the place and I knew I was going to get great coffee. They sold local syrups and cute items besides coffee and pastries. I ordered my drink which is 3 shots of espresso, a couple pumps of caramel sauce in it and a 2 oz of half and half. My daughters ordered caramel latte and a blueberry latte. They were made perfectly and the staff were amazing: beautiful, friendly and fun! I also loved that they had made a little box to write special notes to seniors in the area! I wish we had this in Texas because we would definitely be regulars read more
Nailed it! Lattes were amazing and breakfast was fresh and fabulous! Great space to work and or collaborate over a cup of coffee. Greek Yogurt Bowl, so simple, but absolutely delicious. Loved the house made granola on top! Service was prompt and friendly! read more
