I even added a nice tip which I was later sorry for. my daughter and I sat in car for close to ten minutes waiting for our drinks. all of a sudden we spot the gal who took our order AND TOOK MY MONEY getting into her car and leaving!!?? huh? we figured someone else had been assigned her station so we waited....and waited..... waited five more minutes and I laid on the horn. finally a young man comes to the window and looks at me and asked if he could help with something? I explained a young woman took our order AND MY MONEY about ten minutes ago then we saw her get into her car and leave and we NEVER GOT OUR DRINKS. He looked at me like I was the crazy one! he took our order again but I refused to pay again. he didn't argue it but he was clearly baffled by it all himself. this was the strangest and most unacceptable bad service and totally inexplicable.
